I love sports, ice cream, nutella, and J.K. Rowling. Without any of the above, I don't think I could function properly :). I am an addict to fan fiction, almost to a fault...my favorite stories to read are romances, preferably with James and Lily....something about them, just gets me every time. I don't like AUs or dark fics, they usually confuse or depress me, but basically, any fiction that is well written appeals to me
Summary: The sequel to “Trickster”: The Marauders return to Hogwarts for their seventh and final year. But when Sirius discovers a group of fourth-years who are bound and determined to steal the Marauders’ title of Greatest Hogwarts Troublemakers he wages war, rallying his friends so they can maintain their legacy. Meanwhile, outside the castle grounds, Voldemort is gathering supporters in unending preparation for a much darker battle…

September 2012: HEY guess what I couldn't wait, and the third installment, "World Enough," is UP NOW under James/Lily. Or just under my name. Or at this link: http://fanfiction.mugglenet.com/viewstory.php?sid=92131. Yay! :D
Summary: The seven women who loved Ron Weasley.
LOVE IT. The attention to detail was amazing - there are so many specific things from all the books here!!! So well done. Thank you, it was a fantastic read.
Author's Response: Thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it and enjoyed the details :)
Summary: It's been one month since the Final Battle, and George is still trying to cope with the death of his brother. He's refusing to talk to anyone, so it comes as a surprise to the both of them when he accepts Angelina's invitation for coffee. During that fateful conversation, George learns that the funny thing about stop signs is that they're also start signs.
I thought the analogy was very clever, and I loved what you did with it. An enjoyable read :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! Yes, I really loved that analogy, and wanted to do something with it. I think it turned out well! Have an amazing day :) -bri
From the first time Rose Weasley saw Scorpius Malfoy on the Hogwarts Express, she knew they were fated to be enemies. At least, that was the plan. But as the years went on, she found that it was easier said than done. The gap between who she was and who her family wanted her to be was always widening. Her life becomes a tangled web of mistakes and regrets as she finds herself drawn to the one boy she was told to hate, until finally she makes a choice. A choice that might have just lost her the only one who had always been there for her…
Awww...I've been reading more and more Rose/Scorpius, and reading this has solidified the fact that they are becoming one of my favorite ships!! Very fluffy, but then again, fluffy for me is a necessity. Most of the time :). Well done, I enjoyed it!
Author's Response: Yes, Rose/Scorpius is a pairing I'm just getting into as well. I'm very glad the fluffiness didn't overwhelm you and burn your eyes out ^.^ Thank you so much for reading, and especially for taking the time to review!
Summary: The Christmas after the Battle, everyone has changed. In this time for celebration and joy, one man lies alone in his bed. An unexpected visitor plans to set his life straight, and not all will turn out as he thought it would.
I am FawkesToTheRescue of Gryffindor and this is my submission for the Great Hall Christmas Challenge, Prompt Four.
So....this is going to be like 'A Christmas Carol', am I right? It looks interesting, I will be waiting to see what trips down memory lane you have planned for Lucius :)
Author's Response: Thanks. It was written for a challenge in the Great Hall on the beta forums, and I really love "A Christmas Carol" so I chose that prompt, though it was the only chaptered-fic one. Thanks for reviewing, and I hope you enjoy the story enough to keep reading! -Megan
Summary: It is Christmas Eve 1998, and the Magical World is shakily celebrating the first Christmas since Voldemort’s defeat.
For one, though, there is no reason to celebrate. Draco Malfoy sits alone in his room refusing to join his parents as they try to regain their social standing.
He does not want to see another Christmas, but he reckons without a redoubtable figure from his past.
My name is Equinox Chick from Hufflepuff, and this story has been written for prompt four of the Great Hall Christmas Challenge over at the MNFF Beta Boards.
Thank you to Natalie for a quick beta job on this – anything to get her away from Rabelais, I guess.
Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling. Her lawyers agree, so please don’t confuse us.
Loved the ending. Great story!
Author's Response: Thank you very much. ~Carole~
I really like this story, something is drawing me in. I'm not sure where it is going to go next chapter, and that suspense is keeping me reading! Update soon :)
Author's Response: Update should be fairly soon as I have it written. Thank you very much for the review and for enjoying the story. ~Carole~
Summary: One year that will change everything. Two relationships that are destined to happen. Three words that are bound to impact more than one person. Four boys that are determined to make their last year at Hogwarts as memorable and legendary as possible. Five pranks that will drive Severus Snape to do something he only ever dreamed about. Six years that James Potter has been chasing after a certain red-headed witch, will this finally be the lucky year? It’s going to be one hell of a seventh year for the Marauders.
Looks promising. I'm interested in Nola, although it is a bit of obvious foreshadowing that Sirius will have a bit of a thing for her...still, very good.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review :D
Summary: The Triwizard Tournament is happening at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry this year. After having just lost the Quidditch World Cup, Viktor Krum heads to England with high hopes of winning the tournament and regaining what he views as his lost glory. But while there, he meets someone special, and suddenly, always being the victor doesn't seem quite as important anymore.
A Hermione/Viktor story.
This looks like its going to be a good story! Can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Thanks very much. I'm submitting chapter two right now :)
Very sweet. I love the idea (even if it is a bit corny) that Viktor immediately could tell that Hermione was special.
Author's Response: Well, what's a romance without a little bit of corniness? :) Thanks very much for the comment.
Yay! I am so happy Viktor got the courage to ask her...I have to say, I really looking forward to Ginny getting Hermione ready for the ball, I think that will be quite funny. Obviously, I also can't wait for the ball :). Great job.
Author's Response: Thanks! Hmm, maybe I'll have to add that Ginny scene in. I've submitted the next chapter (which is the Yule Ball) but I didn't actually write the part where they are preparing for it. Maybe that was a mistake on my part...I'll see what I can do. :)
Summary: After Severus and Lily's friendship-ending fight, Lily finds comfort in one of the last people she would expect.
This was one of the most adorable fics...Not the fluffyness, but the emotions in it really touched me. I loved the James is always there for Lily, and, I don't know, I just really enjoyed reading this. Sorry I can't put it into words better, just, thanks for a wonderful read!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I've always loved how James was there for Lily too! I want a James..... haha I'm glad you enjoyed it, I loved writing it!
Summary: Draco Malfoy pushes Neville Longbottom a step too far. AU.
I really enjoyed reading this- I saw that it was AU, but besides the time difference, you wrote the characters so convincingly that it could have been canon. Great writing!
Summary: It is Christmas Eve, 1998.
Fleur sits alone, reading, in her bedroom at Shell Cottage. All around her, the freezing coastal winds carry snow. Suffering from the sorrow of Fred Weasley's death, and convinced that she is an outsider, Fleur is determined not to join the other Weasleys at the Burrow.
That is, until she is rudely awakened by a visiting spirit.
After all, when one cannot see the joy of Christmas, what one needs most is a little vigilance.
This is Apollonious of Hufflepuff House, with my entry for Prompt 4 of the Christmas' Past, Present, and Future Challenge. Enjoy!
Oooh, looks very promising. Can't wait to read more!
Summary: With Valentine's Day approaching, James and Lily are both wondering if he's going to get her anything. But some choice words by Snape put other things on their minds.
This is Cinderella Angelina of Hufflepuff writing for the final in the MWPP class on the Beta Boards.
LOVE THE LAST LINE! fantastic one-shot, I smiled as I read this :):)
Lily Evans is pretty, intelligent, vivacious… and accused of murder. James Potter is privileged, arrogant, and conceited… and her best chance at avoiding Azkaban. If only he wasn’t convinced of her guilt.
With a war looming in the background and evil slowly seeping into the wizarding world, seven years of secrets unravel, and two very different people find themselves caught up in a battle against privilege, intolerance, and greed.
But even in the darkness, and even in the despair, there is still friendship, and love, and hope.
sorry, can't think of another way to put that! Whew, this is heating up! Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic....update soon??!!!!
Author's Response: Thanks! There are a lot more twists and turns ahead, and I hope you continue to like the story.
Summary: It's Valentine's Day, seventh year, and James Potter is determined to make it one to remember. Unfortunately, so many things go wrong that Lily Evans will probably remember it for all the wrong reasons.
oooh, fabulous chapter! I like the hidden prediction in arithmancy class :D....well actually, its sad, but it was clever the way you worked that in :). and yes! I'm always happy when the boy gets hurt for once, and the girl can take care or the guy....
Author's Response: Oh, if you like it when the guy gets hurt, I have to point you to my other J/L fics, because I just have this horrible habit of beating him up pretty bad. ;) Thanks for the lovely review! I'm glad you picked up on and enjoyed the bit in Arithmancy. Yes, it is sad, isn't it? *sigh* It shouldn't stay down for too long, though. Thanks again for reading and reviewing! ~Gina :)
I LOVE IT!! more, more more :):)
Author's Response: Thanks! I'll be posting more this week so I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for reading and reviewing!! ~Gina :)
I can't describe my love for these two...ahhhh I wish....I wish...I could be them....this is fantastic....thanks so much for writing!
Author's Response: You are quite welcome, and I'm thrilled you are enjoying it so much. Yes, sometimes I think it would be great fun/drama/romance to be them as well. But then think of what happens. :( Thanks for reading and leaving such lovely reviews - I hope you enjoy the next part! ~Gina :)
hmm...the Room of Requirement?? did I guess right?!
ooh, I love this story!!
Author's Response: Thanks, I'm so glad you are enjoying it! Um, you're probably right but I cannot confirm or deny it until the last chapter, lol. I hope you enjoy the end. Thanks so much for the review! ~Gina :)
