Summary: Note: While this contains no outright HBP spoilers, it was written with them in mind. So if I were you and hadn't read book six yet, I wouldn't read this. ~~ It was inspired by the Veil from OotP and the ending of HBP, which completely shocked me and begged for proper closure. This is my feeble attempt at doing that, in bringing the Veil, Fawkes, and Harry together. It doesn't have much plot, because it's about one specific point in time and is very character driven.
