Why I Like Harry Potter: Everyone who knows me at all knows I'm obsessed with Harry Potter and as such, this is the question I get asked the most and the hardest one to answer. I guess I love the books because they're good stories, but it's more than that. They take me from the real world, they ensure that I always have a friend, someone to relate to. They created this wonderful fandom where I've met counless wonderful people. What's not to like about Harry Potter?
My Boggart: Like Mrs. Weasley in OotP, my family being hurt. It would also probably be me squeezed into a tight elevator for eternity.
My Favorite Characters: (in no specific order) Harry, Ron, Hermione (had to get the obvious out of the way), Hagrid, Luna, Sirius, Remus, James, Lily, Dumbledore, Tonks, Neville, and the Weasleys.
My Favorite Ships: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, James/Lily, Neville/Luna or Neville/Lavender, Umbridge/Voldemort (hey, they're both pure evil! Muhahaha!)
How Long I've Been Obsessed and How I Express That Obsession (try saying that five times fast!) : I have been obsessed for five years. Life as I now know it started when I read SS after my Dad ordered all the books and begged me endlessly to read them (how he regrets it now....) and then I went on a field trip to see the movie with my class... it was love at first... word? line?
I express my obsession by listening to MuggleCast every week, visting MuggleNet at least twice a day, being a PiPa member, and of course coming here and to the Forums. I also made my basketball team sing on one of the character's birthdays, but after that I could never convince them to do it again.... spoil sports!
*************A Few Facts Regarding Me******************
My Hero: Jo Rowling. She is an inspiration to all of those who have ever been told, have ever thought, that they can't do this. She proved the whole world wrong by coming up with the best book series ever and becoming the first author worth a billion. Take that, those who make fun of me for calling her "Jo", "like she's my personal friend". Who doesn't, though?
Favorite Books: (Besides the Harry Potter series, the best books forever and ever. Amen) The Goose Girl, Enna Burning, River Secrets, Princess Academy, all by Shannon Hale; The Maximum Ride Series, by James Patterson; The Lionboy Trilogy, by Zizou Corder; Percy Jackson and the Olympiads Series, by Percy Jackson; The Chronicles of Narnia, by C.S. Lewis; Pride and Predjudice by Jane Austen; The Blue Sword, Beauty, both by Robin McKinley; Alas, Babylon, by Pat Frank

Summary: Harry writes a love note to one person...but someone else recieves it and gets the wrong idea. From here, confusion and chaos come about. Who is really sending the notes? Who really likes who? What is going on?!
This is spectacular and side-splitting. I cracked up at the Harry/Draco thing, because Harry was so clueless and so obviously straight, and Draco only loves himself. Can't wait to see what Hermione's plan is (I'm sure it's brilliant!).
This was hilarious, especially the Draco/Harry scene (I think that pairing is so ridiculous that I had to laugh at your parody of it!). Hermione and Ron's plan was ingenious as well... bagels! Wowsers! Great story!
Awesome wonderful terrific gnarly totally perfect story! Great job and I will definately read your other stories!
Loved it! Hilarious and well-written. Excellent job!
This story is so awesome! (I love how everyone has a journal!) I'm really glad that Lavender is warming up to Neville, as at first I felt bad for him. I love this story and I will definitely read your other stories!
Wonderful chapter! All of the thoughts and diary entries for the character are so appropriate for them. The flow and storyline are great. Keep up the awesomeness!
Stupendous! I love this story, with all of its quirks and complications! It's so awesome and wonderful and really great! I love your writing style and wit. Great job!
There's nothing that I can say about this amazingly witty story that I haven't said already, and you're probably getting bored of my shallow praise. It was a great idea to floo the stuff to Draco (props to your sister) and I loved the fluffy parts, too. I was cracking up the whole time reading this. Excellent!
Summary: (Hi, I wrote this when I was 16, please keep that in mind. I'm keeping it up because people still like it.)
So, you want to be an evil villain? In this handbook that a certain Hogwarts student purchases, all of the rules, techniques, and frequently asked questions about evil villainy are explained. Do you have what it takes? And what will happen to the student who purchases the book? Another story from the strange, twisted, and slightly unfortunate Hermione's Revenge.
That was quite funny! Good job with the first chapter, but... Neville?!?!?! He can't be evil... can he? I guess I'll find out why in the other chapters. Great work!
Summary: Harry Potter steps through the veil deep within the Department of Mysteries, sacrificing himself in a final attempt to destroy Voldemort’s last Horcrux and vanquish the Dark Lord once and for all. On the other side Harry is reunited with many of his loved ones, who sadly tell him it is not his time. Despite heart wrenching pain Harry must return to the land of the living to conclude his final battle with Voldemort, with help from a new friend and a surprising source.
This story was written for the Harry’s Hospital Wing Project and was awarded the Order of the Hospital Wing: First Class.
I love it! Very good interpretation of the prophesy and what will happen with the veil. Although it was a one-shot, it was nearly perfect.
Author's Response: Hello again! Thank you so much for the great review! I wrote this story for a challenge based on the Department of Mysteries. I think the veil is fascinating and will very likely make some sort of appearance in the final book and wanted to explore what that might be. I\'m so glad you liked it - thank you for leaving such a nice review!! ~Gina :)
Summary: An anonymous person has been sending letters to Harry. He is told to carry out a "secret task" according to a set of instructions, and if he fails, the consequences will be strange and unusual. His best friends' lives may also be at stake. After several unsuccessful attempts to ignore the letters, Harry reluctantly decides to carry out the task, only to learn a very unexpected moral at the end.
It's wonderful! The air of mystery and suspense is very real. I can't wait to find out who's "watching him". Keep up the awesome work!
A great chapter! I am filled with so much suspense! Have Hermione and Colin been chosen to carry out the same task? I guess that I will find out soon. Can't wait for the next chapter!
Summary: After the long fight, after all of their hard work, it is over. Voldemort has triumphed, and the Wizarding world has been thrown into darkness. Ginny is the servant of the Malfoys, her free will sucked away from her. Ron is forced to join the Death Eaters, threatened with his family's lives. Hermione is taken prisoner by creatures of the night. But, far away, weak and barely alive, is the one who can pull them out of the storm...if love can survive the challenge.
Wow.... amazingly emotional!
Amazing! More, please!!!
We all knew Harry would unfortunately have to kill sometime... but I couldn't surpress a small cheer when Malfoy was finished. I can't wait to see what happens with Ginny! PLEASE don't let her forget him!
Amazing story, no matter what happens. I'm addicted!
AAHH! Cliffhanger! I can't stand it! Don't make Ginny kill Harry! Her love for him will cancel out the curse, right?
*Mutters to self: Think happy thoughts. Think happy thougts* I'm so glad that Hermione is mortal again and that she and Ron are reunited. It's also so fairy tale-ish that Harry and Ginny and together, so I guess I knew it wouldn't last.
AWESOME job, you really know how to keep me hanging on. I will be so sad when this story ends.... but, for now, keep up the great work and update when you can. Thanks for creating such an addicting fic! ;)
Wow! Another awesome chapter! I love the idea that Harry and Ginny's love heals.
Really, really good. Excellent. That's all I can say, because I have to go read the next chapter! :)
My heart is beating painfully.... it's one of your famous cliffies!
It wasn't a good chapter for former Hogwarts professors, was it? Then again, I was really glad that Hagrid survived his ordeal with the vampires.
Can't wait to see what happens with everyone. I really like your omens.... they're so ominous! :D
This chapter was great! Although we didn't get to see Ginny or Ron for long, it was nice hearing about all of the main characters in one chapter. I liked the explaination of the differences between Hermione's love for Harry and Ron, too. Keep up the good work!
