I'm a high school freshman who loves to read, to write, to swim, play tennis, go to Hilton Head, music, movies, and video games.
Some of my favorite things are:
Veronica Mars (RIP)
The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak (great book for anyone)
Summary: Lord Voldemort is no more, but the victors paid a high price. This story begins as Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s seventh year comes to an end and Ginny's starts. While delving into the ancient story of Merlin, Percy Weasly brings attention to what appears to be the complete collapse of magic. Can he, or anyone stop the changes before it's too late?
great chapter! I can't wait to see what happens.
Author's Response: Thank you. S.
Summary: Harry begins to put his plans for defeating Voldemort into action, but runs into unexpected trouble that will make his task considerably more difficult. Harry will have to change his plans completely and rely on his friends more than ever as he battles Death Eaters and destroys Horcruxes, often inches from death itself. Seventh Year, post-HBP. H/G and some R/H. A lot of action, a little romance, a great read!
This is by far my favorite fic still in production. You've craeted a story every bit as intriging as any thing J.K. Rowling could think up. You've made a plot twist, that would run some authors into the ground, into a story of immeasurable delight to read.
Author's Response: Wow! I'm pretty sure I don't deserve praise this good. I would never pretend to be anything as good as J.K. Rowling, but I am very happy you enjoy it!
I think you did a great job on this chapter. I thought that the way you brought Harry back was really touching and would look great as a movie scene. When Harry is reflecting on his scar and how he was being defined by it I liked how you made the comment about Ginny looking in his eyes disproving part of that comment. Thanks for such a great story.
Author's Response: Thanks for such a nice review! I\'m really glad you enjoyed the story, and I hope you\'ll read the sequel, too. I do tend to describe things like they would be scenes in a movie. If only my story had a decent soundtrack...
Summary: Fourth Chapter Up! Sorry For The Wait!.
Three years have passed since Harry realizes that there is nothing left for him in the world he has grown up in. When he returns, he is surprised at how things have changed. What surprises him the most is how Ginny seems to have moved on...and how she claims that her two-year-old son is theirs...
Wow great start to what will be a great story I'm sure. Seeing Ginny venting on garden gnomes is a great scene has a subtle comedy to it and I like that. Can't wait for more.
Author's Response: I liked the garden gnomes, too. I\'ll update as soon as I can.
Summary: A father tells his young son a familar story. A story that has become the boy's favorite. It is the story of the Dark Lord and the evil Harry Potter.
Great chapter. I like how Voldemort is still called the Dark Lord while Harry is the evil one. It just goes to show that light can be interpreted many different ways. That's what makes this story stand out. Great job!!!
Author's Response: Hey! Thanks for the review. I\'m glad you enjoyed it.
Summary: Dumbledore’s gone and Harry, Ron and Hermione have returned to Privet Drive to start their search for the Horcruxes. Their plan not to return to Hogwarts is changed with the reading of Dumbledore’s will. Harry must discover that his friends are a greater help then he can imagine and how to use the “Power the Dark Lord knows not.” With a little romance, action, mystery and even Quidditch along the way, Harry will find out if he and his friends can defeat the greatest Dark Wizard of the age.
This story was completely written before the release of DH or the Order of the Phoenix movie. Any similarities are entirely coincidental.
All reviews will recieve a response!
I read the whole 26 chapters in one sitting. You are an amazing author if you can keep me riveted. I'm very selective of what I read and boy am I glad that I chose you. Its been a great ride and I personally love cliffes so this story is even better. I can't wait to see what happens next in this great story.
Author's Response: Wow, it is a honor to hear that you read the whole thing in one go. I really don\'t know what to say to your wonderful words other than thank your very much. Encouragement like this is wonderfully helpful.
