Summary:
Thanks for updating. I liked the first part of the chapter from Ginnys POV.
Author's Response: Thanks! Ah, Ginny. My GInny muse and I have a love/hate relationship. I find her frustrating to write, so I\'m glad that you liked her POV. I\"m currently dreading the her next POV which is two chapters from now. But this time it won\'t take me a year to update. ;)
Life Happens by ColorOfAngels
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 2751]
Summary:
This is the best story I've read in awhile. Thank you for not letting it drag. Too many of the longer fics go for chapters without anything exciting happening. I also liked your take on Harry and Ginny's friendship.
Author's Response: thanks so much!
In Adversity We Know Our Friends by Wise Owl
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 1409]
Summary: This story is about Harry's struggle...his struggle to obey his mind when his heart is screaming out in protest .
It's about Ginny's secrets, her aching heart, and where her loyalty lies.
Mainly, this story is about friends, those you can trust and those who can't trust you.
Reviews are fun and easy! So don't shy away from stating your opinion...trust me, it feeds the fire so I'm not left out in the cold! ;)
I loved the comedy bits. I can tell you, as someone who grew up in a family of nine, you captured the sibling relationships really well.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! WOWIE!!! A family of NINE! ICK! Your mommy must have had her hands full! Personally I come from a family of 6 so I get the whole sibling thing...but 9...WOW!

Summary: Since the tragedy at the Astronomy Tower, Harry has become an even more formidable wizard, but a shocking revelation may mean the difference between life and death for The Boy Who Lived. [Action takes place in media res towards the end of Harry's Seventh Year at Hogwarts (Post-HBP).]
*sniff* That was a beautiful ending! I liked your story because it had good writing, the characters were, well, in character, and it didn't drag. There was plenty of action. I like that. :) It was a good idea to cut right to the end of the school year, rather than start the story in the summer.
Author's Response: I\'m a fan of the action, yes. :D Thank you so much Kati, and I\'m glad you liked how it turned out!

This story picks up immediately after HBP, and is very slightly AU. But hey, aren’t they all?
wow, this chapter caught my interest. I can't wait to find out what happens next.
Author's Response: Glad to see you\'re interested. I hope I don\'t disappoint you. :-)
Harry Potter and the Heart of the Hero. by Jeograph
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 135]
Summary: Dumbledore is gone, or is he? Harry feels the weight of the world rests on his shoulders, but he is soon to learn that his brooding nature and desire to face his fate alone may be his greatest weakness. It is his emotions, or rather his capacity for emotion that makes him strong, and his relationships his greatest source of strength.
When the summer begins and he faces a fortnight with the Dursleys everything he knows, or rather thinks he knows comes into question. Can he... should he do this all alone? And is he anywhere near ready?
Hogwarts is to be re-opened, the Ministry officially endorsing it as the safest possible place to be. As his birthday approaches there are monumental surprises in store for Harry. Who is he really? And what about his family, who came before his mother and father? Why is the Potter name so famous, and yet so unknown?
Encouraged not to run off to face his fate he returns to Hogwarts for his final year, but surprises abound at the school as well.
Can Harry become the wizard he needs to be to face the Dark Lord? Will he let the people he respects and love really help him? And what of help from unexpected sources; sources he might never trust?
I liked seeing Petunia in the wizarding world. I can't wait to find out what happens next.
Author's Response: I am glad you enjoyed it. Next chapter is with my Beta. Hopefully it will submitted very soon.
Thank you for your review! I hope you keep reading.
Adventures in Courtship by SunDevil05
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 996]
Summary: The war is over. Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley finally have the chance for the happiness they've been craving. But, with Harry recovering from the war and Ginny back in school, can they finally have the relationship they've always wanted?
******Higher rating just to be safe.
That was the saddest, sweetest thing I've read in a long time. what a tearjerker. Thank you for updating.
You capture Harry and Ginny's characters so well. I like that the war is over but they're still dealing with the emotional consequences. Much more believable than, "Voldie is dead, yay, let's party!" LOL
Am I going crazy? - Ron's Dream Diary by Mira Miracle
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 52]

Dive into Ron's subconcious, explore his dreams and read up his comments on them. Do they maybe show the future? Do they merely show his wishes? Are they just weird? Or is Ron - going crazy?
I thought you captured the camraderie between Harry and Ron really well. The dreams were very creative. LOL It made me laugh. Thanks for writing it!
Author's Response: Thanks for your review! With all the shipping going on, people tend to forget that friendship\'s also very important, especially the one between Harry and Ron. And I really like Harry\'s sarcasm :-)

Dark Heart by Igo Retla
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 13]
Summary: After the defeat of Tom Riddle, once known as "Lord Voldemort", Harry Potter, "The Chosen One", settled down to a long and happy life. But not all was to remain as pleasant as he might have hoped.
I really liked this story. Lots of fanfics meld together after awhile but this one really stood out for me. The scene in the Great Hall was delightfully ghastly. The story unfolded at a nice pace too, you didn't overwhelm us with all the details at once. I love the last line. It really made me think.
Author's Response: Thank you. You hit me on two points. I like my stories to stand out--and I like to make people think. Especially that particular last line. ;)
Behind those Emerald Eyes by makinmagic323

Summary: Ten years have elapsed since Dumbledore's death and McGonagall has Hogwarts back on its feet again. Hermione and Malfoy both teach at the school. But when a new teacher is hired to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, everyone seems to feel that they've met him before. A story of mystery, passion, friendship, and jealousy… not to mention that Harry Potter has been missing for ten years and Voldemort is dead. (All violence is mild).

The Way Home by RoxyMarie

A Stolen Past by nuw255
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 428]
Summary:
Fifteen-year-old Harry Potter wakes up in his cupboard under the stairs at number four, Privet Drive with no memory of the past five years of his life. What happened to his memory? What do his strange dreams mean? And most importantly, how will he survive in a school for incurably criminal boys?
This is primarily a mystery, with a bit of shippiness thrown in here and there. Of course, if I told you WHO is involved in the shippiness, that would ruin part of the mystery, wouldn’t it?
This story takes place immediately after OotP (and thus disregards HBP).
This is a great story. Thank you for writing it. I subscribed to the sequel too.
Author's Response: Thanks!

*Completed*
*Quote from The Epilogue*
Suddenly Harry was kissing her as if he couldn’t resist the temptation. There was a kind of frenzy to the kiss at first, a kind of desperate need, but it melted into something soft and sweet and gentle, a promise of a future when kisses would never be limited. When they broke apart he rested his forehead on hers, sprinkling a few affectionate butterfly kisses across her face. “I love you,” he murmured.
I'm curious what will happen to Snape since he seems like one of the masterminds. Charlie's rescue of Hermione was great! I love when the good guys win!
Author's Response: Me too! Snape is in fact in the next chapter. . . . hopefully I\'ll have it up soon.
Great story. I can't wait for the next chapter. I love the line about James peeing on the plate.
Author's Response: I\'m glad you liked it! Thanks for the review.
*sniffle* that was a tearjerker, I'm a sucker for Harry/Ginny scenes. I'm glad you made Ginny marry Draco. You didn't pull any punches. :) Can't wait to find out what happens next...
Author's Response: Yes, as horrible as it was, Ginny had to marry Draco. Thanks for the review.
Great story. You're really keeping it interesting. Poor half-crazy Harry... :(
Author's Response: Thanks, and poor Harry indeed!
