Bio:
Hi folks. I'm Elysa, one of three Head Mods here at MuggleNet Fan Fiction. I've been working on this site since before its opening, which brings my service to you good people to a little over 3 years and counting.

Age: 20
Location: Maryland, USA
Favorite Music: Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Deftones, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, In Flames, Jimmi Hendrix, Nine Black Alps, Cream, CCR, Every Time I Die, Tool, Nirvana, Black Sabbath, Marilyn Manson, Rage Against the Machine, AC/DC, Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms, Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Favorite Movies: V for Vendetta, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Immortal Beloved, The Professional, Crash, Pulp Fiction, Office Space, Blood Diamond, Pan's Labyrinth.
Favorite Harry Potter Book: Prisoner of Azkaban or Order of the Phoenix-- it's a real toss-up.
Favorite Character(s): The Marauders and Harry. Consequently, the most tragic figures in the series.
Favorite Quote: "What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us." --Ralph Waldo Emerson.

I'm a hardcore Orwell fanatic; my all-time favorite novel is 1984. If you haven't read it, you're missing out. Though I also highly suggest Ishmael by Daniel Quinn. I'm a Led Zeppelin-aholic. Political activist. Socially liberal. Poet. "Delusional." ;) And, obviously, a grade-A nerd.

I'm a junior majoring in Political Science and History at university. My favorite actor and personal artistic inspiration is Gary Oldman; his performances are always so lively and enthralling. My favorite television shows are The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Family Guy, and House, and CNN, if that counts, but I watch practically nothing else. I play guitar (albeit poorly), adore Beethoven and Chopin, and am generally obsessed with the Marauders. Particularly Sirius and Remus.

Also, please note that I am presently on dial-up, so my e-mail is slow. As such, I'm best reached through AIM (ElysaMNFF) or via PM ("Private Message") over at our Forums. My name over there is also PhysicalGraffiti. Please don't ever hesitate to contact me should you need any help. =)
