I’m just a seventeen year old from Canada who has been in love with Harry Potter since I was eight years old. I began reading fan fiction, here on MNFF, around the end of two-thousand-and-four, and began writing stories of my own shortly after, in two-thousand-and-five. Since then, I have written the following stories:

* Conceiving Julia was planned to be a trilogy, focusing on teen-pregnancy and Harry and Ginny’s relationship while Harry is out hunting for Horcruxes. I was really pumped about writing this story, but I got lazy and wasn’t feeling enough inspiration to fork out new chapters. As sad as it is to say, but I highly doubt I’ll finish this story. It isn’t posted here on MNFF, but it is on two other sites. I just can’t imagine myself being tied down to three stories in which I have no desire in writing anymore.
Aside from Harry Potter, I do have a life. I like to make graphics on Photoshop, and am even a Staff Artist at The Dark Arts. I enjoy watching TV, particularly all three CSI’s, reruns of Friends, and the reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 on TLC. I love to read in my spare time – some of my favorite books aside from Harry Potter, are The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series, the Princess Diaries series, and The Outsiders. I am a big sucker for romance and happily-ever-after stories, although I do enjoy the odd mystery or thriller.
Back to the fan fiction world: I am a huge supporter of Harry/Ginny romance stories, as well as Ron/Hermione – basically anything cannon. But I do enjoy non-cannon stories as well. Ever since HP7 was finally published, JK Rowling (who I love to death, don’t get me wrong) gave us an ending that is pretty much set in stone. So it is a nice refresher to read some alternate universe fictions as well. I do have an odd liking of pairing Harry with other characters as well, particularly Katie Bell and some random, unknown Original Character.
If you happen to stumble across one of my stories, feel free to leave a review. Although please NOTE: I have only used a beta for ONE of my stories, which is my current WIP: Of Blood and Purity. If you leave a review saying my plot line sucks in my chaptered stories, and than I have horrible grammar and punctuation, chances are I probably already know.
UPDATE: AUGUST 25th, 2008
For all of you Of Blood and Purity readers, I am SO SORRY for how long it took me to update. My computer was plagued with more than fifty viruses which totally scared the crap out of me and made my computer like turn to mush. I refused to save anything to my hard drive, in fear of losing everything. I stopped writing (except for a little on paper and pen) and rarely went on the computer (hence how many LJ updates I did - like 3!). I finally got my computer completely rebooted and reformatted last month, and then I realized the guy who did my computer didn't even install Word. So I had to wait like another week - and then I went back to revising and rewriting. I sent in the fourth chapter today, like five minutes ago, so hopefully it will be up soon! I hope none of you lost interest.

Summary: One late night, Hermione receives a letter that changes her life forever. However, when it finally sinks in, she realizes that saying goodbye to the two people who she loved the most, isn't as easy as it was made out to be.
