I am a 32 year old pastor of a small church in rural Alabama. I think Harry Potter has an incredible amount of positives for this generation of children. I have a beautiful wife, who reminds me a great deal of Hermione, and two wonderful daughters, the oldest is 2, the youngest just born. Someday they will read these books with mommy and daddy there to explain all the magic stuff.
Summary: The hunt for the Horcruxes begins. Harry has to decide who to trust as he moves closer to fulfilling his destiny. Will he be able to find and destroy all the Horcruxes? And at what price? Will he be able to find the strength within himself – the Power the Dark Lord Knows Not – in order to succeed in vanquishing Voldemort? And…can he do it and still get the girl? Join Harry and his faithful friends on their quest to finally defeat a Dark Lord.
Don’t worry about it, Harry. Just trust us. You go ahead and save the rest of the world – let us save you," Hermione said, her eyes filling.
Great line, terrific ending, keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m so happy you picked that line out - I was fond of it myself.
Another wonderful chapter. It is amazing how you can keep me on the front of my chair, even though I know that Harry is going to be fine, and that you don't usually kill any good Weasley's. (Percy doesn't count.) Let us know when (not if) you get published. I would read it if you wrote a phone book.
Author's Response: Oh, wow! Thanks so much! I really hope that\'s true, and if I ever sell it, that you will want to buy it, lol.
Great chapter. I think at some point Harry should get to talk with his parents.
Author's Response: I think so, too. :)
Ok this is my first review for you but I have read most of your work. Overall I would say it is really very good. The only negative is that I have to wait for the next chapter to come out. Thanks for giving all of us something to do until book 7 comes out. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Well thanks for taking the time to review. Sorry for the wait, but - not much else I can do. I am trying to keep the posts between a 7-10 day span.
Summary: Dumbledore is dead and Harry is left alone… or is he? An unexpected ally appears to help Harry in his quest to defeat Voldemort. But Harry is running out of time and Voldemort is pressing down hard. He’s determined to get rid of his last remaining obstacle, Harry Potter. Can Harry find all the Horcruxes before it is too late, even with a new ally? The story will include romance, adventure, mystery, murder, betrayal and much more. There will be also some unexpected twists. This story has been abandoned. See the finished version at HPFF!
Well that certainly is a fearful start. Can't wait to see what happens.
Author's Response: I hope you enjoy!
Summary: Harry, and his friends were all at the burrow, celebrating Harry’s sixteenth birthday. They were sitting in the living room, right after the party, Harry and Ron were looking at the Frog cards Harry had gotten, and everyone else was watching, except Hermione, who was unfolding the Daily Prophet, that she had saved for after the party. Harry noticed a Chocolate Frog he hadn’t opened, and flipped the card over, at the same time Hermione looked at the front page, and the both screamed!
Ok, this is my first review, so here goes.
Author's Response: Your review is much appreciated! I couldn\'t tell the diffrence if it was your first review of hundredth. Thank you for Reading and Reviewing.
Summary: Sequel to Harry Potter and the Mind's Eye. A new generation of Potters is in Hogwarts, trying to live up to their family name. Sirius, Harry's second son and third child, has to deal with incredible powers he doesn't understand and keeps hidden from those around him, while still wanting desperately to prove himself to be as great as his father. Children and Grandchildren of Death Eaters abound, and they seem to be following a new Dark Lord; can a new generation of Potters face a new generation of evil?
Great chapter. I really like the story and have absolutely no idea who Sirius is dealing with. Good stuff!!
Author's Response: I like twists and surprises, and I\'m glad I\'ve got everyone guessing. I\'m giving one of the mysteries away this next chapter.
Great story so far. I have an idea who the minion is but we'll just wait and see. Keep up the good work.
Author's Response: You\'ll have to let me know if you were right or not. I think I was pretty clever with who I chose for that role, after all. =)
Great start. I love the MInd's Eye since it was really unique and this one seems like more of the same. Looks like this will one will be lots of fun.
Author's Response: Thanks! For both I wanted to write something that hadn\'t been written before, and that is difficult when there are thousands of stories, hundreds of which have aweseom and orginal plots.
Great chapter, I love the image of Ginny walking out of the castle. This story is lots of fun.
Author's Response: I see Ginny as a lot like Molly in some ways, but a bit more easygoing once she\'s had her say. I\'m glad you liked it!
Summary: In the wake of the final battle Harry and his friends try to rebuild everything that they have lost. New jobs, weddings, babies, and surprises are in store as our heroes discover that their greatest adventure is still ahead of them: life after Voldemort.
All reviews will be answered
Well done. It is hard to write a honeymoon, be tasteful, capture the playfulness of being newlyweds, and not take it to being too graphic. You did well with this. I am certainly enjoying the story so far.
Author's Response: Im glad you aprove. It was hard writing that... but i think it turned out nice. Thanks for the review!
Good opening set of Chapters. I look forward to seeing what happens as they enter adulthood.
Author's Response: I hope i dont let you down. Chapter 5 should be up soon.
Summary: What no one else could do, she will, when the church bells ring.
Wow, that was really interesting. I am not a big fan of one shots but this was really good. I sort of like the idea of Cho avenging Harry and all. Good Job!
Author's Response: Oh, I\'m so glad you decided to read it! I\'m glad you liked it, and thanks for the review!
Summary: What does Lord Voldemort do in his spare time? Well, that's an excellent question. Who would have known that the Dark Lord has a blog? (He also has a loyal following of readers, most of whom are Death Eaters and who post their comments.) Voldemort dispenses advice on everything from murder methods to germ protection to Power Rangers to shoes, and gives an account of the life of an evil overlord. But is he posting too much personal information online? And will Harry read it and find out more about the Dark Lord than Voldemort ever intended? Read and see.
WARNING: Extremely OOC behaviour from almost all.
RUNNER-UP in the 2007 Quicksilver Quills Awards for Best Humour fic! Also nominated like 21 times, because apparently my readers are as insane as I am!
I love the blog keep it up, great stuff.
Author's Response: Thank you! I plan to.
Great story. Can't wait for the next one. Just don't write them in Geomatry class. History is ok though!
Author's Response: Heehee, thanks for the advice! History is one of my best classes, so no one would notice if I wrote stories instead.
Great job. I hate that this the next chapter will be the last. What will i do with my Friday mornings before work. Keep writing something!!
Author's Response: Thank you! I\'m definitely going to write more. Today in Geometry, I was listing all of the fanfiction that I\'ve written/will write that I want to submit to MNFF. There were fourteen on the list, and I have three up right now. So you should be seeing more from me!
Extremely funny and a wonderful brake from all the angst filled, romance fics. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thank you! I \'m really immature for my age (I\'m fourteen, but most people think I\'m younger), so I still find romance fics mushy and gross. Although there will be an angsty romance flashback in chapter three (written in a comedic way, though.) Fwahaha, the suspense is killing you, isn\'t it? Who was Tom\'s unrequited love?
Summary: Fifteen-year-old Harry Potter wakes up in his cupboard under the stairs at number four, Privet Drive with no memory of the past five years of his life. What happened to his memory? What do his strange dreams mean? And most importantly, how will he survive in a school for incurably criminal boys?
This is primarily a mystery, with a bit of shippiness thrown in here and there. Of course, if I told you WHO is involved in the shippiness, that would ruin part of the mystery, wouldn’t it?
This story takes place immediately after OotP (and thus disregards HBP).
Great story, I like the fact that Harry didn't get his memory back in the end. I will certainly enjoy reading the sequel as it is written.
Author's Response: I\'m glad you enjoyed it. The first few chapters of the sequel are up, and I\'ll submit the next one as soon as the queue re-opens.
What an interesting premise for a story. Can't wait to read the rest.
Author's Response: Thanks. I hope you enjoy it.
Summary: When Harry Potter is battling the Dark Lord, Voldemort, will he sacrifice everything so there will be peace in the Wizarding World for his friends and more generations to come? Yes.
But what will happen... If Harry realizes that it has all be a dream?
All reviews will be responded to. Thanks for reading and enjoy!
Very interesting. I am not really sure what I think of the story. I would hate it JKR did that however. Good work.
Author's Response: Hi! Thanks so much for your review! This is my first story, and i just wanted some feedback! Thanks again!
