Now that the Harry Potter book series is finished, I crave fanfics (although I read other books as well). And I read everything that comes across my eyes; I've already read a lot. My favourite German author is Wolfgang Hohlbein, especially his "Hexer"-Saga and the "Templerin"-series. My favourite British author is - who else - J.K. Rowling, and I love the "Highland-Saga" of Diana Gabaldon as well as the "Twilight"-series of Stephenie Meyer (American).
Reading is good, but then again I wanted to try how my own writing and rhyming skills are working. It's not much I've posted, yet I hope you'll like it. Even if not, please take some time and leave a review, tell me what to improve.
My favourite topic are the Marauders and their time at Hogwarts, my favourite character is Sirius. A speciality of mine is the Black Family Tree (it's so interesting, especially after the information J.K. Rowling published - but I've got the knack for family trees in general, so no surprise here, I presume ;)). If you like the Blacks as much as I do, make sure to check out my WIP Shining Through Blackness with its off-spin What Is To Happen and From Here On Out. Up until now it's only these three stories about Isla, but I don't intend to stop there. I have planned to write stories or one-shots to every member of the Black Family that has been erased/shot off the family tree. I know it's going to be a hard and long project, but as long as I have the ideas... why not?

Magical Moments - A Special Issue

Vain Or - C'est ton Destin
I adopted this (medieval) plot bunny from Pinkcess of the Abyss in the Adoption Centre. It features Harry growing up not with the Dursleys, but in the Founders' era. The story is AU, and the prologue and first chapter are up.
I try to keep that list up to date, but I'm rather bad at writing and keeping to lists...
I hope you enjoy my stories. Feel free to contact me if you have questions about them.

Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 5]
Summary: Hogwarts could never have been built without magic. Yet even ‘simple’ magic alone doesn’t let a castle as huge as Hogwarts appear out of nowhere. There have been other forces at work as well, given by the spirits to humankind to command over them.

Summary: ‘Do not pity the dead, pity the living, for it is they who must survive.’
~Triage by Scott Anderson
Is it lucky to survive in war, or is it better luck to die than to be left behind to pick up the pieces?
In the 1940’s, not one, but two wars reigned in Europe, taking lives and hopes on a daily basis. People lost everything they held dear. And yet they survived. But does it matter to be alive when everything else you know lies in ruins?
Anna Krum survived and lived to see her family grow, although the one person she loved the most had died: her husband. Now, nearly 40 years later, she tells her grandchild what once was…
… and how much she had lost.
