Harry Potter and the Malediction of the Deathly Hallows by MidnightMarauder1992

Rated: Professors • 2 Reviews
Summary: Practically seven years since Voldemort’s defeat, it is the year 2005. Harry and Ginny are respectively first time expecting parents, along with Ron and Hermione. Amid the excitement of parenthood the Potters are made aware of a 'game changer' that Harry never saw coming. With hindsight, Harry might be willing to come up with a plan to use what he’s been given, but that doesn’t mean he’ll act on it. However, all that changes when Harry learns of Voldemort’s last act of defiance and the fact that it directly affects his family.

Nice chapter waiting for the next one

Author's Response: Hello, Thank you so much for giving my story a chance and most of all for taking moment to review. It means a lot to me. As my way of thanking you for your kind review, here's a little scene from next chapter: Chapter Two: A Lesson In Transfiguration and Transmutation "Do you know anything about Transmutations, Mr. Potter?" asked Minerva. Suddenly looking very much like she used to when in a classroom setting, she stood in front of Harry's desk imperiously and gazed at Harry inquisitively. This was Professor McGonagall, ready to enlighten Harry with an impromptu lesson, he understood and like any good student, Harry sat a little straighter in his armchair. "Very little," Harry admitted, curiosity growing.

Lily and Alice by Wenlock

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • 14 Reviews
Summary: Alice defied the odds when she became the first woman Auror in the 20th century.

Lily was up against even worse when she, a Muggle-born, became a rising star in potions, the most tradition-centric field of magic.

They each sacrificed to prove themselves.
They sacrificed even more for their sons.

This is the bittersweet tale of a war that brought two remarkable women together and made them the best of friends, before it ripped their families apart.

It is a good start but I think u should speed it up a bit .

Author's Response: Thanks for the advice. I hope I can keep a good balance between not going too fast and not getting boring.
