Heya! I'm Hanni!
My interests include (but are not limited to): Reading, Writing, Singing, Track, and Volleyball.
I belong to the forums and all that fun stuff. I am a Gamma in the BA, and I am also in the SBBC! I LOVE being a Gryffindor! *huggles Gryffies*
I have a couple things I'd lurve to share with you.
Alise-This one is going great! I am currently writing the chappies and they will be up shortly.
Angel - FIN! WOOT! It was really only three chapters, but I finished it!
I'll be around!
Summary: If you're looking for the usual James-loves-Lily-but-Lily-hates-James storyline, then this isn't it. The thing is, Lily doesn't hate James at all, he can just be annoying at the best of times. As she comes to realise why she doesn't hate him, it leads to the famous love we all know about. Set against the backdrop of a warring magical world where nothing is certain, can James and Lily hold onto each other and fight?
UPDATE August 08: It's FINISHED! Thank you so much to all those who have read and reviewed this story, I have loved your support. i hope there are still people out there who are willing to read it. Keep an eye out for more stories by me! UPDATE February '08: I have changed the chapter names of some of the 'Defied' chapters, to make this fit and to make it more plausible, as I see the 'thrice defying' of Voldemort as happening when James and Lily are part of the Order of the Phoenix.
UPDATE 20th September: I have altered my facts in the chapter 'Once Defied' as I made mistakes in the ages of James and Lily. It didn't matter so much in this chapter but had annoying repercusions for future chapters. It should all now be correct.
Aww! So aweet!
Author's Response: :) :) :)
Finally, I made it to the end...so far!
Please update soon!
Author's Response: Will do, as soon as I get home!
Summary: James has asked Sirius to look after baby Harry for a few hours. This might not have been a good idea.
Wow. You should consider making a sequel about Lily's reaction...LOL
Author's Response: Well, if I did, I imagine it would all be in CAPSLOCKS!!! *grin* Glad you liked it!
Hermione and Ron are happily married but forced to live in hiding after the Dark Lord's fall. Harry is hunting down the remaining Death Eaters, who are if possible even more dangerous now that their Master has been defeated; longing for revenge in any way possible...
Ooh! Jennifer! This is wonderful! Please update soon; I want to find out what happens!
But why was Harry there? And how did Malfoy know what was going on? I'm confused.
This is a good start, and I can't wait to read more!
Author's Response: Hi Hanni! *waves* This was only meant to be a one-shot, but you never know, a plot-bunny might strike and I\'ll continue with it. But for now... I\'ll leave it up to the readers to answer those questions for themselves =D It\'s more fun to make up your own. I\'m happy you liked it, Hanni, and glad that you took the time to review! *huggles*
What do you do when the man who murdered your best friend turns up and claims to be innocent?
What do you do when you realise you slowly start trusting him again?
What do you do when you fall in love against your will – with a man half your age?
This is a McGonagall/Snape fic about trust, friendship, shame, and love. It’s canon compliant otherwise; set immediately after HBP except for a mini prologue.
This fic also is my attempt at continuing the at Book 7, so you also have the war against Voldemort, the search for the Horcruxces, and the way they run Hogwarts during that year included in the plot.
Side characters like Ron, Hermione, Moody, Lupin, Tonks, Neville, Augusta Longbottom, Draco, Hagrid, and the rest of the Weasleys get their fair share of the story.
It is done novel style, which means that some apparently minor issues mentioned in early chapters will become important in later chapters. I do recommend you read them in the right order.
To be on the safe side, I rated this “Professors” because it contains violence, sexuality, character deaths, and torture - although none of them described in detail.
Also I now have added an AU warning - my story contains two detals that we will not see happening in "Deathly Hallows". I made the Sorting Hat a Horcrux, and Arthur Weasley will become interim Minister for Magic in my last chapter. Well, I wrote this before those rumors were shot down as non-canon by JKR, and I'd not like to change my plot now - so, sadly, my story has become a bit AU. You have been warned ;-)
This is one heck of a fic. I'm always a big fan of rarepairs, and this one looks very promising. Not many authors have a realistic, in-character way of pulling something like this off.
I love how you characterised Severus here. He rarely shows much emotion in the books, except in dire situations, and I think you have this down pat.
We don't know much about Minerva, but the way you write her puts her character into perspective for me. As of DH, she was one of my most favorite characters, and this new spin on her really helps me to imagine her.
“The gesture is charming, Severus, though I think it might be misunderstood. I am perfectly capable of walking on my own.”
XD This really shows her strong character that we see in OotP. I really liked it!
This little cliffie left me hanging on the edge of my seat, making me want to read much much more. I'm curious to see how you make this romance flourish. =)
Author's Response: Thank you very much for that review! I do so love it when people take their time to write long and detailed reviews because that DOES help to improve one\'s writing style. Hope you will like the rest of the story as well (do tell me, lol). I write Minerva/Severus a lot, but the other stories are only published on fanfiction dot net - if you\'d like to check them out, you do not even need to be a member there. Again, thank you for reviewing. - Frank
Summary: Ron Weasley is getting married to Hermione Granger, so he travels back to the Burrow to tell his parents. But his father has a type of… box in the room, and Ron ventures over to find out what in Merlin’s name it actually is.
Mr. Weasley explains about the “enternet”, and Ron stumbles upon a website that we are all too familiar with…
This is too funny...You have to update ASAP!
Author's Response: LOL, thanks, Hanni. I am going to have a sequel. ~Lindsey :)
Summary: Long after a war ends the wounds remain. When forced to face something so horrific a part of a person’s very soul dies. People are left changed. Societies are left in shambles
During this time, people are prone to making bad choices. Horrible things are said and done because the bitter continue to fight. How can such a monstrous event ever truly be over? And how can those left behind truly regain their lives
*sighs* I just absolutely love this fic! It's one of my all-time favorites. =)
Your characterization of Bellatrix is superb, and the way you placed it and the timing? It is wonderful! Bellatrix would have been OOC had it not been for everything that happened to her, but you pulled it off very well and just...*sighs*
Don't get me started on Harry's characterization, LOL. It's also just great! He would be the type to hold grudges...you've done a great job with him, too!
And Cassie? She's a likable character to the extreme, I love her!
*headdesk* I could call you 'brilliant' and 'a mastermind' and it would still be an understatement. =) This is one of the greatest fics I've ever read by anyone, and I think that it's wonderful!
Author's Response: *Hugs Hanni*
I don\'t know what else to say. Thank you so much. You really made me smile. *hugs again*
Summary: The first war with Lord Voldemort is constantly getting worse; people are dying left and right, dementors are attacking people on the Death Eaters' orders, and nobody knows who is trustworthy anymore. Lily Evans, in her seventh year at Howarts, does not want to be a part of the war -- but some things are unavoidable.
This is very good! I love it! Please continue!
Author's Response: Thanks, I definitely will, I mean, I have up to 13 written and I\'m half through 14, I\'m at the stage where I\'m just waiting for my beta now =]

Ahh! I want to read more! UPDATE please!
Ahh! I want to read more! UPDATE please!
Summary: Hermione Granger doesn't know where her life is taking her. She is married to someone she doesn't love, and she is the "bad person" in the Wizarding World, and is shunned for some of the horrible choices she has made in her life lately. She now has an occupation that she loathes, but that doesn't stop her from going through with it, and doing what her boss tells her.
When she comes upon a mysterious, decrepit house, she finds a man that is willing to help her out with her current task. But he has other plans for Hermione . . .
Hermione wakes up in a traditional-style dress, and tries to figure out where in the world she is. She eventually discovers that she has been placed in the Salem Witch Trials, and she is trying her best to get out of that time period - without being burned at the stake first.
This story was written in response to the Spring Challenge – this is Prompt, A Shift in Time. I am Ron x Hermione of Hufflepuff.
Wow. This is following the Crucible very much! It's a play about the Salem witch trials in which everyone dies in the end. =) It's a very good play!
Your characterization is wonderful! Hermione's jsut perfact in the way she thinks and acts and everything!
I wonder, if Hermione gets caught, if she'll just use her wand or apparate or something. It would be the simple way out, wouldn't it?
Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thanks so very much, Hanni! And I\'ve been told it\'s like the Crucible a few times, actually, but I\'ve never seen the movie or play. :) I\'m glad you liked it! ~Lindsey :)
Summary: After Ron and Harry die in the final battle, Hermione is unable to cope with Ron's death because, unlike Harry's, his seemed unconsequential in the grand scheme of things. Can she ever forgive the person who caused all this to happen?
(The "character death" warning is just for a mention of character death!)
Aww. This is short and bittersweet. I love this, and have found a wonderful new fic to make a banner for for a BA challenge.
But why did Hermione turn to beauty peagants? It doesn't truly seem like her, but it was very easy to go along with! I love this ficlet and I *will* be reading more of your stuff. :)
Author's Response: Aww, I\'m so glad that you liked it! I decided to have Hermione turn to beauty pageants because (I think I might\'ve somewhat explained this in the fic... not sure...) but Hermione felt like her entire \"old life\" had been taken from her when all her friends died in the war. She then turned away from the wizarding world - and everything she WAS in that old life. She turned to beauty pageants simply because it was \"everything she wasn\'t,\" and she\'s trying to find new meaning in her life while leaving her old life behind. It\'s kind of a convoluted way of looking at things, but I hope that makes sense! Anyway, thanks again, and I\'m so glad you liked it! :D
Summary: After a brief reconciliation, he leaves her broken and heads to war. Returning four years later, he realises what he wants and what he needs might just match up. As his own worst enemy in it all, he seeks to fix what he left broken. Postwar Harry Ginny. Rating to be safe
Aww. It's so sweet!
AWW. cAN'T WAIT FOR MORE!
Summary: This is one of my Ron/Hermione one shots for SPEW 007 for the prompt 'Blossom'.
Ron and Hermione are at the Burrow, and suddenly Hermione runs outside. When Mrs. Weasley discovers her gone and a storm coming, she sends Ron and Harry to find her. When she is discovered by Ron, revelations and relationships? are made.
NOTE: This was going to be a seven part fiction, yet I now am making it a series of one shots. :)
Aww. That's sweet! :) It made me smile.
Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m glad. ~Lindsey :)

I liked this very much! Wonderful job!
Summary: Peter continues to feed his hatred...where will it take him?
For the April Challenge, Prompt 1 (Succumbing to Darkness), by BloodRayne of Gryffindor house.
What a wonderful story you have written, here! I love how you gave Peter a more in-depth motive than what is given in the books. I love how you gradually show the building hatred in Peter, much like Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars. Impeccable.
It also kind of makes me sad how he starts to hate James and Sirius. It's interesting to have a view into Peter's head, for once.
From the start, Peter had hoped things would play out this way.
This was uber-wonderful! It sent chills down my spine!
All in all, Hadeer, it was wonderfully done!
Author's Response: Thanks! ^_^
Summary: Sirius is leaving and his mother knows exactly why. But Walburga isn't one to let her opponent get the last word...
That poem was...wow. It was really good. I really enjoyed it. I love how you portrayed Walburga, we don't see much of her in fanfiction, especially regarding Sirius. I can't find anything to critique. *rips out hair* XD
The way you wrote this really captured her emotions about her son's flight well. You can just feel her anger at him.
You turned your back on us,
You defile what we believe,
You detest your own mother!
Boy- it’s time you leave.
This verse was very powerful. She's had enough, and she wants him to get out. You can see how Sirius got his strength, being raised by her.
Don’t you dare smirk at me, boy.
I couldn't help but smirk here. It just demands it. XD
I also love the prologue, and how you show her change in personality towards Sirius (my future husband) that quickly. =)
Author's Response: Eh hem. YOUR FUTURE HUSBAND?!?! I believe that he is MINE dearie lmao!\r\n\r\nThanks for the review, Hanni! *huggles* *has nothing else really to say other than STAY AWAY FROM MY BOY!*\r\n\r\nMaybe there should be a class on how to respond to reviews... lol
Summary: Ginny Weasley is living with a terrible secret. She is pregnant with Harry Potter’s child, but in a world where Voldemort rules and Harry is dead (or so everyone assumes), this is a deadly position to be in. Forced into marrying Draco Malfoy, Ginny must find a way to survive while hiding her pregnancy and the child that could turn out to be the next saviour of the wizarding world.
Oooh! Please continue the fic!
Summary: Rachel Lestrange never believed that she could fall for Harry Potter. After all, she is the daughter of two Death Eaters who have been locked up in Azkaban for most of her life. But now she is falling, and hard. Little does she know that Harry has the same feelings for her-and their forbidden love could very well lead to their doom.
UPDATE: This story is on hiatus at the moment. I'm going to finish writing it before I submit any more chapters. This could take a few months. Please be patient!
Aww. Poor Rachel! Updat soon please! I love it!
Author's Response: Don\'t worry, things should be looking up for Rachel soon...well, I won\'t give too much away. ;) Chapter 3 is a work in progress, so it may be a little while before I put it up. I\'m glad you\'re liking the story! =]
