You've just come to the place where I call home. I am Azalea and I love Harry Potter. I also like carry-out (aka "carrion". Crow joke.), manga and anime, Philip Pullman, and fencing. My favorite band, hmmm, three-way tie between Nine Days, The All-American Rejects, and Lifehouse. As of right now, I have become very into Brian Froud and his artwork.
I am proudly married to Remus Lupin, Ron Weasley, and Oliver Wood, and I am a Dumbledore; according to Saphirre Isle.
I also have four older brothers, youngest to oldest, Hugh, Aeron, Gryffyn, and Gareth. Hugh is my favorite, being only a year older than me, and Aeron is the one I detest. (Think not hot Sirius Black and you've got him)
In the long run, I am a crazy teenage girl who lurves reviews and chocolate, and if you like, you can go to my LJ and read another story which probably won't be able to get into the queue in time.
Do to confusing myself, I'd like to clear this up. MY PARENTS ARE BRITISH/WELSH, I WAS BORN IN AMERICA.
Which HP Kid Are You?
This beautiful banner was made by the amazingly talented Colores.
*please note that I'm always adding stuff to my personal space here. Bear with it.
Summary: Harry gets given a shoebox of Lily's junk. To him half of it should go straight in the bin because it means nothing to him, but had it meant anything to Lily?
So funny...can't stop...LMAO...UPDATE!
Author's Response: I\'m chugging a new chapter through the system, so I hope you like it! It\'s a bit different from this, so I\'m expecting mixed reactions but I hope you like it:) Thanks for reviewing, Jane xx
Oooh! Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Oooh! There is more! On the way, though :) Thanks for reviewing, ILY :D (You\'ll get that joke when you read the next chapter!) Jane xx
Summary: Selina, a third year Slytherin wakes up one day to discover she is bleeding. Convinced death is imminant, there is only one person she can talk to- her Head of House, Professor Snape.
*falls off chair, laughing ass off* This is so good and so funny. Good job. Isn't it fun to make Snape uncomfortable?
Author's Response: Thank you for your review. I did enjoy writing a side of Severus that is less often seen in the books.
Summary: Who would've thought that a little girl could bring two people together? One day, Lily is asked to babysit her best friend's sister, Rose. When James Potter volunteers to help, what will come of it? **COMPLETE**
Good bunny-fluff. I like it!
Hmmm, a video camera and a drunk Sirius...ingenious.
Summary: Lavender has just dumped Ron, yet she is the one who comes away with tears in her eyes. Ron and Hermione's not-so-perfect relationship through misty eyes.
Excellent! I feel that you've justified Lavender a wee bit, actually, but think of it this way: Ron?Hermione would not have happened properly without her!
Summary: She is seventeen and alive. [Andromeda's rebellion. One shot.]
Summary: Severus Snape lies to his mum. Who doesn't? There are plenty of things he'll never tell her. His "best mates" are his worst tormentors and the dream school is nothing but a nightmare he'd love to forget. Not that she knows.
This is so good, it's cute how Snape refers to his mum as "The Junior Minister" and himself as "THe Prime Minister's Head"!
Author's Response: Huzzah! I was waiting for someone to note on that, haha. I\'m glad you enjoyed it; thanks for the review.
Summary: Fleur is thinking about Bill. This story has some French and a French accent.
Yaaaaaay! *claps wildly*
Author's Response: Thaaaanks! *does happy dance!*
Summary: I'm not really sure how or when it happened. I'd say somewhere between when he saved my life (and didn't even mention it!) and our late-night conversation. Or maybe in third year, but I just repressed it. No matter when it happened, something clicked with James Potter, and I felt like a fool. Especially when I learned that he had a girlfriend. Hopefully with stories of a nude Petunia and my charm, he'll see the light.
This will be six chapters.
EEHEEHEE!!! Evil Lily plan coming on, right? Luckily, tomorrow the queue's open and you can update!!
Author's Response: Hehe, I know! Yay queue!
How very sensitive of James. He's so sweet.
Author's Response: :D I agree.
Summary: Parvati, Cho and Ginny - the three prettiest girls of Hogwarts, demand Harry why he didn't simply stick around with one of them. And he answers each of the ladies in limerick-like stanzas, giving his own "verdict" in the end.
Warning: Slightly idiotic
Oh no! Harry/Luna! So funny!
Author's Response: Hey, I\'m really serious about it :(...oh well
Summary: "The creature in his chest roaring in triumph, he grinned down at Ginny and gestured wordlessly out of the portrait hole. A long walk in the grounds seemed indicated, during which—if they had time—they might discuss the match." US HBP pg 534
Well what happened on that walk in the grounds? Here’s my version… hope you like it!
LOL! This is going to turn out well....*evil little smile* I hope you don't think Cho is that bad...she's not a Death Eater or anything....
Author's Response: He he he *evil grin* I know...... lol....... I DO NOT! think Cho is bad AT ALL! However, I love Harry just like Ginny does, and simply dislke her sensitive character. She was fun to pick on *laughs evilly*...... hope you forgive me, I am a really nice person... just a bit double sided..... ;-) Thanks For Reviweing ~roXtar
Summary: The Marauders are back in their second day of their dance-based curriculum, and it's time to pull on the tights. And that's not all: Tara found out that she's not the only girl Sirius has dated that week. What drastic measures will Sirius have to resort to to win her back?
This is the sequel to Muggle Studies -- The Muggle Way. Please read that one first.
I love the name of the chapter!
Minnie’s feeling generous today. Find a new girlfriend. -Prongs. That's JAmes for you. I think you voice him well.
Author's Response: Ooh, thanks! I had fun with the chapter title, and all the notes. :D
This was great! Good job!
Author's Response: Hmmm.... you usually leave more detailed reviews. I guess my story just leaves you speechless. *wink* Thanks for the review!
Hey hun! Sorry I've been gone, but with band and two brothers with the flu, life has been NUTS! Anyways, I really like how things have been going. The last paragraph was GENIUS!
Author's Response: It took me a little bit to get that line just right, but I\'m glad you liked it. And don\'t worry; I understand the band pressure. We\'ve got State coming up. Thanks for the review!
Summary: "We do not remember days; we remember moments."
What follows is a collection of little memories that make up life: moments, both significant and obscure. A series of vignettes more than anything, that, put together, may paint a picture of the lives of our favorite Marauders. Rating because of language.
Veeeery interesting. Keep going, I'll keep an eye on it.
Author's Response: Interesting in a good way, I hope? Thank you!
Summary: Seventh-year Lily Evans is ready for romance, but not any kind of romance--she desires the sappiest kind possible. She is not aware, however, that her knight in shining armor just might be the (until now) devilishly annoying James Potter.
Oooh! Can't wait for more!
Summary: During the course of Deathly Hallows, Ron Weasley has his own demons to overcome. How does Ron cope and come to terms with himself during two weeks that are missing in Deathly Hallows?
Applause is all you deserve, Ravensgryff. Good job. Another masterpiece.
Author's Response: I\'m certain that\'s the first time I\'ve ever seen the word masterpiece in relation to my work! *blushes* Thanks very much!!
Summary: This is the story of a boy and a girl. And a boy. This is the story of love returned and unreturned, of friendship gone dry, and of the things people will do for love. This is the story of James Potter and Lily Evans and Severus Snape. *two-shot*
You should just make a few small changes, forgotten words (I was always under the impression that Lily had red hair, not dark hair), misspellings and such, other than that, AWESOME!!
Author's Response: Lily does have red hair, and red can be dark, can\'t it? I do need to fix some typos, you\'re not the first to point it out! Thanks for the review.
