"Love is unexplainable. There are no words for it. You can’t express why you feel so. It just happens," James said. "“Don’t you think that if I had the choice I would have chosen to love someone who didn’t hate me in return?”
“No,” Sirius said simply.
“You’re right.” James said, sighing. “I’m so screwed up, Padfoot.”
The drama-filled romantic tale of Lily and James's mysterious but unfortunate tale. It started with love and ended with death. It makes you wonder about the things they tried to live for. Pre-HBP
I like this story better than alot that i have read and trust me I have read alot.
This was one of the best stories I have ever read.
OMG!!! This is such an awesome story!! It is amazing how sensative Sirius can be!!
Summary: I was born the day you kissed me...I died inside the night you left me...But oh how I lived while you loved me. . . .
The sequel Agapanthus is up!
i think it is a great beginning
Summary: Life has been great for Harry Potter; Voldemort was defeated last year and he can spend his last year at Hogwarts being normal...or so he thought. Voldemort has once again escaped his death, and he's back for revenge. This story is mainly centered around Hermione, and when it's not, it's centered around Draco. =)
This was a awesome story! I don't know if it was sapposed to be but I was laughing allthe way through it! "Poof! There goes the evilest man alive" Chapter 12-this was my favorite line. Good job on the story as a whole.
All's fair in love and war
Lily thinks herself too clever to fall for James Potters charm. Yet, as the two of them are appointed Head Boy and Girl, will Lily regret her negative feelings towards James? Pre-HBP
1) Sirius would have to be my favorite, because he is just the comedy relief.
4)“So, when you and Prongs decide to have a baby, remember my name,” Sirius exclaimed. “Sirius is an absolutely beautiful name for a baby.”
“What if we have a girl?” Lily teased.
“Siriella,” Sirius dictated in an obvious voice.
5) Lily and James
6) nothing that I know of
7) I think that you could have held off a little bit on getting L&J together but it was good all the same.
8)become a girl
9) I belive I have read most of your stories but just to make sure I'll read them all again.
Summary: He knew why he could not stop thinking of her. His body pulsated with the urge to see her. She didn't trust herself around humans, so how did she come to trust her greatest challenge? This is their story.
very interesting in my opion. ill have to say though ginny being emo is kind of scary
Summary: The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. In order to regain the respect of his fellow wizards and to make them believe that he has turned over a new leaf (which he actually hasn't) and has graciously accepted muggles and Mudbloods, Lucius asks Hermione, a Mudblood, to marry his son, Draco, a pure-blood. Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. What happens next is a series of events that serve only to bring Hermione and Draco closer, both literally and figuratively speaking. Read to find out how this one unseemly proposal causes absolute chaos in their lives! THIS STORY IS NOT HBP and DH COMPATIBLE! Hey all! Check out my personal info for the expected date of the next update. =)
OMG!! You cant do this do me!!! I hate cliff hangers.
Summary: James and Lily-their seventh year. We all know what happens in the end, but what about the beginning? In their last year at Hogwarts, mysteries unravel, friends are betrayed, and, of course, couples destined to be fall in love.
This really funny and good for a first time writer.
Author's Response: Thank you!!
This is halarious!! I am about to die of laughter!! Really I am!!
This is halarious!! I am about to die of laughter!! Really I am!!
Author's Response: Glad you approve!
Summary: "Be careful what you wish for," the old adage goes. So what happens when Hogwarts is under a spell where what you say is what you get?
Chappie 14 is UP! And while it is the end, let us not be sad, but instead read the insanity that has driven so many to review and nearly wet themsleves with delight.
Summary: For the rest of the Ministry, the interdepartmental challenge was merely a failed attempt to restore trust between workers. But for Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, it was the catalyst for an unexpected relationship built on passionate letters, concealed identities, and secret meetings – and the beginning of an end that neither of them could ever have imagined possible, not even in their wildest dreams.
Post-war. Based somewhat on the story of the Phantom of the Opera. Also contains R/Hr, so don't read if you can't stomach that ship.
Status: Complete. Thanks for reading, everyone!
ditch ron ditch ron ditch ron
You can't do this do us readers!!!!!! Draco and Hermione should have gotten together. Dang you write good. I'm crying my eyes out right now. Dang the Bad luck!
Summary: Remus Lupin is a man with a tragic past, filled with pain, suffering and sorrow. But it is also a past filled with great adventure, true friendship and…love? Even though the odds were against him, Remus found happiness at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He had the Marauders, he was a prefect and his transformations were less horrible, thanks to his Animagi friends. What more could a teenage werewolf want? And how long could his happiness last? Remus and the Marauders prove that in the saddest of lives and darkest of times, there can still be moments of bliss.
Remus centric but with a lot of the other Marauders. This story is a romance, but has almost as much general Marauder era background and side story as romance.
Pre-HBP and DH, so some things from DH will be disregarded, as the warning indicates, but some Spoilers will be incorporated.
I'm not throwing things at you. Just a little disappointed. This is a really really good story. You have a talent of writing that I will never have.
Author's Response: I just had to check what chapter this was for, and then refresh my memory on what happens in it, to see why you were disappointed. *blush* That\'s how long it\'s been since I wrote this. I really need to get more writing finished. *nods* I\'m so glad you are enjoying the story and thanlk you so much for the encouraging words, HClovesPhelps. I appreciate the review and thanks for not throwing anything. :-)
Summary: Meet James Potter, a clever, somewhat mischievous, popular student at Hogwarts. He takes every situation in stride and has everything under control, except one: Lily Evans, an amazingly beautiful and intelligent individual. He loves her more than anything, but she despises him more than anything, and a not-so-impressive run-in late at night with her leaves James thinking that chasing after Lily might be hopeless. Then, a series of events happen in James' life, which is topped off by an unexpected visitor that makes his sixth year too sweet to remember.
the story was good until now. I think that was much to fast and cheezy. So with that I am not going to finish this story.
Summary: Professor Sprout has just given 7th year Gryffindors a new project, where the class, divided in pairs, has to raise a rare plant. What’s gonna happen when Lily finds out who her partner is? And how will she survive in his sole company?
Rude!! You can't just end a story like that!!! AARRGG!!!
Summary: James Potter: Marauder. Lily Evans: Prefect. They're both seventh years at Hogwarts. They're also about to have a pretty interesting year--complete with a few detentions, pranks, confusion, and laughter--in which they get through school, make some trouble and maybe, just maybe, sort out their feelings for each other.
Thanks to all you who have made it possible for this story to be in the Top Tens. It was a very happy moment when I first saw my story on the list, and I love being able to go back and see it there now. Still. Yay!
Throughout the latter half of 2010, and the first half of 2011, I re-edited this story. The changes were mostly to fix stray (and annoying) grammar and spelling errors, but also to rework some plot points in an effort to stay truer to canon. I also updated the style; having written this story so long ago, my writing has definitely developed (and I would say gotten better), so I edited to reflect that. (I apologize for the errors that were in the story before all this editing. I found them immensely distressing when I reread my chapters. Heartbreaking, really.)
Big “thank yous” go to the three people who helped edit/nitpick the first edition of this novel: violagirl, fairiesandcream, and Omagus.
And yes, this story is up on Fanficition.net under the penname: Io.Sono.Emilia.
Of course, as a disclaimer, I’m not JK Rowling. The Potterverse does not belong to me, but I am in it and love it.
Ok let me get this straight. Sirius isn't on the team?! that is so stupid! he should be on the team as a beater!
Author's Response: Except for two things: everyone (for the most part) puts Sirius on the team, so if I did so, it would\'ve been too... conformist. Second: JKR never says that Sirius was on the team, so I gotta stick to canon.
Summary: It is argued that the most minuscule of occurrences can shape the course of history irrevocably. Butterflies flapping their wings overzealously, missing a train/forcing open the sliding doors of a train and catching it/getting your finger stuck in the sliding doors of a train as you attempt to force them open and having to run alongside it for the duration of the journey as an alternative to having it ripped off…and other such minutiae. Thus it was that, on a cold, wet night seventeen years ago, in a room above the bar at the Hog’s Head Inn, that Severus Snape made his (skid)mark. The History of the Potterverse is now at stake, and it remains for Lily Potter (with a little help from Lupin) to sort it all out. BE YE WARNED - this story contains pants. Underpants. (This story is intended as a bit of light-hearted fun and should be read as such, even if it is rather OOC!) Final chapter is up! Gather round, my children, and witness the astonishing finale!
Summary: Hermione and Draco - an unlikely pair - go from intense dislike to true love in this story.
great twist at the end with Ravenclaw. I'm still laughing. the story as a whole was great!
