I fell in love with Jo Rowlings world years ago, when I was 11. The first book I read was Chamber of Secrets, mostly because I didn't know Sorcerer's Stone existed. I love everything about the books, although...I've always hated Pettigrew. If his character wasn't such an important part of the storyline I think Jo would have been better off without him.
I do love the fanfics though, and much as I will deny it, I'm completely enamored with any sort of romance fics, especially Dramione and James/Lily. I appreciate Jo pairing up Ron and Hermione, but in my head Draco fits her better. I'm strange like that.
I never thought, when I first joined the site, that I'd ever write any sort of fic. I've always loved to write, but finishing a story isn't one of my strong points.
You know...for as childish as some of Draco's insults are, they're still quite amusing (sorry, but "Potty" makes me laugh), even more so since he seems to think that by sounding like a three year old he's actually hurting their feelings. Honestly... :^D
First of all, it's about darn time! Sheesh...I was beginning to think they'd never actually get together.
Okay, not really, but anyway. :^D
You have me very intrigued--I'm already impatiently awaiting the next chapter, waiting to find out what happened with sir Ted, what on earth the Marauders could possible be up to that isn't just as bad as anything else they've ever done (it is the Marauders, after all)...
But yes...bloody fantastic, this is.
Author's Response: Haha, thank you very much, I\'m glad you liked it!
The thought of Malfoy being afraid of spiders makes me laugh...loss of memory or not, Malfoy? Being afraid of spiders? :P
Author's Response: =)
Poor Hermione...if someone woke me up like that I probably would have kicked them...
Author's Response: haha, i probably would have taken them out, myself :]
Malfoy, scared of spiders?
Now there's a laughable idea...:^D
Author's Response: I\'m glad you liked it! He\'s my \"Freedom\" character in the story -- I do whatever I want with him, really =)
I wondered if that's who the cat was...
Author's Response: ...very interesting... ;D (There\'s always a reason...)
I never thought I'd find myself feeling sorry for Malfoy, with him not bringing his letter along and all...
But anyway...I'm surprised that Hermione doesn't suspect something's a little off with Everett. He's obviously hiding something...wonder how much longer it'll be until she starts to get some hint of that...
Author's Response: I think it\'s fair for Malfoy to recieve some sympathy. Afterall, I am sort of making his life pathetic, haha (my subconsious hatred coming out).
I do agree with what you said about Hermione. People are typically blind to things they aren\'t looking for. Like the fact that she finds it easy to trust Everett having \"just met\" him -- she already did trust him =)
Two chapters in a row I find myself feeling sorry for Malfoy. Malfoy, of all people.
I think it's sweet that he likes Hermione so much though.
Author's Response: =)
Oh gosh....Perfect timing, Draco! :^D
Honestly...the one time you DON'T want to be interrupted...But it's good to see that Everett finally "gets it"...
Author's Response: I loved writing that! \"And then he got it...\" =D Probably my favorite line in that chapter. Being a person who has experienced something along these lines (but without all the drama) I could relate to the moment. Thank you for all the reviews!
“I had some boogers in my nose.”...Oh gosh, that totally made me giggle...They sound more like second graders, not seventh years...
Author's Response: Isn\'t that how it is though? =D
Yes! Screw that Jimmy...whoever.... Harry and Ginny belong together. End of discussion. :^D
“That’ll kill the plants.”
Completely startled, Harry dropped his drink, the glass along with it, into a tangle of shrubs below. He peered over the ledge and stared blankly down at the now non-existent glass.
I loved that part: the thought of Ginny catching Harry that off-guard...made me smile. I was wondering how long she was going to just stand there...
Oh sure--get my hopes up with the last chapter and then crush them all completely...:^D
Oy...what's a story without a little drama, anyway?
This is an excellent fic, by the way. Just thought I should mention that...:D
Ahh...Kicking Dick to the curb...Think Ginny'd mind if I did it for her? :P...I love this story almost as much as I'd love to pummel Mr. Dick...
Author's Response: Haha, I\'m glad you like it!
“Alright, they love each other. That much we know,” Uncle Remus said, bringing the meeting to a start and stepping over the fact that Uncle Fred and Uncle George turned fifteen and forget to grow any older.
Ha HA--that made me laugh...And with Fred and George involved in this, you KNOW things are going to get interesting...
Author's Response: That does seem like Fred and George, doesn\'t it? Thanks for the review.
If Ginny doesn't do it soon, I'M going to kill Dick. Seriously...what is it with this guy?
Ginny belongs with Harry. End of story.
Author's Response: She does!
As much as the fluffiness of these little blurbs makes me smile, the Fred/Angelina one is definitely my favorite.
"Please take off that stupid hat. How can we kiss when you're headless?"
That line sounds so much like some friends of mine that I couldn't help but laugh...but that doesn't mean I don't love it. :)
Author's Response: thanks, melissa! that line surprised me when i wrote it and it made me laugh for days too.
Poor Hermione...if her twins turn out like Fred and George, I won't blame her if she cries. :^D
Almost no info, and I'm already liking this Cameron chap. He seems agreeable enough...
What? NO! Seriously...anyone mind if I smack the crap out of old Voldy?
Guess that means I'll just have to keep reading now (not like I hadn't planned on it before)...:^D
Author's Response: No, you can hit him if you want. My condolences for any Crucio\'s you receive, though. ; P I\'m glad you enjoyed it enough to keep reading. Thanks a bunch! ~Moony
Bah...I'm still half-waiting for Snape to just nab Harry and make a break for it...I highly doubt that would work, but still...
Author's Response: Hmm... no, it wouldn\'t work, but good idea. ; ) That would be too easy for me to do, though. It would end the story!!! Thanks again! ~Moony
