I'd like to thank all of the awesome people who keep this site running. Technical people, mods, everyone else. You're all amazing and you make this awesome place work!

I'm just me. I'm a reader, not a writer. I'm working on my first fic now. Strike that, I WAS working on it, until I realised what a craptastic writer I really am. So I'm sticking to reading for now at least.

I like the color green, math, and trees (but not green math trees!). I'm a HUGE Phantom of the Opera fan, and I love Pirates of the Caribbean. I spend my days curled up on the couch with a book or burning off excess energy by running.

Love: -HAPPY Harry/Ginny fics (don't deny the truth, people. And, if I read one more story where they don't end up together, one of them dies, etc., I'll puke.)
-Tonks/Lupin fics (there aren't enough of these!!)
-Happy endings (*sigh*)
-Fluff (Fluffy sheep! Fluffy sheep!)
-Romance (I'm a sucker for the moonlit strolls...)
-Lily/James fics (I hate not knowing what happened with them!!)
-Draco/Hermione fics. You have to admit, there is definite chemistry there.
-Charlie/Hermione fics. He is, without a doubt, my favorite of the Weasleys. Charlie is made of awesome. And the whole dragon thing? Yeah, I can't even dream of being that cool.
-Sirius/Anyone (Especially Hermione. Is it wrong that I like Hermione with so many people?). Sirius is a sexy beast, so back off my man.
-Italian Blaise. That's sexy too.
-Draco. He, too, is sexy. Lots of people are sexy, okay? Just some fictional characters more than most.

Hate: -Anything to do with the word pastrami.
-Purple people eaters.
-Anyone who doesn't like Harry Potter.

Books: Harry Potter (of course), Fruits Basket, Tamora Pierce, Twilight series, Tamora Pierce, Jane Austen, An Abundance of Katherines, Meg Cabot, Agatha Christie, etc.

TV: I don't really watch it that much. I like Chuck, which is the awesomest show in the world. It's only second to Star Trek, which is the best in the multiverse. Bones is amazingly good too, and I recently got hooked on New Amsterdam. Monday nights my dad and I sit and watch Nova together, but I don't really like it that much. Just goes straight over my head. But hey, bonding is bonding, right?

Music: Paramore (EEEKKK!!!!), F.O.B., Chad Kroeger, Jack's Mannequin, Mae, Waking Ashland, Jimmy Eat World, Mika, Lifehouse, Relient K, Switchfoot, tobymac, multiple soundtracks (Wicked, Rent, Phantom of the Opera, etc.), Disney music, country, pop, Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken (yes, I'm one of those fans...)

I'm working on a live journal now, but it will take a while to get all of my stuff up there. Not "stuff" as in stories, but "stuff" as in personal info, blog stuff.

Oh, and the name? *Grins* Lets save that story for another time...

If you want to contact me, leave a review. I reply to most of them.

"I'm just your average ordinary everyday superhero." -Steve Harwell

Oh, and props to anyone who has made it onto my favorites list. This means that your story is worth reading over and over and over again, like a good book, and you deserve it. Great work!!

A Child's Gift by WinkeeJR

Rated: 6th-7th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: Draco wanted to get away. He needed to get away from all the things that reminded him everyday of the mistakes he had made and the one he had lost. He found the perfect spot too, a small town in Wyoming, USA, a place called Nowhere. A perfect name as far as he was concerned. Magic, fate has a way of finding you no matter where you go though.

I LOVE this story. The beginning was rocky, but I liked the past couple of chapters and especially this one. I'd really like to see more of Aria. Hopefully the rest will be done soon so we can read it already!!

Author's Response: Glad you liked it. Thanks for the review.

AAACK!! I love this story so much I check every day to see if it's updated. I LOVED this chapter, but I can't say that it was shocking. My one wish is that we get more of Aria!

Author's Response: Hmm, maybe a bit more of Aria but I\'m sorry to say she\'s not that vital to the plot. I used her mainly to show Draco\'s lighter side.

And They Wondered Why We Smiled by immortal_evil

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Sighing, Padma put down her quill. She stared down at the last stanza. There was no one to read it, but the truth had been told.

And now she could be laid to rest.

Very touching. I loved the way you used simple words in such a powerful way that anyone can relate to. It makes me sad, but in a good way.

Well, I like it. It can be a bit corny at parts, but hey, who doesn't like corny stories? I like the whole idea of the story. It's really unique. Update soon!!!

Author's Response: Alright! Thanks for the review! Next chappie\'s in the queue! (Whoa, that, like, totally rhymed! I should go out for poetry)

The Game of Love by Goddess Artemis

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Lily starts out her seventh year with a boyfriend, a Head Girl badge, and two wonderful friends. Yet, as the year progresses, she is thrown into a game - a game of love. It is not Lily’s preferred game, considering it has no rules. There are simply many different obstacles down the path, including jealousy, denial, trepidation, desire, confusion, wonder, pain… but, if Lily manages to win the game, she is rewarded with the best gift anyone can ask for: the truest of true love.
