Welcome to my author page!

I am a teacher, musician, reader, and avid Harry Potter fan. I am originally from the Midwest and now live a bit farther south. I am thrilled to be a proud member of RAVENCLAW House and enjoyed being a site moderator for a time as well.

Summary: Past Featured StoryHarry Potter has fulfilled his destiny, and survived his final confrontation with Voldemort; the Dark Lord has been vanquished, but at a terrible price. Dozens are dead, including some of those closest to Harry, and he blames only himself for failing them. Desperate, he returns to Hogwarts hoping to change what has happened and save those he loves. In doing so he unknowingly saves himself, but the consequences require great sacrifice.



This short story is now complete. It begins on the battlefield just after Harry’s duel with Voldemort, and follows Harry as he tries desperately to right the mistakes of the past, only to rewrite his own future.

He also visits his parents' graves. At the cemetery he encounters a figure from his past and comes face-to-face with the traitorous Severus Snape. Harry suffers another devastating loss, but at the same time begins to question many things, including the biggest mystery of all: whose side is Snape really on? As Harry says goodbye to an old friend, a new companion offers solace, and with help from an unlikely source, he comes to a realization that sends him off on his journey to destroy Voldemort once and for all.

This story is a one-shot scene that concludes the series The Seventh Summer, a set of three stories taking place in the summer after Harry's sixth year. They were written before the final book was released.
