Hello, its me! b29;
Fanfiction's cool. Not quite as cool as soccer. Almost, though.
Although the REAL Harry Potter has both of those beat. By quite a bit.
I recently watched "The Guardian" with Ashton Kutcher and some oldish guy. I thought it was really good. And I like Disturbia. And HP of course.
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, and its sequels New Moon and Eclipse, are hands-down the greatest book series ever, after HP. Amazing =]
Boys Like Girls is my favorite band right now. They're basically awesome.
Also, right now I'm a little obsessed with the musical "Wicked," which I recently saw. It's AMAZING. For anyone who doesn't know, it takes place in Oz (yes, like the Wizard of Oz) and it's about how the Wicked Witch of the West becomes, well, Wicked. The music's great, the story's great, and the musical's amazing. Go to it. =]
Hope you like my stories!!!! b29;
IMPORTANT: Updates on my two current stories (Lily, Blossoming and Worst Friends, Best Enemies) may be coming slower now that school, soccer, and basketball are starting. But DON'T WORRY, THEY WILL STILL COME!! Thanks and keep reading!!
These quiz thingies are so much fun!
Summary: The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. In order to regain the respect of his fellow wizards and to make them believe that he has turned over a new leaf (which he actually hasn't) and has graciously accepted muggles and Mudbloods, Lucius asks Hermione, a Mudblood, to marry his son, Draco, a pure-blood. Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. What happens next is a series of events that serve only to bring Hermione and Draco closer, both literally and figuratively speaking. Read to find out how this one unseemly proposal causes absolute chaos in their lives! THIS STORY IS NOT HBP and DH COMPATIBLE! Hey all! Summary: Patrick Thatcher’s older brother teases him, his mother worries about him, and his father defends him. His family sounds very much like any other, but somehow Patrick’s is far from average.
In Patrick’s world, adults disappear into thin air, owls deliver mail, and the most popular sport in the country is played on broomsticks. Not to mention that every member of his family is, and always has been, a wizard. When your grandfather is a famous American veteran, being a Thatcher isn’t the easiest life to live.
When his acceptance letter to the most prestigious American school of magic arrives addressed to another student, Patrick’s position in his former world begins to take a tumble—right along with the newly elected President of Magic’s approval ratings. With the Wizarding world’s eyes shifting toward a new wizard, can Patrick figure out just why his first year is off to a rocky start?
Inspired by J.K. Rowling’s wondrous Harry Potter Series, Patrick Thatcher’s adventures of wizardry in the United States is a tale all its own while still respecting its English origins. Readers are sure to find that the magic across the pond is just as unforgettable.
hey great start! i can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Glad you like it!
