Howdy (I'm Texan, after all)
I'm a Harry Potter obsessed person who has Hermione's hair as well as her general lack of interest in appearance. My favorite category on Mugglenet is Romance, specifically Remus/Tonks (a ship that I support in canon) and Snape/Hermione (though I ship Ron/Hermione -- albeit somewhat incredulously, because I don't know what Hermione sees in Ron -- in the books, I prefer to read S/H fanfics).
It sounds unoriginal, but I also love musicals. The Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Hairspray, Camelot, etc...good stuff! And the Beatles. My love of the Beatles supports the theory that the British are better musicians and writers than we residents of the U.S. Sad, but...there you are.
For S/H shippers: If you want to read an AMAZING Snape/Hermione & others fanfic, go check out His Draught of Delicate Poison by Subversa. It really is intriguing as well as chock-full of romance. Don't be put off by Hermione/Snape if you don't ship them, as there's plenty more to the story and Subversa pulls it off spendidly.
For T/L or R/T or whatever shippers: For a great Tonks/Lupin one-shot, go to The Moment on my favorites list. It really is the best one-shot T/L fanfic that I've read.
Please read my little one-shot...I'm working on about ten thousand better ones, but I'd appreciate reads/reviews in the meantime. =)
That's all...read & review, I beseech thee! Thanks!

First of all, I really liked your story, so please excuse my grammar/spelling issues and know that you did a great job!
I think "I can barley" should be "I can barely", although you could've been talking about crops...
Also "emerged" in a chess game should be "immersed".
"Hansom" should be "handsome".
Author's Response: Thank You....and i\'m glad you told me, because as many times as i go over my own work....i never catch my mistakes. Thanks again

Summary: Another short continuation of The Long Wait and 3rd in the series. - Severus and Hermione deal with CROK. Will they learn their lessons? Doubtful.
Cute! Did you know that Alan Rickman, the guy who plays Snape in the movies, was in Galaxy Quest? =)
Author's Response: Yes I did. I\'ve been a fan of his since I was 11 years old and saw him in a PBS showing of Romeo & Juliet. His first American movie was Die Hard and I\'ve seen everything he\'s been in since. I\'m a HUGE fan LOL. Thank you for reading this. I\'m glad you enjoyed it.
By My Side by MoonysMistress
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 59]
Summary: One-shot. Remus Lupin lies half-dead in St. Mungo's, and Tonks kneels by his bedside, reflecting on what she might lose. Far more humorous than it seems! Written to the ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT song "By My Side" from Godspell. PG for mild language.
That really WAS lovely! I love Godspell and I love Lupin/Tonks and I'm obsessed with the Phantom of the Opera, so I'm going to have to read All I Ask of You! (Actually, I think I already may have read it, but whatever. I don't remember, so I'll read it again if I have. Now I'm rambling.) Thank you for a good read!
The inverted Boggart by Perselus
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 44]
Summary: What happens when a Boggart turns into your deepest desire, instead of your deepest fear? Snape is about to find out...
"Poof!"... Potter... Malfoy... Lockhart... Lupin...
"Lupin??" spat Snape annoyed. "Alright, enough! Everybody out!"
Go Lupin! =) Thanks for sticking that in there. Interesting story and very good!
Author's Response: Thank you, glad you liked it! :)
Missing Scenes by MoonysMistress
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 145]
Summary: In every story, there are missing scenes: smaller stories that don't make it into the main plot, but that subconsciously happen all the same. Harry Potter is no different — behind the scenes were the makings of a love that surprised us all.
WOW! Another great story... keep them coming! =)
Not Going to Happen, Chica by Eilime
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 172]

Author's Response: Totally goofy :) I\'m glad you liked it.
The Moment by Scarlett Maverick
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 13]
Summary: (WARNING: HBP SPOILERS) One-Shot. What happens next? Remus and Tonks settle their differing opinions on a relationship and finally reach a decision.
This is, quite possibly, the best Remus/Tonks one-shot I have ever read. I really enjoyed this, and I plan to reread it and add it to my favorites list.
I like how it fits in with the story (as in, you're not putting it something that couldn't have happened in J.K.R.'s story) but you still did a brilliant job with Lupin's protests and Tonks' persistance and then the part when Lupin caves in. Lovely!
Thank you and bravo!
Author's Response: Thanks very much, that\'s exactly what I was hoping for x)
Transformations by Starmaiden
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 125]
Summary: Remus Lupin, resident werewolf of the Order of the Phoenix, meets Nymphadora Tonks, newly instated Metamorphamagus. Follow them through friendship to their ensuing relationship, which persists in attempting to happen, despite their best efforts. If it does, will they be ready?
Great chapter! And I love Tonks' hair =)
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, I was proud that I got something mildly artistic out of myself for this one, outlandish as it is.
Another wonderful chapter! I can't think of anything that could improve. =)
Author's Response: I\'m flattered!
Thanks for another awesome chapter!
Author's Response: You are more than welcome!
Well?...it was amazing! I feel so sorry for the pair of them. You do a great job of bringing the characters to life. The next chapter can't come soon enough. =)
Author's Response: I hope it will come soon; I\'ve got to send it through my betas. But it\'s on the first \"final\" draft, so...!
I like all of it, but I think you do a great job with Remus especially. He would definetely hide his emotions like that, try not to hurt Tonks or their friendship, and I think you've done very well with that. =) More please!
Author's Response: Thank you! More is forthcoming!
Another good chapter, thanks for the read! =)
Author's Response: Thank you, and you\'re welcome!
Summary: James Potter usually accepts dares without batting an eyelash. However, this time, while he’s on a dare, he's also on a personal mission. But first, he’s anxiously waiting for Lily to turn up. What does Lily have to do with this dare? And what will she say when she finds out?
(One shot)
[Author's Note]
Before you start commenting that the dare was unromantic, please please read the 2nd sentence of the 4th paragraph. I clearly state that "James was steeling himself to do SOMETHING HE WANTED TO DO VERY MUCH EVEN WITHOUT BEING DARED TO". In other words, the dare was the catalyst, not the cause. It only served to spur him into action; it didn't give him the intention of doing what he did (I'm trying not to give out spoilers here, so read to find out what - though you can probably guess ;)).
So sweet! That was really great. It's nice to read James/Lily and this one made me happy, for lack of a better way to say it.
