He's not quite the hero Harry imagined him to be, but I still think he was pretty heroic, whatever his motivations. Thank you for the review. Summary: In the Final Battle, we know that Remus and Tonks lost their lives fighting; however, we never saw a death scene for the two of them. We don't know what was going on with them during the battle. We only know that Remus came before Tonks, and then we see that they are both dead. This story is my take on how the power of love can never be ignored, just like Dumbledore always said.
A really great concept for a story, as I love Remus & Tonks but have never read any based around their deaths before. I'd be happy to beta for you anytime!

A great story - I was sceptical of the pairing at first but your intricate storytelling pulled at my heartstrings and made me believe in them. Please keep writing!

Love, love, love this ship! I've enjoyed all the fics of yours that I've read, but this is one of the first original ships that I've agreed with. I couldn't see how you could possibly end this tale in such a short space of time but it was true perfection.
Summary: Seven months after leaving Hogwarts, James Potter is fighting for the Order of the Phoenix. When Lily Evans joins the resistance, his life is turned upside down. He'd proposed, after all, and she had said no. How could they work together now, after so much history together? Or could they find another chance amidst the war?
Love this fic, and how you write James/Lily! Have been trying to write a Marauder One-Shot and this is exactly how I want to capture their relationship.
