MuggleNet Fan Fiction
Harry Potter stories written by fans!
Nadia Malfoy [Contact]

Hey! I am a 13-year-old Harry Potter fanatic. I love writing--fanfiction for now, novels to come! -- and reading. I support Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Remus/Tonks, and Snape/A painful death.

My favourite HP character is Ginny, followed closely by Hermione, Tonks, Fred and George, Sirius, Malfoy, and Lupin.

My favourite MuggleNet fanfics are; #1-Uncle Fred Calls Him Dick, by MadEd; #2-Ghosts, by Wings of the Morning;#3- The Pursuit, by MagEd.

The best book in the world (in my opinion), after Harry Potter, is Wicked, by Gregory Maguire. The play is amazing, and the book is almost as good. (Hence most of my avatars.)

The Pursuit by MagEd

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Harry and Ginny are happily married with a baby on the way. When they manipulate Ron and Hermione into both meeting them for lunch, the last thing anyone expected was for Harry and Ginny to be kidnapped.

Suddenly Ron and Hermione are left with nothing more than a note and the realization it’s up to them to follow the clues and rescue the couple they both love and adore. If only the clues weren't nonsense. If only they knew who could possibly have taken Harry and Ginny. If only they didn’t hate each other. If only they hadn’t once loved each other.

Life just got a whole lot more complicated for Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Ron understood now.

His blood boiled now.

Hermione had given him that book to read.

Teehee! Very funny!

I'm on the third reading of this story, I just LOVE it! I so wish I could write as well as you . . .

Please write a sequal to Uncle Fred Calls Him Dick! (I know I'm delusional, but it's really not my fault!)

Sorry if this review isn't making much sense, I am very HYPER today!

Author's Response: That\'s is one of my favorite parts :) I\'m glad you like the story; thanks for the review! As for a sequel to Uncle Fred Calls Him Dick -- I actually have one planned out and the first chapter is currently being written. . . .

Good writing, though all to fluffy and the end I didn't get at all.

Author's Response: You didn\'t? hmm

To Achieve Perfection by emmaholloway

Summary: All her life Ginny has tried to live up to the expectations set by those around her, and more importantly herself. When Harry breaks up with her Ginny thinks she realises what she must do to acheive this perfection but this soon turns into an obsession she can't escape.

Warning: The main focus of this Story is on the effects of an eating disorder, if you get easily upset by such issues I suggest you dont read.

Disclaimer: All characters and plots ect recognised as belonging to JK Rowling do belong to her and I give her full credit.

Hmmm, I liked it. Lacks action, but otherwise quite good.

Author's Response: I can\'t put in too much action because it takes away from the feelings and effects of annorexia, which is what the story is about after all. I have got some more dramatic things happening in later chapters, I am still trying to build up the story.

I like it a lot! ITruthfully, I don't think you did a very good job on the last chapter, but this one was back to the norm--wonderful!

Author's Response: I actually felt that this one was bad... and I liked the last one. I actually was in tears when I was writing the bit with Ginny on the train because I just felt like she was so helpless, but shhhh. Oh well. I\'m glad you liked it.

Very creepy (and I mean that in the best way possible).
I was reading the review for this story by dumbldorefleurtwins. Speaking as a person who has had anorexia, I found Ginny's was of dieting very likely--the severe cut in food intake, the emotionalism, etc.
Thank you so much for writing this fic! Even though it brought back bad memories.

Author's Response: From both your\'s and dumbledorefleurtwins\' reviews we can see how complex anorexia is, which is what I am hoping to get across with my fic. Thank you so much for reviewing, it is really interesting for me to get feedback from those who have suffered from anorexia and I am so happy that you have also recovered and I am sorry for any bad memories it has brought back.

I like it! I don't usually go for poetry, but this was really good. Very short,though--I think you could have made it a bit longer.

Author's Response: I\'m glad you like it, and maybe now, you can start reading more poetry! Miight even start writing. And I don\'t think it\'s too short. But if I made it longer, it would have felt sort of forced. Rave<3

I just wanted to say that I just readyour bio--you seem like my kind of person! (You know, a bit--okay, more then a bit--insane, tends to ramble, etc.)
And, that There She Goes in going in my favorites!

Author's Response: Good to get a review from another less-than-stable (I jokes) person! Glad you like the story so much!

I Love You This Much by MagEd

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: This is the story of a boy and a girl. And a boy. This is the story of love returned and unreturned, of friendship gone dry, and of the things people will do for love. This is the story of James Potter and Lily Evans and Severus Snape. *two-shot*

"All except James Jr. There is definitely going to be a James Jr., and you cannot change my mind.”

“I suppose James could be a middle name,” Lily teased.

“No. No. I refuse to accept that. You will not destroy my dream of James Jr. Unless you’re thinking of naming the kid James James, that is.”

“That’s the best you can come up with?” Lily taunted. “James James? You can’t possibly come up with a better name than that?”

“Ohoho, well, can you, Missy? Or can you dish it but not take it, huh, Evans? Come on, what names have you got to offer up?”

“Harry,” Lily answered without even thinking. “If we have a son, we’re naming him Harry. I love the name.” It was teasing at first, but she added after a moment softly and seriously, “Do you?”

“I think I could work with it,” said James. “Yeah . . . Harry Potter – I like it! Ooh, Harry James Potter! Nice! But mind you, that’s in addition to James Jr. And what is this about if we have a son? Our first born will obviously be a son!”

I love that whole part! It made me laugh, but it was also very sweet!

Wonderful story, even though you did steal my plot bunny. (Though no doubt yours is better than any writing I will ever come out with).

Author's Response: I really loved writing that whole scene between the two of them, they are an adorable couple! :) I\'m glad you liked it too, and as for stealing your plot bunny -- my sincere apologies! (You\'re not actually the first to tell me that; I think a lot of people had the idea in mind. . . .)

Ice Cold by Eye of the Snake

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: “Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living…” – Albus Dumbledore

George is hearing voices. Well, one particular voice…

Reviewer: Nadia Malfoy Signed
Date: 08/28/07 Title: Chapter 1: The One and Only Chapter

Hmmmm . . . . I think I like it. You capture George's feelings quite well. I don't like the whole part about the 'mean Fred,' I think George should have just been talking to himself.
Is this a one-shot? I can't quite tell. *crosses fingers hopefully for another chapter*

Author's Response: Fred is crueller than George, you know. In this fic, George knows that, and as I have said in response to another review, he blows it out of porportion.

The Twinge by MagEd

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Some say to follow your heart, others think it best to follow your head. And what does Ginny Weasley believe? A short history of Ginny Weasley and how she learned to follow the twinge, from her first kiss to the day when Harry almost died. *one-shot*

Wow-amazing-it was-it was--
Okay, what I'm trying to say with all my spluttering is--THIS IS AMAZING! It was just--just wonderful! Just--amazing! I just--WOW!
*Splutters incohearently for a few more seconds, then calms down enough to give an actual review*
The imagery (did I spell that right? I'm awful at spelling) was amazing, I could see Ginny. And it made me laugh, and almost cry, and I was just so happy when Ginny realises that Harry is alive, it was the greatest feeling.
Oh, an of corse the conga reference was great, I think I actually snorted out loud when I read that line.

And I have now decided to take my stoumache more seriously. (Boy, does that sound strange). Right now, it's telling me that I'm hungry , , ,and that you're not supposed to eat lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon!

Author's Response: Haha, well thank you very much! I\'m glad I was able to convey Ginny\'s thoughts and feelings well, that is always something I try hard to do. And as for the conga reference, that is always one of my favorite lines from the book, so I couldn\'t help myself ;) Go eat! (I too tend not to follow the regular meal schedule!)
