Harry/Ginny and Ron / Hermione are my favortie Ships, Femslash, particularly Ginny/ Hermione are cool too. Slytherins and Ginny, Hermione, or even Luna are just too I don'nt know what to call them to make sense. True opposites can attract, but Professors and students cannot have relationships, it is illegal. not to mention that Draco's personality would need an entire reworking like an AU for him to like non-purebloods or blood traitors.

Great ending, Ron taking weeks to end it with Miranda seemed like a normal relationship ending, but taking forever to see through the games she played, that is sooo Ron!

Power of the Prophecy by the_bartender713

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 877 Reviews

The story rocks, but why is harry not killing voldemort, and having lots of happy returns with Ginny and their friends?

Not an ending that people were looking for the way that the story had been crafted, I thought for sure you would have actually told of Moldy Shorts demise.

DEAR FAITHFUL READERS:
I swear I have not abandoned this fic. It's hard to write because I have so much work to do in college, but I'm writing the chapter little by little as time goes on. I may not be able to upload it until after the hacker problems with MNFF are fixed, but know that this story is still alive and kicking. I am NOT leaving Meera. No way.
Love you all!

Awesome story, even for ignoring book 7, you have the rest of the cannon perfect, but shouldn't you let people know you are borrowing Charles Shults Peanuts characters of Charlie Brown and Linus? He might be dead but his family might sue for using his characters without permission.
Anyway, the plot is good and the way you build in the intensity is pretty good, is the Ravenclaw really potioning Emma or not? How does he tie in to the rest of the bad guys? Is he the son or grandson of a death eater like Meera? Also is their a meaning behind Meera or any of the other non cannon characters names ( besides what you already posted?)

Dark Lord Voldy's Shattered Soul Club Band by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 84 Reviews
Summary: Well... it's high time that I did something so completely insane that the wizards in white robes dragged me off to the closed ward in St. Mungo's.

So, I spoofed the entire album "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" by the Beatles, to be performed by your favourite Dark Lord and choice Death Eaters in the style of a rock opera. Eat your lonely hearts out!

I don't recommend this fic to those who are not at all familiar with the Beatles.

I love the Beatles too, could you do a rewrite, or another album with the good guys, (or Fred, George, and Lee Jordan) (and maybe the other quiditch characters as extras?

Author's Response: Wow, I\'ve been getting a lot of reviews on this lately! That is a good idea. I like Abbey Road a lot... I can always do some spoof of that with the good guys.

Potter's Pentagon: The Five (Book One) by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 335 Reviews
Summary: WARNING! This story contains a jingle-bell antler headband, a shower of potatoes, boy/girl mushiness, underwear karaoke, family trouble, an excessively adorable werewolf, death, the song "Werewolves of London," betrayal, and the word 'Jordan' five times in a row near the beginning of chapter seven.

Twenty-one years after Voldemort's defeat, five fourth-years are faced with a new threat. Will all of the five stay true to the light side? Will they all emerge whole in the end? Will Jordan Potter ever get a life? You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll gasp, you'll sigh! Part one in a trilogy!

Well, after much deliberation and consideration, I've decided to submit my future-gen trilogy! This particular installment is three years old, so it's definitely different from my current writing style, but I'm quite fond of the characters.

DH is disregarded. It's a total coincidence that one of the main characters is named Ted Lupin.

Starring Quicksilver Quills 2008 Best Male Original Character runner-up Jordan Potter, Best Female Original Character nominees Ivy Potter, Haley Potter, and Emma Weasley, and Best Male Original Character nominee Ted Lupin!

Five times nominated (once for each member of Potter's Pentagon!) for the Best Post-Hogwarts story in the 2007 Quicksilver Quills Awards, and nominated for Best Post-Hogwarts story in the 2008 Quicksilver Quill Awards...

Very nice, five instead of a Trio or the Quartet of Mauraders, or Terrible two Weasly Twins. Using an odd number like five maid the story more funny, odd numbers just are, I do not know why I just read it somewhere. Here's hoping the second and third are as good as the first. I work with students (yes I'm a teacher) and Haley and Jordan sound like two of my students from last semester. No the real people I know are not twins. I also loved the way that Ron's niece, not his daughter is the strategist. The adoption of Ivy was a nice touch (two of my dads sibs are adopted) Do you have an adopted relative or a twin?

Author's Response: Well, thanks very much! I always like groups of five... maybe because when I first wrote this story, I had four best friends who I hung out with all the time.

Haley and Jordan are both like me in different ways, and I thought it would be fun to make two polar-opposite characters who are both based on different sides of my personality, exaggerated.

I don\'t have a twin, but I have a younger brother and sister who are twins, and a lot of Haley and Jordan\'s relationship is based on what I\'ve observed from them, even though my sister\'s nothing like Haley and my brother\'s nothing like Jordan.

Author's Response: Oh-- by the way, speaking of twins I saw you mentioned on a review for \"Dark Lord Voldy\'s Shattered Soul Club Band,\" you asked if I could write a spoof with Fred and George. If you like reading about them, I have a story about them called \"Long-Distance Extendable Ears\" that you might like.

Great Expectations by Cassandras Cross

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 505 Reviews

NOW COMPLETE!

Awesome fic about the not-so-newly-weds HP/GP and HW/RW, and you hit the Molly Weasly nail on the head with the trips away and keeping up romance bit. Its easier for future generations to want their own offspring when they never had to hear their parents making strange noises in the same house.
Plus Molly defenetly desires grandchildren from her own married off children (what traditionalist mother wouldn't) They do not like their unmarried youngsters acting crazy, but as soon as the Wedding Bells ring that is all the mother/mother in law can talk about.

Author's Response: Molly always struck me as a very down-to-earth type and I\'m sure she would not shrink from sharing the secrets of a happy, lasting marriage with her own married daughter. I always had the impression her marriage to Arthur was a happy, fulfilling one (remember the Mollywobbles comment?) and let\'s face it, all those kids didn\'t come from the stork. And yes, of course she wants grandchildren. My own mother tells me that grandchildren are the reward one receives for being a parent, and I\'m sure Molly would agree with that. Thanks for your review. Hopefully the next chapter will be up shortly.

Harry Potter: The Following Year by ginnygirl16

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 38 Reviews
Summary: Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts for his seventh year. With Quidditch, NEWT's, and a pompous new Transfiguration teacher this year is certainly not going to be dull! Mix in some Marauders, a couple jokes, and a bunch of good friends and this will be Harry's best year yet! Nominated for QSQ'a Best General Fic. Thank you!

Good start, for three chapters! A minor plot confusion: if Andromeda Tonks is with Teddy Lupin, then how does Harry get a Birthday Present from Remus Lupin ruffly two or three months after his and Tonks' Death?

Please write more soon, my older favorites are taking a long time to update.

Author's Response: Thank you very much for my most in-depth review so far! I'm very glad you are enjoying this. Ahhh. my first question (And one that I was waiting for to come up). I can't exactly answer, as that will be a huge spoiler but I will give you a clue--just because the letter is written by Remus, does not mean that Remus sent it. *Winks* The answer to this will be somewhere in the middle of the story, though. Let me remind you, Remus was very organised, he had this gift planned from three years before, gift-wrapped and everything, he was just waiting for a time to give it to him. Hopefully this will become less confusing after reading a bit more of the story. I promise to update as quickly as possible. Chapter four is in the queue right now, and I have quite a few backup chapters ready so hopefully updating will go quickly. I sincerely hope that you will continue to read AND review! I look forward to hearing more comments, and once again, thanks for the great review. --ginnygirl16

The DA Song by KarasAunty

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 7 Reviews
Summary:

What would the official song of Dumbledore’s Army sound like?

Reviewer: tubawiz Signed
Date: 02/07/10 Title: Chapter 1: The DA Song

Wickedly cool, now you just need an instrumental arrangement that you can sing the lyrics to.

Author's Response:

Hello tubawiz,

*grins* Glad you liked the DA Song so much. I actually wrote it to the tune of 'We Don't Need No Education/Another Brick In The Wall II' (Pink Floyd), so the instrumental arrangement was already insitu, so to speak. It's a classic tune, and I don't think anything I could come up with would improve upon it (especially as I'm about as musical as a tin of beans!).

Thanks for R & R-ing!

Kara's Aunty :)
