Summary: Set Post-Hogwart's, Voldemort has been defeated and the Wizarding world has returned to normal - well, as normal as Wizarding worlds could be. Hermione has a job at Gringott's, the Wizarding bank, but what will happen when an old enemy turns up as a colleague?
Ohh this was so romantic! I abolutely loved it. Great job!
Summary: It's seven years after The War and Hermione Granger, the last whole member of the Golden Trio, is making her way through life as best she can. Then, a visitor from her past arrives, setting into motion a chain of events that would bring her closer to a man she never expected and a horror she had already experienced.
Through time and will-power, Hermione forced herself to forget the painful memories of her past. Could one man make her want to remember?
Wow. Just wow. Because of your stories, I'm in LOVE with Dramione! I never thought I would like them ending up together but you make it so natural and perfect! Another sleepless night but so completely worth it. My heart would pound and ugh! You are amazing. I love this story.. I love you.
Author's Response: Aw, welcome to the fandom!! Draco and Hermione always seemed to mesh with me, despite their differences in canon, and I'm glad you can see it, too! Thank you so, SO much for reading and reviewing!! Now get some sleep! Hahaha ;)
Summary: This fic is a series of missing moments from the time H/R&H were at Shell Cottage, beginning immediately after they Disapparated from Malfoy Manor. JKR shows us what was going on with Harry, but this is my version of what could have happened with Ron and Hermione after one of the most emotional/disturbing events in the entire series.
UPDATED June 2010 When I first wrote this fic, I didn't know what a beta reader was, and frankly, it showed. Thanks so much to Natalie for helping me polish this up and make it more readable. Thanks also to both Julia and Carole, whose helpful comments in the review section allowed me to make some much-needed corrections during the rewrite. I would love to know what you think ~ reviews are very much appreciated!
This was nominated in the 2010 Quicksilver Quill Awards for Best Canon Romance.
Wow. This was absolutely beautiful. Heartbreaking. You really did a fabulous job at capturing the pain Ron must have been feeling after all that happened at the Manor. If I wasn't in a crowded Starbucks while I was reading this, I definitely would have been crying the whole time. Beautiful job!
Author's Response: Aw. Yay for almost crying in Starbucks! You've made my evening... thanks so much for taking the time to let me know you liked it. I had such a wonderful time writing this fic. Take care. --Lori
Summary: Sequel to "An Aversion to Change."
It's Voldemort's world now: a world of corruption, betrayal, greed, and violence. A world of evil thoughts and evil deeds, where no one can be trusted, especially those closest to you.
But through it all, there must be strength. There must exist those who will stand up to totalitarian rule, who will say no when others submit, who must survive despite their condition. There must exist the resilient.
Eventual Draco/Hermione with plenty of plot. Very dark, so read at your own risk!
Oh my God. I'm speechless. This series took up two days of my life. Thank you. I read An Aversion to Change in one sitting. And then read the first eight chapters The Resilient and finally tore my eyes from my laptop at 4am and I couldn't sleep! Now it's almost 5am the next day, I just finished Resilient and I just have to say that your writing is amazing. I was completely pulled into this story and my heart was literally breaking for Malfoy and Hermione every five minutes. There's so much I want to say but I'll keep this short haha. I look forward to reading more of your stories. You defintely have a gift. Well, now off to get two and a half hours of sleep! Totally worth it. :]
Author's Response: Oh, thank you so much! I always marvel at people who can stay up that late and that it was my story you were captivated by is very flattering!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!!
Summary: Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy attend the Wizarding University of Paris the year after they graduate from Hogwarts. This is a sequel to the Dragon Does the Tickling, where Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy complete their seventh year at Hogwarts after the war.
I was sp happy to see that you were writing a sequel after I read The Dragon does the Tickling. I love this. You are an amazing writer. I never thought I could fall in love with the idea of Draco and Hermione being together. But I have! :D Can't wait for the update.
Author's Response: Thank you for such nice praise! I'm thrilled that you are enjoying my take on getting Draco and Hermione together. In real life, I am a big Ron/Hermione shipper (at least in the books, the movies not so much). But there are already so many great Ron/Hermione stories and somehow writing Draco came easier to me. The next chapter is in the queue. Thanks, Jenny
Great chapter! I love the Dittany field and how it's the real reason for their fortune. Ugh, I'm not liking having to wait for the chapters, but I love this story so much that, in the end, it's very much worth it. Again, wonderful chapter, can't wait for the next!
Author's Response: I promise, each time a chapter is approved, the next one goes into the queue. MuggleNet is just a crazy busy place, I'm afraid. I'm glad you liked the Dittany idea. The next chapter is just awaiting approval -- you should be able to see it soon. Thanks, Jenny
How exciting! They're getting ready to go! I loved how Draco kept untying her bikini haha. I'm kinda sad that they're keeping their relationship a secret though, they're so cute! Good chapter. :]
Author's Response: I promise their relationship will not be a secret forever. I'm having fun writing about the fall out when they go public. Hopefully you'll enjoy reading about it when we get there. Thank you for your nice review, Jenny
