Summary: The war is over, and Voldemort is dead, but the aftermath isn't what Harry had intended it to be. Amid feelings he himself cannot explain, he flees to Muggle London. Can he overcome his inner demons and lead something other than the shadow of a life his existence has become?
Actually the third story in the Epilogues story arc. If you have yet to do so, please read Right Here and One Good Day prior to reading this. Upon completion of this story, you can move on to Epilogues Part II.
boy this is harsh... it is so pained! THe story is so fantastic, but so dark.. so deep. It really is phenomenal!
Author's Response: thank you. I think what really helped was that i was in a dark place when i wrote it. Still kind of in a dark place actually, which is why Part II has gone from being a romantic comedy to something a bit darker than I expected. Thank you.
oh holy crap man that was the most amasing chapter i have ever read. Hands down, no questions asked. It was the best EVER! I cried like a baby through the entier thing. I have never read anything so beautiful. Damn i hope my wedding is half as good as that! ... more like 1/8... wow...
Author's Response: thank you. I think I\'ve mentioned this in earlier responses, but this was the oldest chapter in my mind. that\'s to say that the very moment I first considered writing Fanfiction, this was where I originally intended to start. So i\'ve had longer to think about this than any other part, but at the same time the vows really kicked my butt. I still don\'t like Hermione\'s, they still feel off to me. In the end though, I\'ve gotten a really good response for this chapter, so i think I\'m happy with the thing overall.
the best...the most emotional... the most heartfelt... the most powerful... the words keep going on and on, but they dont mean anything. They can not begin to describe this story. This is the best damn story i have ever read on any fanfic site... no joke. This is beauty, in writing, at its best and it has taken my breath away. Thank you so much for sharing your tallent with the world.
Author's Response: wow, thank you for the high praise and the e-mail and everything. Honestly, your second e-mail I swear i will respond to. Promise. And i\'m so glad you really appreciated this story. I threw everything i\'ve had at it, and it\'s not my most popular story, but to me, it really is that perfect mix of emotion and hard work that gave me something to be proud of. Thank you so much for reading this story and enjoying it, I\'m truly honored.
wow... just wow. No words describe.... ...
Author's Response: yeah, I made chapter two very boring and drab, and I think part of that was because I intended you to be blindsided with emotion in this chapter, especially since from the title of this chapter, you may be under the impression that it would follow along with chapter two\'s monotony. Thank you for the review.
Summary: Hermione has become obsessed with something other than S.P.E.W. and interestingly enough it's cleaning, the Muggle way. With each passing day less seems to be getting done and her projects are starting to add up. A rather large distraction is the culprit but what can it be?
oh how very sad.... But so beautiful. I just dont know how any reader is going to survive if JK really does ... end... one fo the trio, or Ginny for that matter. I cant imagine it. When i read fics like this, they get me thinking. Sigh.. i just hope it doesnt happen. I will be one hell of a wreck if it does. Beautifully written nonetheless. Bravo! Well done!
Summary: "It was dusk, and Ron and Hermione had just turned up in the common room, pink-faced from the cold and looking as though they'd had the time of their lives."
--Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, American hardcover edition, page 157
Have you ever wondered what exactly made Ron and Hermione's day so perfect? It couldn't have just been the sheer fun they had from going to the village to make it the day of their lives...maybe there was something more...
awww that was so sad :-( i realy like the story though. well done!!!
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
awww that was so sad :-( i realy like the story though. well done!!!
Author's Response: Double the review = double the pleasure. Thanks!
Summary: Harry has sworn off loving Ginny...at least until the war is over, but will Ginny go along with that or will she have something to say?
well for a first time one shot, i thought that was really good. It is apparant that you have experience in writing fics, wether they are HP or not. I would love to see more like this. Well Done!
Summary: *Nominated for 2006 Annual Quicksilver Quills Awards for Best Original Character in reference to Rathius Ratbone*
It is Ginny's last year at Hogwarts, and the lessons she will learn are not restricted to books and classes. As she struggles to hold onto that which she holds most dear, the youngest Weasley will come to learn much about love, friendship, and herself.
This is the fifth story in the Epilogues story arc. If this is the first of my stories you have sat down to read, please read Right Here, One Good Day, and Epilogues Part I prior to reading this fic.
!!!!!!! Wait! the chapter is over already!! Thats not possible! But... But... I just started!
Hehehe. Brilliant as always Grimm. I must say... some things were predictable, like Cho and Harry kissing, Harry finding a way to get back to Ginny (i think you could have put more into the part with Ginny figureing out that Harry wasnt lying... i just thought that was awful fast for her to "know" he was telling the truth...) and Romilda catching them.... but the end with Colin, That was downright fantastic! I cant believe he came out of nowhere to aid them all.... and the fact that he is with Luna of all people, well that will help Ginny out a whole lot! But Ratbone... jeeze he is still pulling the strings for everyone in the end. I really want to know what his deal his. What a great character! Brilliant brilliant! Cant wait for the end to come!
Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, some of it was predictable, but this was the last major conflict of the story, so you kinda had to go big. As for Ginny coming to that understanding too fast, I felt the same way too, but I also just couldn\'t feel how to write it better, so I was stuck with what I got. I\'m really glad the resolution all came out as a shock though, I had been planning that for months.
Rook... as always, Brilliant chapter and wonderful end to part two. The ending sequence was absolutely beautiful... and perfect. It told the end with just the right amount of emotion to portray the gravity of finally moving, off away from the comfortable hogwarts, to the real world beyond.
As far as the next story, I look forward to it with undying anticipation. The little hint of it made my imagination explode with the possibilities. I can not wait!
Author's Response: Thanks, I\'ll answer your email in more detail later bro. Kinda sick now, and only answering my reviews because I\'m too antsy to be chained to my bed with nothing to do. As for that taste you spoke of, well, I\'m hoping to start off the next story with a bang... or at least a thick wet choking noise. mwuhahahaha.
harry is going back for his 7th year! That has GOT to be it!
Author's Response: Ach, you got me! As my girlfriend might say... gutted Thank you kindly.
wow that was neat! I really like the way this is going! very different!
Author's Response: Tahnk you kindly, hope to keep you on your toes.
fantastic! please please please update soon! these stories are just too fantastic to not keep going.
Author's Response: I\'m doing my best, thankfully you are getting to these just as I\'m slowly trying to work my way back in to writing, so you get the shortest waits. Thanks for everything.
After her first kiss with Ron, Hermione asks Ginny for advice. What follows is a lesson in the things we do for love.
This three part story was written pre-HBP, when the future looked, if not exactly rosy, at least not that dreadful shade of Lavender that coloured the Potterverse in the sixth book.
* Rated for snogging ^_~*
this is so overwhelmingly fluffy, but i am really liking it. I usually have to stop reading fic this for lack of depth... but you really took the time to write a good story, with all the fluf around it. Really great job!!
Author's Response: Thank you! It's "a kissing book", to borrow from Hermione's Princess Bride, :D, but even the most romance heavy stories should have a plot, to make the fluff meaningful. ^_~
aw that was so very cute!!! :o)
Author's Response: I was aiming for fluff with plot, ^_~, so thank you!
beautiful little story, however i think it ened a bit abruptly. I like how they played off of eachother though. Very nice!
Author's Response: I\'m glad you liked the way they played off each other, even if the ending came a little sooner than you liked. I think if it would have ended in Hermione\'s pov, it would have been longer, lol.
Summary: The war is over. Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley finally have the chance for the happiness they've been craving. But, with Harry recovering from the war and Ginny back in school, can they finally have the relationship they've always wanted?
******Higher rating just to be safe.
veryvery good story. I think the idea of the diary is phenomenal. I could just imagine the pain and the happines that it must bring to Harry to read it. I cant believe the Durselys were that bad!! How awefull! Great story cant wait for the enxt update!!
very good. looking forward to the next installment!
I am wondering where we are going to go from here though... there is no more "big Fight," or is there? Well done!
very cute. I like the lite and respectfull manney Harry takes on when he is with Ginny.Very nice!
oooh.... and the plot thickens!
