A few mistakes I should point out:
"Merlin Granger," he breathed into her ear. (Should be Merlin, Granger) same thing in: "Crying again Hermione?" should be: Crying again, Hermione.
It hardly matters now, but those are direct addresses so, before the name there must be a comma.
Other than that, it's really great.
You made the same mistake in this chapter as in the last one.
Also you have American mesurements as opposed to metric.
hate to be such a pain but: egging should be edging. I know, I have this thing that when I read a fic mistakes pop out at me.
Sorry, it's great, but Draco isn't really in character.
It wasn't as bad as you put it up to be. In fact, rather tame.

Please keep in mind that this is written from the angle that Snape is no longer a follower of Voldemort, and that its events coincide with books 4, 5, and 6, with a slight continuation beyond HBP. (Chapters 1-15 need some fixing to work with Book 7.)
