April showers bring May...hassles? Bridesmaid blues and big trouble from small favours complicate Tonks' life when all she wants is to bring her love for Remus into full bloom.
Tom Fenton... Tom Felton? connection? hahaha :) Great story!
Author's Response: Fun with names is a perk of fan fiction. Reviews are another bonus, so thank you for letting me know you liked the reference . . . and the story! :)
Summary: James would do anything to get inside Lily’s head. Lily would do anything to get away from James. Lily was brewing a banned potion. James went to find her. Lily made a mistake and the potion exploded. James got his wish, but is it much more than he bargained for?
After a year the Epilouge is now up! Come read for a bit of fun!!
Runner up QSQ - Best Chaptered Canon Romance
Reason for Nomination:
This is the most unique take on how James and Lily really got to know each other. The story is hilarious and keeps you laughing throughout, but it never lets you forget the serious stuff. Plus, she somehow manages to end each chapter with a nice cliffhanger.
I love this story so much! At first I was a little wary about the whole switching bodies thing but it is brilliant! You have made me laugh and cry! Also I love how at the end how you do the soap opera thing "Next time on.." It makes me smile! :D
It was like a wizard tale. The clever Slytherin helps a hag who later repays the debt. Except that Rose Weasley wasn't a hag, and Scorpius didn't expect to call in the favour.
*Winner of the 2010 Next Generation QSQ award*
hahahahaha Miley Siren! that's great! just great! :) I agree that she can't sing... :)
Author's Response: Hello again! I think she can sing . . . but I wish she wouldn't. :P
awww! :D sorry for the lack of a good review, but that's all I can say I'm in awe of the cuteness of this story! :D
Summary: Percy Weasley has finally found, at age twenty-one, a decent place to live and a level ground with his family. The only thing troubling him in his life is not knowing what is holding him back from promotion at the Ministry.
His life is as uncomplicated as he could ever want. That is until a homeless young woman with the ability to make him as nervous as a schoolboy shows up on his door. His Gryffindor chivalry demands he help her and her terrible situation, but the feelings she stirs in him are far from gentlemanly.
Audrey Sparks has a job to do. An undercover job involving Percy Weasley. But she soon learns that her conscience won't let her merely steal from him and then leave.
Hearts may well be stolen instead. A Percy Weasley/Audrey Sparks Romance
This is so great! I hope you update it even though you haven't in 2 years! I'm always interested in Percy and I'm glad you haven't put him with Penelope...blehg
Author's Response: Hahaha, you're welcome. Thanks for reading
In her seventh year, Katie Bell knew what it was like to fear death. A year later, she learnt what it was like to see it in front of her. Nothing she had ever experienced had prepared her to deal with the aftermath of that. And then he came.

Well, since it took me a year to update, I'm glad the plot progression was at least partially worth the wait. I love this story and really want to work on it and give it the attention it deserves.
Thanks for stopping in, and I'm glad you like it. :D

Yay! You updated it! I'm really loving how you are telling this story from a muggle's point of view. It makes it much more interesting! Can't wait for the next chapter! :)
Author's Response: Thanks. Jacqui's observations of her slightly odd new neighbours and friends the Potters are, I think, what makes this story a bit different. More soon. -N-
“You and I, we'll be young forever!” *
After a long, interesting, sweltering summer the Marauders are back for their sixth year, and they feel as though their teenage lives have only just begun.
James has been pursuing Lily for years, and he sure as hell isn't going to give up now. Sirius might actually be falling in love (though of course that can't be possible, can it?), and Remus is struggling with problems in his own family. Meanwhile, Peter has to decide how much worth he can put on friends who he will never live up to. And then there's Lily Evans, a girl who's starting to fall for the very man she swore not to. Diana McKinnon, her best friend, keeps finding herself staring at a certain grey-eyed Gryffindor, even though every piece of logic she has tells her that he's trouble.
But even though there's the looming danger of NEWTs, pranks, oily Slytherins, and physical education, a much bigger problem has presented itself. The Marauders' sixteen-year-old world isn't the safe place it used to be. There are rumors of danger and dark magic throughout the school, and of a powerful dark wizard named Voldemort. The Gryffindor sixth years have to decide where their true allegiances lie and how much they are willing to sacrifice for a war that seems impossible to win.
*Title and quote taken from the lyrics of Katy Perry's summer hit Teenage Dream.
Note 3/26: Ok guys so I know that I haven't updated in forever, but I promise I'll finish the story! I'm struggling with some stuff, but hang in there, I haven't forgotten.
Lots and lots and lots of love, Olivia
This is so great! I love how it's a mix of action (which I love) and fluff (which I REALLY love). I'm interested to see how Remus's crush on Lily plays out, I don't not like it it's just hmm. Keep it coming! :D
Author's Response: Thanks so much! Chapter Ten is actually almost done. ~Olivia

A haunted house that isn’t haunted, a Muggle fortune teller who can’t actually tell fortunes and the legend of the Cursed Green Pearl! What happens when “the nation’s favourite television ghost-hunters” stumble onto something really magical? What (apart from a mysterious chest, a broken red stiletto and a corpse) lies within the topmost room of the Haunted Tower?
It’s time for the Auror Office’s Muggle Interface Team - Brown, Bones and Beadle - to investigate.
This is Northumbrian of Ravenclaw house writing for the 2011 Mysterious May Challenge in the Great Hall - Extra Credit Prompt
This is one of four mystery stories I wrote for the Challenge. Until now I’ve resisted editing this story as to do so will (I believe) mean that it can’t be judged as part of the challenge (editing after the closing date is cheating). I can’t wait any longer.
Hey! This is a great story but I'm a little confused about Bobbie. Is she a muggle working with the aurors? do you have any other stories that describe her in more detail? Other wise a great story! thanks~Sarah :)
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Detective Inspector Robert E Beadle is indeed a Muggle, and one day I'll tell the story of how, and why sge ended up working with the Auror Office. She also appears in MIT: Muggle Interface Team, and in 9the unfinished, sorry) MLT. -N-

Author's Response: Thank you, I’ve just got the next chapter back from my betas and I hope to submit it soon. -N-
Yay! I was so happy to see that you put the next chapter up! Do you have any idea when the next one will be up and how many chapters there will be?
Author's Response: Thank you.
Unless things change (which is possible, but unlikely) there will be 17 chapters.14 - The Snare: Beater Grouses, 15 - The Prey: Badger and Raven go Hunting, 16 - The Prey: Cornered Rats (that title will probably change), and 17 Epilogue: (untiled as yet).

This story, written in the style of a series of letters, first appeared in The Battle of the Genres over at the SBBC forum.
I am not JK Rowling. She would probably have been more amusing.
This story is for Minna because it was her birthday and she likes this pairing.
Thank you Natalie for liking the drabble and encouraging me to expand.
Winner of the Best Humour QSQ in 2012 - GOBSMACKED!!!

Another Disclaimer: All the chapter titles are named after films. I didn't star, write or direct any of them. And there's a good few I haven't even seen.
Yay! I can't wait until you submit the last 2 chapters! :)
Author's Response: Yayayyayayaya - bar some minor tweaks not becoming major reconstruction, they should be up soon. ~Carole~

At the end of sixth year, everything is as usual.
At the beginning of seventh year, everything has changed.
I'm loving this! :) Just one thing, maybe use 'mum' all the way through instead of mom and then mum. Just a suggestion to make it more British :)
Author's Response: Thanks! We'll definitely take that into consideration.
