About Me
My name is Shannon, a twenty-year-old whose life-long hobbies revolve around reading, writing, graphic design, and obsessing over Harry Potter a little too much for everyone's liking. On here, I'm mainly an avid reader but I'm currently working on a few pieces of my own that I hope to post very soon.

I believe canon is gold when writing fan fiction and I don't normally read a story that isn't up to par on the original masterpiece. However, I have traveled off course on a number of occasions to read a bizarre Alternate Universe or two and the oddest of shippings in Romance.

Favorite Genres
I like reading what is still yet to be unanswered in the Potter world: Marauder era, for instance. Though a lot of those stories "mostly" do end up being cliche James and Lily scenarios, I still rather enjoy them. I love to read up on what people think will happen in Next Generation fan fictions too. Overall, I'll read almost anything that sparks my interest and mood at the particular time. I'm fairly open-minded. =)
