Though you've probably deduced my name already if you read up to this point, it's Luna. If you need a beta reader, I'm here. Feel free to suggest any Ron/Hermione, humor, poetry, or Lily/James fics to me! You can actually suggest most any story besides slash, dark/angsty fics, or most anything above 3rd - 5th Years.
Summary: one-shot attempting to answer the question:
What happened in Remus and Tonks final moments?
Oh! You made me cry! This is so good! Keep writing!
Summary: James and Lily didn't wake up one morning and find they were in love with each other...but two mornings in particular were a help. So were two letters written in purple ink.
I love how there's a reason they get together. They understand what the other is going through. Not the "One day Lilly Evans decided that she was madly in love with James Potter" stuff you can get sometimes. Keep writing! Do you think maybe you could add more to the story? Building up to when they start going out?
Author's Response: I\'m definitely going to write more James/Lily fics, but this one needs to stand alone: I like leaving the rest to the imagination. Besides, it does take a bit longer for them to get together, and I\'m not sure you want to read/I want to write several chapters about James being supportive and Lily not even wanting to think about a relationship with him. I don\'t think I could skip over that part if I were to continue with the story. I feel like it should be finished.
Summary: Love a duck! Will he stop at nothing? Voldemort is rapidly taking over, and his Death Eaters are killing Muggle-borns every day. The good news? A mysterious man, known only as The Phoenix, is rescuing people in the nick of time all over England.
Meanwhile, newlywed writer Lily Potter has troubles of her own. For one, her marriage is not turning out to be as great as she'd thought... for another, she's been blackmailed by an old "friend" into turning spy and discovering the Phoenix's true identity.
Thrills, spills, laughs, gasps, song lyrics, and good old swashbucklin' intrigue.
Inspired by Baroness Emmuska Orczy's excellent novel, "The Scarlet Pimpernel," and Frank Wildhorn and Nan Knighton's AMAZING musical by the same name.
But if you're not familiar with either, the story's just all the more suspenseful! All song lyrics used in this story are based on those by Wildhorn and Knighton
I love it! I've read up to chapter five so far and I'm waiting impatiently for the next one!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I haven\'t gotten a review for this in awhile!
I absolutely adore your characterization of Aberforth Dumbledore!
Author's Response: 0_0 Wowwwww! I adore Aberforth, and I am thrilled to be receiving a review about him!

Summary: Gilderoy Lockhart, the ever-vain wizard, has decided to take up teaching the Defence Against Dark Arts subject at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Follow him during his first day of school as he wrestles with back-talking students, unpleasant teachers, and absolutely no breaks in the day to style his hair.
That's Lockhart all right! You've captured him brilliantly! I really like the way you ended it. It seems like something Jo would do if she wrote this story. The way you had his room decorated is so perfectly Lockhart, it is kind of strange.
Summary: Those sent to Azkaban are condemned to a place that is worse than death.
You seem to have a extraordinary gift of being able to say many things in very few words. You've really captured the spirit (or lack thereof) of Azkaban.
Er . . . It feels kind of strange to sign off that way right after reading this poem. . . .
Summary: Lily hate James...and James loves Lily. But will they be able to look past their own pride and see the love that has formed between them? Or is what must be just a dream?
Note: this randomly got deleted, so here it is again....
Also, the warning is just a precaution for possible later chapters...
I love her reaction to James being made Head. I can't wait for more!
By the way, was this put up before? I remember it being up already.
Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, it was up, but I came on one day to see if my other chapter was validated, but the whole story was gone! So sad...I had 30 something reviews! Ah, well...
Summary: This is book two in the "Potter's Pentagon" trilogy. Read "Potter's Pentagon: The Five" first, myesss? Cool.
WARNING: This story contains French people, an internal monologue about a blue orange, adolescent facial hair, good old-fashioned snogging, superstitious truck drivers, a portrait who calls everyone "Mavis," a zoo break-in, some very strange clothes, romantic conflict galore, and Ron Weasley's caffeine addiction. And worst of all, Professor Zabini!
Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament, and when one of the members of Potter's Pentagon is selected to represent the school, much excitement ensues. Simultaneously, elections are being held for Minister of Magic, and things are getting busy at the Ministry.
Not to mention the fact that Jordan's made a new Muggle friend without informing her of the itty-bitty fact that he's magical, Haley has found an enchanted diary of dubious origin, Ted's met a werewolf from Beauxbatons, and Emma... well, Emma's not having a good year.
And what exactly is Ivy up to, anyway?
Everyone has secrets. But in the end, the truth will have to come out.
Starring Best Male Original Character runner-up Jordan Potter, Best Female Original Character Nominees Ivy Potter, Emma Weasley, Haley Potter, and Giorgi Anderson, and Best Male Original Character nominee Ted Lupin! Nominated for Best Post-Hogwarts story in the 2008 Quicksilver Quill Awards!
"Rupert Daniels" . . . Nice.
I think I like Giuordin. (Watch her be evil.) Well, no. I guess you do not have to "watch", seeing as you already know the story and you cannot watch a book.
Luna laughed nervously at her own stupidity and lack of the ability to stop talk-er-typing.
Author's Response: Luna! ^_^ Hehehe, there shall be a Lewis Matthews as well. I am not very subtle. Thank you so much, by the way, for letting me know about the evil G.A.A Fuster/Chrissyprince who stole my story.
How amazing! I absolutely adore how Giorgi makes fun of Jordan! I can't wait for the next chapter!
And ou don’t act like a ten-year-old, either.
Hogwarts School For Witchcraft and Wizardry
Sorry to be nit-picky. I loved it! Specially the transformation scene. (Don't tell anyone, but I actually became a Ted/Arden shipper for halfa minute there! o.0 It's okay now! I'm back to Iv/Ted. (Canon rules! (If that is canon. . . (?)))) ( Hey, maybe I can join Voldy's Parenthesis Overuse club thingy!)
By the way, I LURVE EMMA!! (Not romantically, I lurve her the way I lurve Luna Lovegood and Molly Weasley.)
(MOLLY WEASLEY IS HARDCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
(Hey, now I can join Giorgi!!!!!!!! (sp?))
dot . dot . dot .
Author's Response: Thanks for pointing out the typos! I appreciate it, though I\'m way too lazy to correct them. Feel free to join Voldy and Giorgi! And Bellatrix as well, she has similar punctuation habits to Giorgi.
You can ship whoever you want, so long as it\'s not Emma/Zabini. That\'s the nice thing about stories! Speaking of Emma, I\'m glad you like her... seems a lot of people don\'t at all.
I lurve Molly and Luna as well!
A great ending! My two favourite lines in this chapter I think are:
"When at last their waving subsided, they felt curiously empty, as though they’d just finished reading a good book that they hadn’t wanted to end, or that they’d left a party when they still felt like dancing."
"They’d laughed and cried, lived and loved, grown and changed, won and lost, weathered their ways through clichés like these."
It was good, as I have already said before, but it seemed a lot like the end of the Five. Luckily for you, that was a good ending too. I do notice you make a lot of references to Muggle things that the characters would not get, because they wouldn't know they mean.
Favourite Pentagon: Emma
Favourite OC: Giorgi
Least Favourite Pentagon: Ivy
Least Favourite OC: . . . I don't know!
Relate the most to: Most likely Ted
Author's Response: You know, you were right that this story ends a lot like The Five (which, by the way, I thought you said that you couldn\'t remember anything about The Five! ^_^), but then, all of the story was like The Five, especially Apple\'s defeat. They\'re very formulaic stories! :) And yeah, you do remind me of Ted sometimes... except that unlike Ted, you don\'t like Ivy!
I lurve it so much! Ted/Ivy is my OTP for this trilogy!
Author's Response: LUNA READ CHAPTER SEVEN! My life is complete! Hahahaha...
No, on the serious side... do you know when the first Music Man rehearsal is? Because if it was today... that\'s a bad start.
“I can’t do it!” exclaimed Haley, pacing up and down theatrically. “Why can’t I do it? How am I supposed to be dramatic and mysterious if I can’t raise one eyebrow?” - heh heh
I’m always right. Except for this one time when I thought I was wrong. - Did you come up with that on your own?
Isn't Amortentia the potion that smells different to every person, not a love potion?
So Giorgi signs off like you, huh?
Sorry to have just posted the story into theis review. I loved the plants bit. It really tied the beginning of the chapter and the end together.
p.s. You're so welcome. I was just searching "Schmerg_The_Impaler" on a search engine and I found it. By the way, other people reading this comment, I AM NOT A SCHMERGO STALKER!!
Author's Response: Haley is so much fun to write. She is ridiculous.
The \'I\'m always right...\' thing came from something my dad says like every day of his life. He still thinks it\'s funny. But my dad is quite hilarious-- he helped me with my \"Quest For Ice Cream\" story.
Errrr... yeah, you\'re right about Amortentia, but it is a love potion, just the most powerful love potion of all.
Giorgi DOES sign off like me. I didn\'t start doing that until I had written this story, so it\'s actually the other way around!
By the way, the evil plagiarized story has been taken down. HUZZAH!
OHOHOHOHOHOH! (Imagine a series of insanely crazy looking faces.)
OMGIZZLE! Amazing! Beautiful! LOQUACIOUS!
Anyway, before anything else: How many chapters are left?
IVY IS AMAZING!
I realize that so far this is just a list of random comments and exclamation marks!
That is a lot of stuff, but the way you wrote it didn't seem too fast paced; it felt like "WHAT WILL SHE THINK OF NEXT?!"
Jordan is amazing! Has Haley always been commentator? She's amazing!
[Assume that everyone except the cheating judges, Voldemort, Ronald McDonald, and Apple are amazing!]
Author's Response: LUUUUUUUUUUUNA! I imagined insanely crazed faces, all of which look like Peter Pettigrew attempting to look seductive/ doing Barbra Jean Hart\'s \"lie face\"/Van\'s driver\'s license photo.
There are 4 chapters left! I\'m glad you think pretty much everyone is amazing, but I beg to differ, because Voldemort IS amazing! Haley has always been the commentator; I once did a roleplay with her long before writing this story where a spell was put on the megaphone so that everything she said came true on the pitch. It was trippy indeed!
Thanks for readin\'!
Oh my! Oh my! C'est magnifique! It's loverly! Especially this part:
“So, just as a recap—Apple’s a wizard…”
“Correct,” said Jordan.
“And he wants to hurt Muggles.”
“And I’m a Muggle.”
“And so you want me to go over to where he is?”
Keep going! We're near the climax and the suspense is making me unhappy! On a wonderful note: Giorgi is the best thing before, during, and since the invention of musical theatre.
Author's Response: Luna, this is a lovely review. And yes, musical theatre is brilliant... speaking of which- I SENT YOU A PM CHOCK-FULL OF MICHAEL BALL. Yep.
Y'know how I said I lurve Emma? Well, I still do! But you know what else I lurve? Tyremma!!! SO POIFECT!!!!
Random question that I should know the answer to but don't. What is the colour of Haley's and Jordan's hair?
Author's Response: ^_^ I, as you may have suspected, am rather fond of Tyremma myself.
Haley & Jordan both have black hair and green eyes like their dad, but their facial features look more like their mother\'s, and they\'ve got freckles.
you’ll find someone you like a lot more than a goofy, scarecrow-type bloke like me - Had you seen 'No Place Like Home' when you wrote this description?
Did you think up that Icarus Higgenbottom bit?
On a side note, I have no clue when rehearsal starts.
Still lurve it amazingly so!
Author's Response: I wrote this about two years ago, so No Place Like Home had not yet come out, and I hadn\'t yet realized that Ted looked exactly like Neil Cicierega!
I did indeed think that up, and I invented that name. Can\'t you tell? ^_^
Thank you very much!
"Marina Ghislaine Weasley" - How does one go about promouncing such a middle name?
I really love the way you show us Haley and Jordan's minds. I mean, this story is pretty much omniscient, but you can particularly see into the Potters' minds.
It's Lee Jordan, right? Tell me it's Lee Jordan!!! (No, don't ruin the story for me.)
One (more) question, if Jordan has never heard of Daffy Duck, how does he know Daffy's a cartoon?
Author's Response: I... am... really... dumb...
I never thought about how he wouldn\'t know Daffy Duck was a cartoon, so \"I am really dumb\" is as much of an excuse as I can give. Also, I have no idea how to pronounce \"Ghislaine\" or whether it\'s a name. My friend said it\'s a name, and I\'ve only seen in written down. I stole it from my friend\'s roleplaying character because I am uncreative.
I always refer to these stories not as Potter\'s Pentagon but as \"The Haley and Jordan stories\" for some reason, and I think it\'s because there\'s a lot of me in both of them. *shrug* I hate to overshadow the other characters with Haley and Jordan-ness, but they\'re so much fun.
Why is Quidditch going on during the TWT?
"that’s almost as scarier than having to compete myself"
Love it! Although I must say, not to be mean or rude or anything, but Zabini seems to be just Snape with no conflicting Unbreakable Vows and bit less developed.
I still love it and can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: LOOOONA! Quidditch is going on during the TWT because (a. I had to put Jordan\'s Quidditch subplot and (b. They\'re not growing a giant hedge maze, so it\'s okay to use the pitch. *Shrug* I wrote this awhile ago, and couldn\'t write out the Quidditch stuff.
Zabini IS Snape with less development. My original idea was to make him a Snape rip-off with one big twist (which comes in the third book)... but then HBP and DH came out, and it turned out it wasn\'t such a big twist after all. So now he\'s basically still a Snape ripoff.
"Giorgi, with her long legs and soccer skills was the fastest, but even she was having trouble moving quickly."
There was a stunning lack of Britishisms in the preceeding sentence. :)
Don't worry if you don't like this part. It's the hardest part of the story: wrapping up the loose ends in a way that doesn;t seem like "wrap this up, and here let's fix this . . ." I think you took care of it nicely!
Author's Response: Thanks for pointing that out. I completely forgot my ill-assumed British patois when I was writing this bit. (And yes, I just paraphrased Lord Vetinari in that last sentence._
