Love writing, love Harry, but unfortunately have not written a fanfic yet! I'll get on it sometime soon =) Lovely to be a part of the site!

There is a memory; a lake and a picnic blanket and a bottle of wine. There is a boat drifting off into the distance.

This is a companion piece to The Colour of Distance.

I strongly advise you to read that first.

Your wording is SO beautiful! Definitely continue. My only criticism is that sometimes it was hard to understand what was really happening and what Hermione was thinking about...but really wonderful writing!

Author's Response: Thanks for the read and review :) I agree that it is quite hard to follow at times - I'm jumping around in time a bit. Sorry about that! When I was writing it, I knew exactly what was going on, but reading it back I realise that for someone else it is confusing. But again, thanks for the review :) I really appreciate it.
