I am a 32 year old pastor of a small church in rural Alabama. I think Harry Potter has an incredible amount of positives for this generation of children. I have a beautiful wife, who reminds me a great deal of Hermione, and two wonderful daughters, the oldest is 2, the youngest just born. Someday they will read these books with mommy and daddy there to explain all the magic stuff.

It will bring closure to the events of the past few years. Harry has set himself a target. His attempts to meet his target will bring heartbreak, danger, pain, and a lifechanging injury for one former DA member.

Ok, I'm sure there is more going on herebut I'm not sure about Ginny. I know she is more like the twins then she Percy but she seems to be going a little over the edge.

Author's Response: There is more going on here.
If you think that Ginny is a little over the edge, you're right.

I don't think ronwpuld have jumped to that conclusion otherwise good chapter. I thing the new super strong pumpkin juice is causing part of this but we will see

Author's Response: Ron tends to lash out when he's unhappy and upset. At the moment, he's unhappy and upset. So, you think that the pumpkin juice has something to do with it, eh? -N-

Wow so the pumpkin juice is involved, I can see Ron doing the juice as a joke but letting hermione out to make a fool of herself but intend to idealize their relationship so imag me wrong there

Author's Response: It is indeed. Sometimes joks backfire, and (in my opinion) Ron will always be a little scared of "the big brain". You'll find out more details later. -N-

Great cliff hanger can't wait to see how Harry gets out of this one

Author's Response: Thanks. The advantage/disadvantage of flipping back and forth between timelines means that you'll need to wait two chapters, but you know that he will escape (although you should know that anyway). -N-

What Luna Sees by Northumbrian

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 16 Reviews
Summary: Does Ginny have a serious rival?
Who is the most fancied bloke in the DA?
What Lunacies happen at Christmas?
This is Northumbrian of Ravenclaw House realising that this long planned story scrapes into prompt 3 (Operation Mistletoe) of the Great Hall-iday challenge, and that my story title is an even worse pun than the challenge title.

What a cute story I love Luna so it's fun to see her mind at work

Author's Response: Thank you. This was simply a silly Christmas tale set during the Aurors and Schoolgirls timeline. -N-

Vituperation by Northumbrian

Rated: 6th-7th Years • 10 Reviews
Villains? Voldemort's virulent verbiage preaches vigorous vendetta against those inferior. Are these two M's merely victims, or are they venal violators of the innocent. Is violence in vain?

Marcus and Millicent make their mark on Muggles, and each other.

My final Cotillion tale.

Wow that was scary, interesting the way you characterize two people we know almost nothing about. Great job

Author's Response: Thanks, as you'll have seen, this was written for a challenge, and it's a lot different to my usual stuff. It does, however, explain a bit more about a chapter of Tales of the Battle. -N-
