I'm not going to put any personal stuff up here, so no name, where I live, or what's happened in my life so far, which makes this a pretty bad biography. As you've probably guessed, I love Harry Potter, and I wanted to try writing fan fiction.
Lethal Affection by Phoenix5225
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 20]
Summary: It has been said that when a butterfly flaps its wings, the effects are felt on the other side of the earth. And so it is the same with our past. Every memory, every scene we have witnessed, every emotion we have felt, has shaped us into the people we have become. How is it that an event that occurred thirty years ago can affect an action today? How do we begin to understand this phenomenon so that we may alter the paths of our future? And most importantly, how will one man learn to love one woman, when for him, feeling affection for another has led to nothing but death?
Wow. That's really not something anybody should have to go through, seeing their father kill their mother with a knife. Great story so far. Keep updating please!
A Tale of Two Matchmakers by Kerichi
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 1385]
Summary: Romance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill for Best Romance-Non Canon 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 2010 mods changed the rules (they got tired of the same fics being nominated ^_~) so no more QQ hopes, but that's okay. No proof is needed that Draco/Ginny = love.
* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is. *
(Warnings were added for safety, due to brief allusions in later chapters, not graphic content.)
Natalie Athene-does that mean me? If so, thank you! Great chapter. I loved all the Princess Bride stuff with Wesley.
Author's Response: Yes, I moshed readers names (and pen names when I couldn\'t find a name on an author page) for potions, because I heart you! Wesley is a lot of fun...Luna is a lucky girl!
If only to make you go ape...
Great chapter! You've got me reading GinnyDraco fics, which I normally hate but am starting to like. Please update soon!
Author's Response: Aw, I\'m all choked up and sniffing and stuff. Thank you for reading a pairing you usually hate just because you like the story. You made my day! *hugs*
Three Musketeers and Captain Hook and Princess Bride, oh my! Update soon! You already know I love this story, and all I can say is it's a fantastic story and I'm hooked!
Author's Response: Hooked on Hook? Better than Hooked on Phonics! :D I never tire of being told you like the story. Every time makes me smile! Thank you. :)
Great chapter. I loved the Tom Felton joke
Author's Response: Thanks! It was fun to put the names in. :D
I loved the passage from A Midsummer Night's Dream. It's one of my favorite quotes by Shakespeare, because of the imagery. Also, you had Puck in the faerie ring. I also recognized the faerie ring from Semi Charmed Life. Great chapter! This is an amazing story.
Author's Response: I\'ve used the faerie ring in several stories, because they\'re too good not to use! Puck rocks, as does the Bard, with his luv-er-ly way with words. : ]
As Jerry Seinfeld said, "Love is like a coke machine-you have to rock it back and forth a couple of times before it falls over." :) Great chapter!
Author's Response: Thanks! I love that quote. :D Things definitely get rocky for awhile. Teenagers and their dramas, heh.
OMG! The first review! Great chapter. I love this story so much! Keep up the great work!!!
Author's Response: Bows in reverential salaam to the first reviewer. *salaam* Thank you!
What story used Mushu? I liked the idea of a wizard's handshake-is that likeaan unbreakable vow?, and of course I loved the romantic fluff. Especially the Draco/Ginny parts. Will Draco tel his parents next chapter that he and Ginny are together? I can see it killing Lucius and Narcissa point blank refusing to accept it. :) Great job and please update soon!
Author's Response: Simply Irresistible, over on...another site. :D. I\'ll email you the link so you can have a lookey loo sometime. Your comment about Lucius made me grin (wickedly). You\'ll see why soon! ;)
Loved it. But I always love this story. I need to think of something more inventive to say :)
Author's Response: Whatever you feel like saying in a review will bring a smile to my face, so don\'t worry, be happy! :)
Yay! Updates! I'm reading Romeo and Juliet in English and we just saw the scene that they renacted in the movie :). Great job!!
Author's Response: Ta, Thanks! That was a great scene, wasn\'t it? I still think R&J were on the stupid side, but they had some fab lines!
Great chapter! I hate you for the cliffie, plz update soon!
Author's Response: The next chapter will make up for it, I promise, sweetie darling! :D
More Than a Feeling by Kerichi
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 268]
Summary:
Severus Snape has ambitions to rise above his humble beginnings. Eris Greyback has a family debt to repay. Their romance is a more complicated brew than the trickiest of potions. SSEG, LEJP. The sequel, The Potions Master's Apprentice, is also complete.
*Winner of the 2007 QSQ Award for Best Marauder Era Story*
AMAZING!!!! Really, really good. I can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you! I did my darndest to create an ending that will make you want to read the sequel! ^_^
Very nice. I'm a major fan of this story! Update soon! But then, I should be complementing you for updating. The other one I'm hooked on hasn't been updated in forever!
Author's Response: I feel your pain about stories not being updated. Once, a story I was reading wasn\'t updated in six months and I couldn\'t remember what was going in the plot when the chap finally came out, lol. I\'ll try my best to get this one \'done\' before they close the queue for Christmas. I can\'t wait to post the sequel! :D
Sounds great! I can't wait for the sequel, and awesome chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you! Severus and Eris\' relationship is definitely \'adult\' in the sequel, but it\'s still T rated sexiness. :D
I love Tom Wilkes! He's got such a great character. It makes me want to use him for the Severus Snape story I'm writing. (Although I won't :))
Author's Response: Wilkes was Severus\' friend at school in canon, so sure you can use him! I\'ve used Jonathan for his first name in another story. You could make it John (Rowling supposedly was thinking of John Wilkes Booth). :D
Semi Charmed Life by Kerichi
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 333]
Summary:
Within the Marauder band of Merry Men, Sirius is the dashing Will Scarlet. Seventh year, his goal is not to rob the rich, but to help poor Robin woo Maid Lily, avoid sermons from Friar Moony, aid a rat in need, and win the love of a fair lady.
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill for Best Romance- Non Canon.
*Chapter 30 is 'To Be Loved'*
I loved the way Petunia decided that she was under Sirius's spell. I always wondered what she went through as Lily's sister. Now we know why she's a wizard hater-and of course, that she can't admitt a guy is really good-looking.
Author's Response: Attracted to a wizard? Of course not! He must be putting her under his wicked spell, lol.
I know, somebody already said this, but I loved the Artie Fowl joke!
Author's Response: Hey, I\'m glad you loved it! It made me snicker, thinking of him floating around the basement. :D
Loved the Rapunzel joke!! :) Awesome chapter!
Author's Response: Don\'t you think he\'d be dead sexy with Rapunzel hair? :D
Loved the Rapunzel joke!! :) Awesome chapter!
Author's Response: Thanks! If I was a firstie, I\'d corner him and brush it too!
