Hi! I'm Nidhi! I'm GinnyPotter on the beta boards.
My OTP is Harry/Ginny and my favourite character is Ginny!
I am also a very proud RAVENCLAW!.
I don't like anything non canon-expect for 1 AU fic-.
Pairings I don't like are: Drinny(I hate it!) Dramione, Snamione(ugh!), Drarry(ugh!) and Harmony(which I don't find as bad as others, though I won't read it).
For genre's I like: next-gen(I will read anything in next gen), Post-Hogwarts(same as above), Romance,(only canon), and Poetry.
I love the MNFF beta boards. They are amazing. If you're not on them, I suggest you head on over there and register. You even get sorted!
I am a beta, so if you need something beta-ed, PM me over the boards, post on my thread in beta servieces thread http://fanfiction.mugglenet.com/forums/showthread.php?73321-Nidhi-Available or just email me at HPfangurl95@gmail.com
Falling: Sirius Poem
Waiting: Ginny Poem
James Sirius Potter and The Mysteries to be Solved
My Sister's Keeper
How to Live
Summary: London: Four murders have taken place under bizarre circumstances, for what seems to be an equally bizarre reason.
Harry, a happily wedded man with a wonderful wife and a cute daughter, is an Auror at the Ministry of Magic and is now given a new case to solve with Ron and four other Aurors. Incidentally, the four Aurors include Ginny, Harry’s ‘schoolboy crush’; and it turns out to be much more than a crush when Harry sees her again. What’s more is that Harry is working upon a case that seems to connect to him directly. And once again, it opens up old fears: fears of losing loved ones.
Ron, on the other hand, seems to be tired of Hermione. Tempers are running high and fights are breaking out more often than usual. Are they really falling apart? Or can they sort this out before it is too late?
Then there is the case itself. Who is trustworthy, and who is not? Who is deadly enough to murder four people in cold blood?
Indulge into the gut-wrenching action, combined with warm romance and tingling suspense; while I tell you a story of love, ambition and obsession… a story of what those killer instincts can do. EDIT: MAJOR revamping going on, with regard to plot, characterisation, and general style of writing. I would urge you not to read this until I've removed this notice because I wasn't very good six years ago, and this is as bad as I was. *Places traffic cones*
Love this chapter!
By the way, I agree about Hindi. While I don't know how to speak Hindi, I can understand it a bit because I know Marathi, my mother tongue.
Author's Response: Nidhi! It's always lovely to see your reviews, sweetie! LOL I don't even remember what exactly happened in this chapter. I must read through... I know Hindi and about 60% of Marathi! :D But I'm actually a South Indian. Tamil/Malayali combination. :) Thank you for the review! *hearts*
I love your fic!!!! It has a special place in my heart because it was the first fic I read on MNFF :)
You know that review by Ginnypotter2699? That's actually me. I could just kill myself for having such stupid reviews then.
Anyhow, I love your fic!!!!!!!!
Author's Response: Hi, Nidhi! Oh, I'm so glad that this was the first fic to catch your fancy here! And well I just saw that other review and it's not stupid at all, hon, it's okay! :) Thank you so much for leaving me this second review. I will provide the details for update of WAY shortly, in case you're interested. :)
I take a deep breath so my voice won’t shake.
“What would you do if we died tomorrow?”
He takes a step away from me, but still keeps me in his arms. “What?”
“What would you do if you knew that we died tomorrow?”
“What kind of question is that?”
“Don’t give me that, James. You know that we are going to die soon. There is no point in pretending that we aren’t.”
James and Lily have a conversation two days before Halloween.
Haha Harry did marry a redhead :)
This is so beautiful. Lily's emotions are captured perfectly. It's so devastating that they do die the next day. This is so so beautiful.~Nidhi
Author's Response: Hello Nidhi! Emotions are a hard thing for me to write, so I'm glad I got them right. It really is a shame. While it is upsetting, being so young and fighting a war, I don't hate that they died; rather, I hate that they were betrayed. I admire the Marauders, and I would love to have what they had: an intense friendship. And to see that thrown away is what's devastating. I know this story is mostly about Lily, but we get a small look into James and Sirius. I just don't know why (well, I do, but it doesn't mean I /understand/) he would do that to two of his greatest friends. Sorry, that turned into a small rant. Thank you so much for the compliments, and thank you for reading!
Summary: Victoire and Teddy are at that awkward stage. They're not adults yet, but they'll jinx you if you refer to them as "one of the kids." Victoire, especially, is sick of all her little cousins at the Annual Weasley Family reunion, so when Teddy finally shows up, the two of them escape out into the garden as fast as possible.
Beautiful Fic! I decided to look at your authors page because I'm writing a story for your drawing, Mourning, for the Illistration for Inspiration challenge in the GH on the beta boards.~N~
Summary: Natasha Osborne- better known as Tash- is a perfectly normal girl living in Australia. She's got all the problems that a normal teenage girl has: quarrels, boys, studies, and the list can go on and on. But when her father is transferred to England, she has to attend Hogwarts. When Tash meets the Boy-Who-Lived, her perfect world turns upside-down.
Natasha Osborne learns the secret her family have been hiding since she was a year old.
She learns her whole identity was a lie.
Follow Tash through her seventh, but first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Warnings for violence and self injury are strictly for later chapters.
Oh... If you have writers block then no pressure. I had to relinquish my claim in the illustration for inpiration GH challenge because instead of planning I was playing sims 3. Thanks again for the amazing banner and avvie!-Nidhi
Author's Response: You're welcome, dear!
I actually mailed my beta and told her to yell at me to write :P. And sims 3 is so addictive, I tell you. --Nadia
Amazing Chapter, Nadia! Can't wait for the next one!
Author's Response: Thank you, Nidhi! Glad you liked it! *heart*
Can't wait for the next chapter!
I've been M.I.A on MNFF
Author's Response: Lol yes you have! I've been wondering where you've gone :). Anyway, I don't think I'll be updating this soon; right now I'm working on Never Let Go, so once I finish that I'll start working on both this and the Al Potter story, which I'll be restarting from scratch. You might expect another chapter by around... July, I think. :) Sorry for the lateness, hun, but I really need to finish NLG before I start this :/. Thank you for sticking with me, though! <3
I have to nitpick sorry. You know when it says it's really really hot. Well if they're in Sydney, that can't be possible. Sydney has very mild weather, and this is set in June/July/August, which is winter in Oz(by the way, I live in Sydney.)
Author's Response: Really? My beta's an Aussie too, and she didn't mention it. I'll look into it, then :). Thanks, hun! :D
I like it! Please update this!
Author's Response: I'll try to, hun. I'm procrastinating and I'm having such a huge writer's block for this. Adding to this were the banner requests and playing sims :P. I'll try to update soon :)
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! Chris can't be dead! How can there be a happy ending without him?~Still in shock Nidhi
Author's Response: He is. :( I'm sorry! :'( Ha, happy ending? I rarely give my characters any of those these days... so let's see... >.< Thank you for the review! :)
I so can't wait for more! This is so interesting!~Nidhi
Author's Response: Updates should come soon! The chapters are with my Beta and as soon as she sends them back, I'll update this quickly. :-) Thanks, Nidhi! I'm glad you're liking the story!
Yay! It made me grin too :)
Love your story
Plus the fast updates :)
Author's Response: Hi, Nidhi! I'm so glad you're still following this! I was scared I lost my readers in the hiatus. :( Anyway, thank youuu! :) The next update should be here soon. :)
Definitely not me :)
Sorry for not commenting
I read the chapters, I was just busy.
Author's Response: Hahaha, that's ok. XD Glad you're still here, and are reading this. :)
Author's Response: Hee, I saw your review in Nadia's fic and couldn't help but grin. We know what's going on in each other's stories, by the way, so this is a collective grin from us. :D YESSSS! :)
The locals in a sleepy corner of the Cheviot Hills are surprised to discover that they have new neighbours.

Summary: Harry stood quite still and silent, listening to her sobbing and calling Ron’s name amongst the trees.— Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by JK Rowling
We know everything about how Harry felt when Ron left him and Hermione in the forest after the huge fight with Harry on that fateful day. But what was the situation in Ron and Hermione’s minds? How could it be from their points of view?
Beautiful Poem! I love all your stories! I can't wait for Eastern Dawn Stars(I kinda know what it's about from Nadia's thread lol).~Nidhi
Author's Response: Hey, Nidhi! Thank you so very much for the review! And EDS has been in the queue for a while now. Should be up soon! And oh, I'm flattered that you like my stories. :-) Thank you!
Harry and Ginny reach their centuries. Life after one hundred years in ten one-hundred word scenes.
Nominated for: Best Canon Romance (One-shot) story - Quicksilver Quills 2012
I love how all your stories come together!(BTW, I just read James and Me)
Violet is Violet Moon, and Annie is Annabel May Charlton, right?
Author's Response: Violes and Anabel/Annie/Anna are exactly who they are. I'm going to have to write about Violet, she's never actually appearred (other than as a baby). -N-
