Summary: A 7th year fic in which Harry, Ron and Hermione search for the remaining Horcruxes and ultimately battle Voldemort. Post HBP; in canon, no slash. H/G R/Hr
Chapter 25 is up; Chapter 26 is with my beta!
Did some quick research. Voldemort just accuses Ginny of regreting getting involved with Harry, she never admits that. Right?
Getting out of the forest seemed too convenient. However, I forgot about that as I read the dialogue with Moody, Remus, Tonks, and Krum. I'm pumped for the next chapter.
Author's Response: Thanks so much, Gary Potter, I really appreciate it! The next chapter is in the queue so be on the lookout!
Summary: The much-anticipated companion piece to The Wound Dresser, told in quick glimpses. The morning after Bill’s wedding, Harry, Ron and Hermione set out in search of Voldemort’s soul, leaving Ginny – and a piece of Harry’s heart – behind. As the many horrors of Voldemort’s reign besiege the wizarding world, the trio soldiers on, and eventually find help from the least likely of sources. As the final confrontation spirals ever nearer, Harry wonders if he’ll ever see Ginny again, or if there is even anything left to the world worth saving. A long story told short…
Well done, and I was really starting to like Draco. Really, I assume he died, but I liked his character turn around. Bloody brilliant
Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m glad to see you found the other stories in the series! Hopefully it was the happy ending you were looking for!
Summary: Five meetings with Harry Potter. He never stays long, but he always leaves with the promise that he'll come back in the end. And all Ginny can do is wait for the end to come.
Final Chapter has been posted; the story is now complete!
Author's Response: Thanks!
Summary: On the dancefloor after Bill and Fleur’s wedding, Ron and Hermione experience a turning point in their relationship. Meanwhile, Ginny tries to penetrate Harry’s stubborn resolve.
Wow. It was a very well written story. Some of these Harry/Ginny Ron/Hermione stories can be very cheesy and on the surface. This was really well done with much more insight and thought than actual dialouge, which these things should be. Thank you for a well written story.
Author's Response: Well thank you for a lovely review. I\'m glad you liked it!
Summary: The war has ended, but there is one more thing that Harry must do before he can be at peace.
Takes place directly after the last chapter of DH.
A great story that I hope many people will give a try at. There are so many DH side stories and post stories I hope everyone gives a shot. You did a great job
Author's Response: Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
Summary: The end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - from Ginny's POV
Phenominal. I mean you had the story already, but this was a different point of view. You did a great job of incorporating J.K's text and dialogue in with your new stuff. It made me really think this is what Ginny thought in those final moments of DH. One of the best one shots I've ever read on this site
Summary: "My thoughts settled for a while as I set my sight on the vast water. Its overwhelming nature made me feel small, a feeling I wasn’t fond of and usually tried to suppress. "
Ginny slips away to reflect.
Beautiful one shot. So deep and detailed. A great Ginny POV and if you can write like that, I'd like to see POV's from other characters that are directly post DH.
Summary: The prequel to Glow of Sunrise and The Wound Dresser, this story tells of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley's tumultuous reunion at the Burrow a week before Bill's wedding - a week before Harry, Ron and Hermione disappear.
I'm a little depressed at how the story ends, but it makes me want to read the next one. The series better end happily or else....
Author's Response: *laughs* Yeah, the end of this one is a bit of a downer, but if you read the stories that come after, Wound Dresser and Glow of Sunrise, you\'ll see how the story continues. There\'s an epilogue to be written, but I haven\'t started that one yet. Hopefully the other stories cheer you a bit!
