Wandless by Wandering Wand
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 53]
Summary:
It’s not just any 1st of September. The Philosopher Stone is hidden at Hogwarts, The Boy Who Lived is about to board the Express for the first time. It’s not the best September for something to occur that has never occurred in the history of magic. It’s not the best time for something unexpected. It’s not the time at all for something threatening to happen, for something impossible. Or someone.
This story is not AU, but it focuses on the original character, her plot, her friends, her loves :)
Rating and Warning only for later chapters - mild.
Hi,
Great story. I recently found this story and have loved reading every moment of it. I'm very excited to read the final installment. I will be said to see it end. You have done a great job inserting a new character into the world of JKR. Its always interesting to read other points of view during the Trio's time at Hogwarts. Again, very interested in how the story ends.
Author's Response: Thank you for your nice review! Hope you'll like the story till the end! :)
Finding Her Voice by Belledeg
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 205]
Summary: Harper Riley is one of the most gifted young witches of her generation. However, since the traumatic events of the Battle of Hogwarts, she has not spoken a single word. Her Muggle parents were killed, along with her two wizarding brothers, and she is on the run from her squib guardian, a sinful and harsh man with a strong hatred of magic.
Harry Potter is recently married and settled, however, his life seems to take on another dramatic turn when he and Ginny find Harper. Her refusal to speak makes things a lot harder for them to discover how to help her. Luckily, Harry knows someone who owes him a favour. Someone who he and Ginny may not like, but they trust. Someone whose profession is to help those who suffer from the Battle of Hogwarts, no matter their story…
If anyone can get her talking again, it’s Blaise.
"I don't want to forget that night...but I don't want to remember it either."
A Blaise Zabini/Original Character romance
This story has the characters: Blaise Zabini, Harper Riley, Jimmy Peakes, Harry Potter, Ginny Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Weasley, Isabella Zabini, Draco Malfoy, Dennis Creevey, Leonard Wilkes, Theodore Nott and Minerva McGonagall plus many more.
Great Story! I love reading Harry Potter Fan Fiction about minor characters. It makes it seem like the series is still going! You did a great job bringing Harper to life and bringing depth to Blaise's character! First story I've read of yours, and looking forward to reading more of them.
What Luna Sees by Northumbrian
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 15]
Summary: Does Ginny have a serious rival?
Who is the most fancied bloke in the DA?
What Lunacies happen at Christmas?
This is Northumbrian of Ravenclaw House realising that this long planned story scrapes into prompt 3 (Operation Mistletoe) of the Great Hall-iday challenge, and that my story title is an even worse pun than the challenge title.
I love your stories. What Luna Sees is one of my favorite stories to come back to. I love seeing all the DA girls talking about the DA guys. It would be interesting to see the DA guys do something similar. You are an amazing author. I feel like the books have been extended for me through your writings.
Author's Response:
Thank you. This was an attempt to get into Luna’s head. Writing a long girly chat was not easy, so I’m really glad you liked it.
I’ve thought about doing a similar thing with the guys, but I’ve so far been unable to find a hook.I do try to keep my future consistent both with itself and with what JKR has told us.

James and Me by Northumbrian
Rated: 6th-7th Years [Reviews - 22]
Summary:
Annabel is having a bad day. Her sudden and unexpected meeting with a face from her past is unlikely to improve matters.
This is Northumbrian of Ravenclaw House writing for Round Three of the 2012 Character Triathlon.
I simply love your stories. They are the ones I constantly come back to. I love that this story gives us a glimpse into life after Strangers. It gives a taste of both the future and the past. Makes me want to know more about the times when they were kids and what happens in the future. You really could be JRK writings sometimes. I think you understand her style very well. Keep up the writing! :)

Author's Response: Thank you, Hailey.
This is another story I really need to get back to. I have a lot of backstory to reveal, and there is, in fact, more of a plot to this than appears. I try, in the main, to keep to the spirit of JKR’s world. Because it is hers, not mine.-N-
