Why, hello! I'm Brittany: indecisive, sarcastic, loving and loyal. I'm a proud Gryffindor but SPEW is my home.
I love reading, writing, talking, listening, loving, horses, piano, guitar, swimming, thinking and cooking. I'm a sociable creature, though I am fairly sensitive. I live in New York where it snows piles in the winter and the sun shines brightly in the summer.
I am greatly influenced by music and I mostly listen to alternative and rock. =) I like a wide range or artists and would be happy to discuss music with you any time. My favorite shows are House, Skins, Gossip Girl and Greek. Though I've been known to channel surf.
I want to direct film when I grow up and writing screen plays is also something I'd like to dabble in. I've always wanted to be an author or perhaps and English teacher. Well, who's to say. Now I'm just rambling about things I'd like to do.
My favorite characters are the Marauders, Regulus Black and Lily Evans. I'm quite fond of all my OCs too.
Right now, I'm working on a Regulus/OC (her name is Reed =D) and I want to have the first chapter up within the month. It is not yet titled.
I'm also working on a Sirius/Lily which... actually isn't a S/L but you'll have to sit tight until it's up. ;) This also lacks a title. XD

Remus centric but with a lot of the other Marauders. This story is a romance, but has almost as much general Marauder era background and side story as romance.
Pre-HBP and DH, so some things from DH will be disregarded, as the warning indicates, but some Spoilers will be incorporated.
Another splendid chapter from an extremely gifted author. The wait was well worth it, moony. You still never fail to deliver. I am anxiously waiting for the next update.

They're also about to have a pretty interesting year--complete with a few detentions, pranks, confusion, and laughter--in which they get through school, make some trouble and maybe, just maybe, sort out their feelings for each other.
Thanks to all you who have made it possible for this story to be in the Top Tens. It was a very happy moment when I first saw my story on the list, and I love being able to go back and see it there now. Still. Yay!
Throughout the latter half of 2010, and the first half of 2011, I re-edited this story. The changes were mostly to fix stray (and annoying) grammar and spelling errors, but also to rework some plot points in an effort to stay truer to canon. I also updated the style; having written this story so long ago, my writing has definitely developed (and I would say gotten better), so I edited to reflect that. (I apologize for the errors that were in the story before all this editing. I found them immensely distressing when I reread my chapters. Heartbreaking, really.)
Big “thank yous” go to the three people who helped edit/nitpick the first edition of this novel: violagirl, fairiesandcream, and Omagus.

I liked this chapter, not much acition but it's a good filler. Oh andI wanted to let you know that there are really tiny mistakes in some of the chapters. Such as now as know and a misplaced question mark. Lookinf forward to the next chapter.
