After a year the Epilouge is now up! Come read for a bit of fun!!

Runner up QSQ - Best Chaptered Canon Romance

Reason for Nomination:
This is the most unique take on how James and Lily really got to know each other. The story is hilarious and keeps you laughing throughout, but it never lets you forget the serious stuff. Plus, she somehow manages to end each chapter with a nice cliffhanger.

I can't get over what a fabulous story this is! At first I was a little weary of it, thinking that it was a bit unrealistic because canon stories are more my thing, but as I read on it definately was not the case. It is such an adventurous thrilling story that pulled me in. My favorite part was the ending, it's wonderful to think that Harry still had some family. Please continue writing, I love your stories

Blood On My Hands by Gmariam

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 4 Reviews
Summary: A woman runs from her past, unable to remember whose blood is on her hands; yet the memory will only drive her deeper into madness when she remembers what she has done.
Reviewer: hpfan25 Signed
Date: 01/08/11 Title: Chapter 1: One-shot

An allusion to Lady Macbeth, I love it. Although I personnally found this story to be slightly confusing (just like when I read Macbeth) it was certainly interesting. It was different than what you usually write, and it was a very good dark read. I was just proud of myself for immediately thinking of LMB

Author's Response: I can definitely see how it might be confusing. This was something quite new and different for me - present tense! First person! Alternate universe! EEP! :) But it was a fun challenge and I'm glad you found it interesting. Thank you so much for reading it as I am rather proud of it - I really appreciate the review! ~Gina :)

A Moment, A Love by jenny b

Summary:
A dream, aloud, a kiss, a cry …

Pregnant at seventeen. I was not that kind of girl. My final year at Hogwarts was supposed to be the best yet – filled with Quidditch matches, parties with my best friends and Outstandings in all my NEWTs. But now I was facing morning sickness, young mothers’ group and irate teachers, all whilst trying to hold my relationship with Lysander together.

What on earth was I going to do?

Normally I don't review until the end of a story, but I have to say that I love that lily is keeping the babies. But. What I love most is the reason all the adults, except maybe Ginny, want her to. I love the reason that they have for wanting to keep them. I thought that what mcgonnagal said was beautiful, and definately true, even if lily doesn't realize what she means

Tales of the Battle by Northumbrian

I love these one shots and how all your stories can be embedded in the story such as the Grave Days reference in Paperwork. You are a very gifted writer and very talented when it comes to creating such convincing original characters or making stories for the semicharacters (Susan bones, Terry boot, etc). I love all your stories please never stop posting!

Author's Response:
Thanks for the review.

There are cross-references in many of my stories, though I try to ensure that you donít have to get them to know what is going on. No one has (yet) spotted the biggest reference in Paperwork.

I still have Aurors and Schoolgirls, and Strangers at Drakeshaugh to complete. I have two more novel length stories (Hunters and Prey, and The Slytherin Four (though I donít like that title), several one shots (The Drakeshaugh Dragon, Players Rites, etc.), and a six-chapter short called Moons, in the works.

It will be some time before I run out of stories.

At first when you started going off canon, I almost stopped reading, thinking that it would end. The same, with Harry beating voldecrap and everything. But I kept reading, and I swear to Godric, I still have tears rubbing down my cheeks. That was absolutely horrible to read, it broke my heart. Beautifully written, you have a lot of talent.

Author's Response: Ahh, but Harry winning is just so boring - it's much more fun to kill off half the Wizarding world. This sounds horrible to type, but I'm glad I made you cry :P I think the main idea was to break everyone's hearts. Thank you very much for the review, and the compliment :)

I remember that story and I recognized it when I started reading this one. It was the first fanfic I had ever read. I'm ure I would have developed into a fabulous story, but turning these chapters into a twoshot was a fabulous idea. I enjoyed reading this very much, thanks for all the writing that you do!

Author's Response: You're welcome, and thank you for the review! Wow, I'm impressed you remembered this, since it was at least three years ago! Thanks so much for reading these two parts again. I'm so glad they worked as a two-shot and that you enjoyed them. I appreciate the review - Happy New Year! ~Gina :)

I doubt Voldy would have a threeway with the lestrange, I don't think he was human enough. I have alwYs imagined rodolfus would think like this though, only serving you-know-poo because Bella did. Beautiful, as always

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. In regards to the threeway idea, I'd imagined it as referring to before his first fall, when he would likely have had a more human form. And a nose. I'm glad you liked it, so thanks very much for the review :)

An Epitaph - Severus Tobias Snape by Half_BloodPrincess

Is writing epitaphs your occupation? Because you seem to always know the perfect thing to say! You have a wonderful gift for writing.

Author's Response: No, writing epitaphs is not my occupation, the reason they work is because I seem to end up re-reading at least half of the books to write the three word epitaph. Thank you for the review, I'm glad you liked reading this :)

I read in a review response of yours that you're open to suggestions for more. What about Luna?maybe her writing one or someone for her? She's always been such and interesting character to me. Just a thought. Another idea is Crabbe, after DH I've often wondered about what Crabbe and Goyles relationship with each other was like.

These stories of yours are amazing and I feel myself getting attached. I really hope you continue writing them, and if you need more ideas to do so, let me know! They are AMAZING

Author's Response: Yes, I am always open to suggestions, especially with this epitaph series. I've never written anything about Luna before - she's always seemed like one of the most difficult characters to get right, because she's so off in her own little world, but I will take a good look at the war-deaths, and see if there's anyone that Luna could write for. Crabbe, however, is a very possible, and doable idea, although it will probably take a while to work out the kinks of their relationship so it doesn't read as slash. I'm really glad that you like my fics, if you look on my profile there's a big, long list of all the fics I am currently working on, it shows fourteen that I've at least worked on enough to be sure I won't abandon them, although there are several more that are not listed, as they've not come together enough for me to be sure that they will actually get finished and get posted. If you have any more character ideas for the epitaph series, just hit the contact button on my profile and send them along, it's always great to know that there's at least ONE person who'll read it. Thank you for all of the reviews :)

My Brother's Keeper by lucca4

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 10 Reviews
Summary:

A war is raging across the country. Colin Creevey is ready to fight, while his brother Dennis is in hiding with other Muggleborn refugees in the London Underground. Both are ready to play their part in a war that will forever change the history of the Wizarding world.

One will not survive. The other will have his life forever changed by the tragedy that befalls his brother.

But this is not a story about death or loss. This is a tale about brotherhood.

Much, much thanks to the absolutely amazing Elenť for beta-ing this. Without her, this story would not be. Disclaimer: I don't own any of JKR's stuff.
