I am new to reading fanfic & this is a very entertaining story. Please make sure to finish it. One little thing was missing however, Ginny's O.W.L. results.. Overall very nicely done.
Author's Response: Thank you! I will finish it, I promise. Ohh, did I miss that out? I apologise, but there are probably a few details like that which don\'t have a lot to do with the current plot, so a few things get missed out... Thanks for the review! Lisa xxx
Summary: Dumbledore is gone, or is he? Harry feels the weight of the world rests on his shoulders, but he is soon to learn that his brooding nature and desire to face his fate alone may be his greatest weakness. It is his emotions, or rather his capacity for emotion that makes him strong, and his relationships his greatest source of strength.
When the summer begins and he faces a fortnight with the Dursleys everything he knows, or rather thinks he knows comes into question. Can he... should he do this all alone? And is he anywhere near ready?
Hogwarts is to be re-opened, the Ministry officially endorsing it as the safest possible place to be. As his birthday approaches there are monumental surprises in store for Harry. Who is he really? And what about his family, who came before his mother and father? Why is the Potter name so famous, and yet so unknown?
Encouraged not to run off to face his fate he returns to Hogwarts for his final year, but surprises abound at the school as well.
Can Harry become the wizard he needs to be to face the Dark Lord? Will he let the people he respects and love really help him? And what of help from unexpected sources; sources he might never trust?
I would like to thank you for sharing your talent with us. This is the most thought provoking and truly enjoyable stories I have read. I think the "money issue" was a little much but understandable and in some ways needed. I only hope you can updat much faster as I am already having to re-read the previous chapters to quech my need for more ot this awsome story
Again thank you.
Author's Response: You are most welcome. It is reviews like yours that keep me going. It is so nice to know that people are out there enjoying my musings. I tend to be very detail involved and have to work hard not to put in everything that I think of. The money issue sort of ran away with me because I did not anticipate the number of people who would object to the idea of the Dursleys getting anything. If you go back in the reviews fro earlier chapters you can see that I felt compelled to try to explain my reasoning a couple of times.
Anyway... I am hoping to move on to much more important and exciting stuff in upcoming chapters.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review, and I hope you will continue to let me know how you feel about upcoming chapters as they get posted. I\'ll get them submitted as quickly as I possibly can.
Thank you so much for reading!

UPDATE: With cool new links to supplemental material!
Kyle- Once again you prove yourself an excellent story teller. Thank you.
Author's Response: No thank you. I hope to see you for the next chapter!
I must say, of all the fanfic I have read, I find yous the most enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work. I am already awaiting the next chapter from you in extreme anticipation.
Author's Response: Thank you, that\'s very very flattering. And believe me when I say I\'m very frustrated that I\'ve not had the chance to get around to finishing writing chapter two, so my anticipation is probably about the same as yours.
