After the first chapter of The Philosopher's Stone, I almost abandoned the Harry Potter world–and how unfortunate that would have been. Luckily, I did read chapter 2; and I’ve been a fan ever since.

1.29.2009: Dear readers, I have been remiss. I am so sorry for my long absence, but the “real” world has intruded and the editing process for these last couple of chapters has slowed to a crawl. So sorry, but my beta will be taking her LSATs soon and after that she will once more be able to give her full attention to my story. But you needn’t worry, one way or another, the complete story will be posted. I have even started scribbling the next story in the saga, but I am unsure if I’ll actually post it as I just don’t have time to write regularly…
