Summary: The first war with Lord Voldemort is constantly getting worse; people are dying left and right, dementors are attacking people on the Death Eaters' orders, and nobody knows who is trustworthy anymore. Lily Evans, in her seventh year at Howarts, does not want to be a part of the war -- but some things are unavoidable.
Please continue writing this story as quickly as you have been lately, it's been great! I love reading this story and am always checking to see if you've updated, and I love it how you actually do update when so many of the unfinished fanfictions don't update anymore and have left us hanging. Thankyou so much, I can't wait for some more romantic moments between James and Lily! And I love reading some of your funny moments that make me laugh out loud, keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm so glad you're enjoying reading :) The next chapter is in the queue now!
Really good chapter! Please do publish the epilogue! Thankyou for all the writing you've done and posted on here! I love it all!
Author's Response: Thank you so much!
To be honest, I think Lily's explanation was just a more extensive form of the excuses she's been giving for ages, and I read it thinking, that Voldemort is influencing her just as much by causing her to say all that. But it was still a really good chapter, I'm so glad they made up! And I love it that James has been talking to Petunia, and that Lily and Petunia have sort of made up! Thanks again for an amazing read, and for something really good to use for procrastination material before I do my homework! haha:) Keep writing fast, I love it when you do!!! Thankyou:)
Author's Response: Thank you!
Summary: My take on the first of those 'nineteen years' between the 36th chapter of DH and the epilogue.
Warnings: contains an unusually-shaped ring, a nosy neighbour, a rude shop assistant, shaving mishaps, thoughtful gestures, threatening goblins, and, unexplained appearances of Romantic!Ron and Romantic!Harry. You have been warned.
Rating is for *mild* innuendo and *mostly* innocent interactions but I wouldn't let my 9 year old read it.
I read this a while ago and loved it, but I was just wondering if you were still planning on finishing? Don't worry if you're not, but I'd be ecstatic if you were!
Author's Response: I'm so pleased someone out there still cares if it is finished. I actually got some time to work on it this summer, and am finished the next chapter. There is then only one left that is unfinished before the three at the end that are already complete. I should, after some editing, have the next chapter in the queue by the weekend. cj
Summary: They are all talented, some more than others. Some play Quidditch. Others are known for their brilliance in academics. They are the Marauders and a group that has lain in the shadows up to now, called the Lady Firebrands, known for their hot tempers and rather subdued practical jokes.
Romance will bloom.
Rivalries will blossom.
The author will try to stop using so many bad plant puns.
The story of Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs' NEWT years will be told.
These are the Amphibious Lizards.
I've just read this fanfiction in the past day or so, and it's so so so good! I love it how you include some moments that actually make me laugh out loud, and I'm glad James and lily are starting to get closer. I can't wait for some romantic action between them! I hope you're still writing and that another update isn't too far away:)
