A Broken Wing by annie

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • 30 Reviews
Summary: Narcissa Black was, in every aspect of her physical appearance, an angel. She had long, golden locks and beautiful eyes that were, on the surface, of a sparkling sapphire blue. Every women who passed by her on the street envied her and every man wished they could take her home with them. On the outside, Narcissa was perfect. But, as with everyone and everything, there is no such thing as perfection. If you looked deeper into her eyes, you would find a different story... (One-shot/AU/songfic to Martina McBride - A Broken Wing; Narcissa may be slightly OOC)

I Have a RP with my friend, and I play L.Voldemort's daughter/daughter in-law to the Malfoy family. And I always wanted to know about Mr.Malfoy's "other" side. Now I finaly understand why Draco's mom never wanted to be around Mr. Malfoy alone.

Black as Snow by Celestial Melody

Rated: Professors • 17 Reviews
Summary:

Bellatrix and Tom Riddle—two of the most enigmatic characters in Harry Potter—have puzzled writers and readers alike since their equally horrifying introductions. Why did Bellatrix believe she was Lord Voldemort’s most dedicated and favored follower? Why did the Dark Lord indulge a woman he could have squashed like an insignificant bug; why did he allow her to continue in her ‘delusions,’ if, indeed, they were delusions?

I believe that these allowances are not simply coincidences. Why should the most feared dark wizard of all time cater to a pawn? There must have been prior connections between the two to create this bond.

In “Black as Snow,” we glimpse a snippet of Tom Riddle’s life at Hogwarts, his (hypothetical) introduction to Bellatrix, and, afterwards, the special bond the witch and wizard shared … then, and now.

Created for the wonderful rita_skeeter in MNFF’s Ravenclaw Christmas Exchange, 2006.

I always wanted to know what my father was like in Hogwarts!

Author's Response: Well, Miss Riddle, thank you so much for the review.

Your father was ... well, he was certainly original. I\'m sorry you had to lose him, but keep reading this chronicle of his life and you\'re sure to find out things you never knew. Maybe you\'ll even find out who your mother was...? =)

Once again, thanks for the review, Miss Riddle. I hope your disposition is better than your father\'s was, but if you inherited the looks (which I\'m sure you did) then I envy you. =)
