You've just come to the place where I call home. I am Azalea and I love Harry Potter. I also like carry-out (aka "carrion". Crow joke.), manga and anime, Philip Pullman, and fencing. My favorite band, hmmm, three-way tie between Nine Days, The All-American Rejects, and Lifehouse. As of right now, I have become very into Brian Froud and his artwork.
I am proudly married to Remus Lupin, Ron Weasley, and Oliver Wood, and I am a Dumbledore; according to Saphirre Isle.
I also have four older brothers, youngest to oldest, Hugh, Aeron, Gryffyn, and Gareth. Hugh is my favorite, being only a year older than me, and Aeron is the one I detest. (Think not hot Sirius Black and you've got him)
In the long run, I am a crazy teenage girl who lurves reviews and chocolate, and if you like, you can go to my LJ and read another story which probably won't be able to get into the queue in time.
Do to confusing myself, I'd like to clear this up. MY PARENTS ARE BRITISH/WELSH, I WAS BORN IN AMERICA.
Which HP Kid Are You?

*please note that I'm always adding stuff to my personal space here. Bear with it.
Summary: Missing moment from chapter thirty-one of Deathly Hallows. After Harry leaves with Luna, Ron gets a brilliant idea involving a dead snake, a girl's bathroom and a certain chamber. R/Hr.
I swear I've read this on another site...hmm, well, good job anyways. You are the ruler of all Ron/Hermione stuff after "Daddy"
Summary: James Potter is determined to make his last year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry unforgettable, one for the history books, but the war with Voldemort weighs heavily on his mind. As he works to help bring about an end to the scourge that has plagued the wizarding world for many years Lily Evans starts to see him for the man he has become instead of the boy he used to be.
I really like this! It's going straight to my faves!
Author's Response: Oh wow! That\'s the biggest compliment! Thanks so much!!!
Hmmm...this doesn't seem to be going the way most James/Lily stories go. It's a nice break from the norm, and it also helps that you're a rather good writer. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Is being different a good thing or a bad thing? I just don\'t want the story to be the same old, same old...but the heart of the story is essentially the same
Summary: Lily's wants are really quite simple. She wants James to leave her alone. She wants to be a straight O student. She wants James to go back to whatever planet he came from. She wants to have a complete set of History of Magic notes. And she wants James to be confined to St. Mungo's for the rest of her seventh year. Her friends have other ideas. Poor Lily, everyones against her, even the author.
Check spelling and tense, otherwise, good!
Summary: When second-year James Potter decides to be quill-pals with Severus Snape, he at least amuses himself...
Teehee!! I don't think James was that mean...anyways, yay!
Author's Response: Thanks! Probably not quite.. but with Snape, you never know...
Summary: Stupid parties. At least, that’s what Lily Evans thought. After being kicked out of her own dorm, and having to find a suitable place to sleep, she’s fed up. Now, to make her night worse, if she wants a place to stay the night, she has to share a bed with James Potter. Oh joy.
Teehee! Good job.
Summary: History is full of people who have gone uncredited- or it would be. Merlyn, a notorious trickster in her sixth year at Hogwarts, belongs to this category.
This is the story of that fateful night in the Astronomy Tower, seen through the eyes of a young Hufflepuff witch, for whom the world will never seem the same.
Heehee! I love Merlyn!
Author's Response: Thanks Crows! She was dead boring until she acquired her alter ego! I tried to get her talking like Fred and George, but I discovered that it\'s harder than it looks. I\'m so glad you like her!
Summary: Before Harry’s fifth year at Hogwarts, he is shown a group photo of the original Order of the Phoenix, back when it was his parents fighting against Voldemort.
But a photo doesn’t show their lives, their personalities, their every day conversations ... or how much organising can be needed to take one single photograph when you have a room full of people – especially when four of whom liked to call themselves “Marauders” back in their school days ...
Excellent! I love your work!
Author's Response: Thanks!
Summary: This was found scratched on the wall of Bellatrix Lestrange's cell in Azkaban. It is believed she used her fingernails.
Would Bella really be this lucid? Well, Azkaban does wierd things to us...anyways, it's a very well-written poem
Summary: Solid stone is just sand and water, baby...
Life is like solid stone...just bits and pieces mixed with time to create something stronger...
Life in the time of the First War is just bits and pieces, mixed with time to become stronger than us...stronger than anything we could ever imagine...
The story of the Marauders, their classmates, their 7th year, and those bits and pieces, and time going on...solid stone.
...sand and water, and a million years gone by.
Warnings apply mainly to later chapters
Hmmm, first chapter isn't terribly impressive, but I am going to stick with it. It sounds like a very serious Marauder-Era stroy, and good ones don't come around often, but this has potential. I like it.
Summary: Anyone heard those rumours about a Harry Potter musical?
It better be just like this.
No, but seriously, it's a spoof of the songs from Disney channel's infamous "High School Musical," telling the tale of JK Rowling's infamous "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." (I was dared; I took the challenge.)
You will never see the Basilisk the same way again.
P.S. You may also want to check out my Beatles and Phantom of the Opera spoofs. Just click on my username and it'll take you to my delightfully chaotic author's page.
Twice nominated for Best Poem in the Quicksilver Quills Awards!
Author's Response: THIS...IS...HOGWAAAAARTS!!!
Summary: A Poem of the mythical Merlin.
Very nice. I like it very much.
Author's Response: Thank you. :)
Summary: A Malfoy is lost in the Muggle world, enjoying its simplicity. But her brother finds her and he's not best pleased. Short fic - just a few chapters.
Hmm, very good. I'd like to find out what happens to Eleanor though.
Summary: Eileen Prince has suffered much in her lifetime, including abuse, unrequited love, and an alcoholic of a husband. Contains references to the song Eleanor Rigby by The Beatles. Also Tobias and Severus Snape, and an original character by the name of Atticus Nott.
Oh so sad...poor Sev.
Ah, Christmas. The season of joy and love. And Head Boy James Potter fully intends to use the loving atmosphere to his advantage by coming up with plans and using them to capture the heart of Lily Evans.
But since when do plans transfer beautifully from parchment to life?
Six plans become five, five become four, four become three, three become two, two become one, and then there are none.
Then his friends come to the rescue.
But of course.
I quite like it...very interesting.
Author's Response: LOL, thanks!
Summary: Why Hermoine really *wasn't* sure that Ron could pass a Muggle driving test.
Haha! This so very funny! Good job!

Summary: Gilderoy Lockhart, the ever-vain wizard, has decided to take up teaching the Defence Against Dark Arts subject at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Follow him during his first day of school as he wrestles with back-talking students, unpleasant teachers, and absolutely no breaks in the day to style his hair.
Hah, mildly funny. Writing style: A+
Summary: And Odo the hero, they bore him back home... The full story of how Odo came to meet his untimely death.
Very amusing to read. It's refreshing to read, and definitely sounds like a drinking song.
Author's Response: Thanks, Crows! Glad you liked it!
Summary: These are the things Ron wants more than anything else in the world.
Beautiful, simply beautiful. A lovely tribute to our most glorious ship.
Author's Response: It is a glorious ship, isn\'t it? Who doesn\'t love some good Ron/Hermione?
Summary: It’s all about the little things…
If you’ve ever missed somebody special, this is for you.
This is so lovely. I really like it.
Author's Response: I\'m glad.
