I'm a college student, working on writing teen/young adult novel at the moment, while taking on a seriously dangerous course load. I'm a bit of an overachiever. (I feel like Hermione, having read the books before going to classes. And I might be a little bit of a know-it-all as well, of which I'm not particularly fond of. Makes it hard to keep friends.) I've been writing stories as long as I can remember, none being seen by anyone other than my very best friend and I. Some reason, all those fantasy stories I wrote as a young teen *mysteriously* disappeared from the face of the earth. Anyways, I only recently (Aug. '05 when I read the first Harry Potter book) have found enjoyment in actually reading. I've always enjoyed writing my own stories as opposed to reading someone else's. I felt it hindered my creativity. How I came up with that theory at 9, blows my mind, but, what can I say? I've always had a very creative imagination.
