A kiss is not just a kiss. After a disastrous Valentine's date with Cho, Harry finds himself alone with Luna and discovers what a kiss should be. Humour and Romance in a story that started with canon and went What If?
I'm a closet Harry/Luna fan and I absolutely adore this story! Some of Harry and Luna's scenes in the books together are so close to being romantic and it;s so good to see something finally happen there, but without all the length of having to go completly non-canon (means I can read it repeatedly and often!) Thank you for such an enjoyable read :)
Author's Response: I'm with you about their scenes, and it was really upsetting to read about Harry squirming in embarrassment and pity at the beginning of HBP, just six weeks after Luna was the only one who understood about Sirius and made him feel better. Boys! :D
Summary: Five meetings with Harry Potter. He never stays long, but he always leaves with the promise that he'll come back in the end. And all Ginny can do is wait for the end to come.
Final Chapter has been posted; the story is now complete!
Excellent story- one of the best fluff stories, I'm surprised you havnt done more!
Author's Response: Thanks, toddlebean! I\'ve always thought angst was my strongest genre, but I admit, I LOVED writing this story. There\'s another fluff story on the horizon, but there are two stories I need to tangle with first. Thanks for the R & R!
All is not well.

Great fic! Only just started reading but read all 22 chapters in one go! Really good narrative, well done on your excellent writing skills! I will return in the new year to see what happens next!
Author's Response: Thank you for spending some of your precious holidays reading the story! It will still be Christmas time in their world when you return, and I hope that will make your New Year merry! :)

This is Equinox Chick submitting her final for the Characterisation class on the MNFF beta boards.
I would like to thank Emma (Amortentia X) for her invaluable help in beta'ing this tale. She not only corrected my horrible punctuation but helped a great deal with characterisation. I would also like to thank fgweasley, inspirations, eternalangel, Electronic Quillster and luinrina for their suggestions in class. Last but most definitely not least - thank you, Prof Haylee for allocating me Oliver Wood!
Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling, but I doubt you're surprised by that.
