The Resilient by Misdemeanor1331
Rated: Professors [Reviews - 690]

Summary: Past Featured StorySequel to "An Aversion to Change."

It's Voldemort's world now: a world of corruption, betrayal, greed, and violence. A world of evil thoughts and evil deeds, where no one can be trusted, especially those closest to you.

But through it all, there must be strength. There must exist those who will stand up to totalitarian rule, who will say no when others submit, who must survive despite their condition. There must exist the resilient.

Eventual Draco/Hermione with plenty of plot. Very dark, so read at your own risk!

I am SO glad that you have updated this story. I was a little addicted, waiting for you to update. I would check every week....maybe more than once a week. I have also started to read your other Harry/Ginny fic Strangers at Drakeshaugh. Of course I am already hooked...I love to read Harry/Ginny fics especially yours. Thanks so much for writing all these lovely stories!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
I hope to get the next chapter of Strangers at Drakeshaugh completed this week, and the next chapter of this is also nearing completion. There is a short "Strangers" spin off in the works, too. Plus more Moons (which isn't H/G)
I can't stop writing.

Loved this chapter as usual, it was also very funny with Jacqui and the bike ride. I couldn't help laughing as I let the scene played in my mind. Can't wait for the next chapter. When will you update Aurors and Schoolgirls?

Author's Response: Thank you.
Pencil skirt + bike = problems. That's obvious. The nextchapter is about 50% complete. A&S is moving very slowly, sorry. I will, however, be updating Moons, soon.

I'm so glad that you have had the chance to post this new chapter! This story has been getting me through while you work on Aurors and Schoolgirls. I loved the part with Henry and Fred, it was had the perfect range of emotion in it. Do you have any idea when you will next post for Aurors and Schoolgirls?

Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
The ending of this chapter seems to be everyone's favourite part. I have too many works in progress. I'm currently concentrariong on this, and on Hunters and Prey and looking at A&S only occassionally. I haven't forgotten it, but it may be a while before you see the next chapter, sorry.

Yay I love this chapter! Especially learning about Jacqui's past. It would be interesting if Henry or one of Jacqui's kids turned out to have magic in them. Anyways can't wait for more as usual!

Author's Response: Thanks. I was a little worried about this chapter, because it isnít narrated by Jacqui and there is a lot of important information in it. Glad you liked it. Poor Jacqui remains unsuspecting. -N-
