I'm a 17-year old girl living in the Bronx, New York. I only write for James/Lily because I love the pairing (unresolved sexual tension, anyone?) and because Harry annoys me as a character.

In all my fics, you can count on these: Remus is not Remy, his lycanthropy is a serious issue, Peter is not a useless idiot that is randomly sucked into the Death Eaters- in fact, I believe he only converted after graduation. Lily, as stated by JKR, is a popular girl who, like Ginny, has been with many guys, and James has been dating other people- seriously, you can't expect him to hold out for her and only her for seven years, can you?

Like at my school, Hogwarts is a hormone-filled place, so it's unlikely that any of Gryffindor's popular kids (the Marauders and Lily's group) are blushing virgins. I don't include drug use, because drugs make people useless, though there may be some underage drinking, swearing, etcetera. There will be no balls/dances.

I know it's a little too convenient that Lily's friends mostly turn up in the Order of the Pheonix, but that's who her friends would be. If you'd noticed, Hogwarts is also quite a bit more multicultural, and certainly less black-and-white. I generally try to make the stories canon-compliant, unless I explicitly say so.
