Hi everybody!!!! Cheers and whatnot! I'm not actually Morwynninny herself: i'm her psycho-amazing friend Kate who has usurped her account. What fun!
About me: I'm an average 15-year old girl, a little shorter than she wishes at times, who dresses like a crazy gypsy or fourth grade boy, depending on the day (It's not Hobo it's Boho!) and sometimes in pleather too, that's fun...anyway, i love to read, love Harry Potter (obviously), City of Bones, Glass Books of the Dream Eaters, Pretty Little Liar, the Pendragon series (shameful, i know) and lots of other great books. I'm also obsessed with musicals, especially Phantom, Les Miz, Children of Eden, Into the Woods, Avenue Q, and Starlight Express!!
I do write slash, so when i finally get a story uploaded that will most likely be incorporated into at least some.
Summary: "It didn't mean anything...how could it mean anything to me..." Remus returns from his trip to Hogwarts feeling desolate and confused. In his grief are all the things he is remembering about his sixth year at Hogwarts help him to understand? Has he realised too late the true nature of his friendship with the one he has lost? RL/SB slashy undertones. Post OotP. MWPP 6th Year. No HBP Spoilers.
I love the subtleties of the this story! They're really, really, really well executed and the characterization is well thought out.
I can't help but hope for a happy ending for Remus and Sirius though! But how can there be? Hopefully they'll get at least one special moment before really bad stuff starts to happen.
Author's Response: Thank you for your lovely review. I worked very hard to achieve the subtleties of which you speak. I wanted to make it as canon as could be believed so thank you. xxx
Summary: This is book two in the "Potter's Pentagon" trilogy. Read "Potter's Pentagon: The Five" first, myesss? Cool.
WARNING: This story contains French people, an internal monologue about a blue orange, adolescent facial hair, good old-fashioned snogging, superstitious truck drivers, a portrait who calls everyone "Mavis," a zoo break-in, some very strange clothes, romantic conflict galore, and Ron Weasley's caffeine addiction. And worst of all, Professor Zabini!
Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament, and when one of the members of Potter's Pentagon is selected to represent the school, much excitement ensues. Simultaneously, elections are being held for Minister of Magic, and things are getting busy at the Ministry.
Not to mention the fact that Jordan's made a new Muggle friend without informing her of the itty-bitty fact that he's magical, Haley has found an enchanted diary of dubious origin, Ted's met a werewolf from Beauxbatons, and Emma... well, Emma's not having a good year.
And what exactly is Ivy up to, anyway?
Everyone has secrets. But in the end, the truth will have to come out.
Starring Best Male Original Character runner-up Jordan Potter, Best Female Original Character Nominees Ivy Potter, Emma Weasley, Haley Potter, and Giorgi Anderson, and Best Male Original Character nominee Ted Lupin! Nominated for Best Post-Hogwarts story in the 2008 Quicksilver Quill Awards!
I absolutely love your story! Normally i detest OCs but your characters (even the girls, wow shocker!) are really realistic and completely un-Marysuish. Plus, you are a really good writer, which helps a lot. I saw on your profile you're into musicals; have you heard Children of Eden by Stephen Schwartz?
Author's Response: Wow, thank you! I\'m really glad you liked the OCs... I don\'t normally like them, either, but since I write mostly original fiction, ALL of my characters are usually \"OC\"s. I am feeling very blush-y at the moment. I\'ve heard of Children of Eden, but never heard any of the songs... I should definitely check that out, because I usually like Stephen Schwartz stuff a lot.
