Summary: Five years since the defeat of the Dark Lord, Draco Malfoy is finally getting his life back on track. Married, employed by the Ministry, slowly gaining back the trust of the wizarding world, Malfoy is finally free from the oppression and terror of Voldemort. Until one day his Dark Mark burns again. Why is this happening? Who is summoning him back to a world of darkness and fear? As the new life he has built from scratch begins to fall apart around him Draco can turn to only one man for help.
The only thing that I might have changed was Katies scar, but then again, being scared, and Draco loving her anyway is more dramatic.
Author's Response: Oh wow, I didn't notice these new reviews! For some reason I don't receive review alerts anymore... but anyway. Thanks for all the reviews! I'm glad you took the time after reading to leave me some notes. I guess I included Katie's scar as a reference to the earlier scene in which Harry and Draco discuss their own scars. It's sort of symbolic of Katie and Draco being on more common ground and more understanding of each others' situations. Cheesy lol. But again, thanks for reading and reviewing :)
As a part of his punishment for his part in the war, Draco was sentenced to a year living as a Muggle in the Muggle world. Harry ropes Hermione into serving as Draco's liaison with the Ministry and guide to the Muggle world. Can she open his eyes to the joys of Muggle living or will she Avada him first? Set post-DH, ignores epilogue.
Have you read the Indecent Proposal? This is simular in nature except they are not mmagically bound to each other.
Author's Response: Nope, never read it. Sorry.
I am curious as to why and how Harry and Luna wound up together.
Author's Response: It will be revealed in bits and pieces. What happened between Harry and Ginny will be covered in chapter four though, so that's one major piece that will be revealed.
It wouldn't be right if there wasn't some conflict between the two. Just too much history.
Author's Response: There will be plenty of conflict, but I don't ever write anything as only conflict. They have to make some progress too.
