HI this is hermioneclone12!!! Well, a few things are bothering me (sorry!) First of all, does the portrait Lily know how awful Snape is to his students other than tohse in Slytherins? If she does, and she doesn't see him even just a little bit differently, >:( grrr on her. lol. Second, if I was reincarnated from a portrait and knew that I had a kid, even if it was with someone I despised at the time, I'd still be just a bit more loving and everything toward him/her...idk...third, why is Lily acting so calmy about being put in Slytherin? Wouldn't she want to be put with peopole she knew fairly well, instead of all complete strangers? There's a couple of other things, but I forgot them now that I'm not reading...despite these things that are bothering me, great story...oh wait, what's gonna happen when Lily sees how badly Snape does treats his students? Will she talk to him? You're probably not going to tell me, but hey, it's worth a try...oh, wait again! (lol) Doesn't Lily feel even a little affection towards Harry, since he is her real (by real, I mean the real Lily, not one that was painted and brought to life from the painting) future self's son...it kinda bugs me, lol...sry! I'm being so rude right now...sry! I give you a ten!
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Sorry I've been so long responding, but I was working on the illustrated version. Anyway, I hope the rest of the story gradually answers some your questions. I tried to imagine what it would be like suddenly meeting a teenaged version of myself. When I was 16, I wasn't interested in having children, so how would the teenaged version feel about my daughter? I don't think she'd bond right away. That's why I try to build a gradual relationship between Harry and Lily. Besides, the story also raises the question ultimately about whether the being raised from the pictures is exactly the same as the original Lily Evans or not. Copies are never quite the same as originals. No, I'm not annoyed. A long review like that means that you're actually thinking about the story, which is good!1
