Summary: "It hurts, doesn't it?"
"Pretending you've fallen out of love."
At the lead up to Ron’s wedding, questions start to be asked - by Ron, by Hermione - and by Ron’s bride-to-be. Over the years, the paths that were once so closely intertwined have separated, leading off in different directions. Meeting at the crossroads, looking back at the journey that has led them there, will Ron and Hermione choose to take a turn that may take them off-course forever, or simply continue straight ahead? Exect humour, mix ups, twists and turns amongst Ron and Hermione's ever tempestuous relationship - now complete!
Oh I love this story!! I do hpe you will update soon, as I find that I must know the end :) I thought it was brilliant that you chose to incude Luna in this story!!
She was a very natural part of it. I do hope you will continue this
Author's Response: Aw, I'm so glad you're enjoying it! And *whispers* the last chapter is one of my favourite things that I've written...! I'm glad you liked Luna - I wanted to get some contrast to Hermione here, and Luna certainly is that! The next chapter should be up soon, thank you so much for reading and reviewing!
Summary: This fic is a series of missing moments from the time H/R&H were at Shell Cottage, beginning immediately after they Disapparated from Malfoy Manor. JKR shows us what was going on with Harry, but this is my version of what could have happened with Ron and Hermione after one of the most emotional/disturbing events in the entire series.
UPDATED June 2010 When I first wrote this fic, I didn't know what a beta reader was, and frankly, it showed. Thanks so much to Natalie for helping me polish this up and make it more readable. Thanks also to both Julia and Carole, whose helpful comments in the review section allowed me to make some much-needed corrections during the rewrite. I would love to know what you think ~ reviews are very much appreciated!
This was nominated in the 2010 Quicksilver Quill Awards for Best Canon Romance.
Wow, that was just.. well brilliant! I registered only to leave you a comment here, telling you how much I enjoyed myself while I was reading it!! I cried, and laughed and held my breath. You really did manage to keep the characters, it all seemed very genuine, and for that I can only take my hat of.. Please keep writing, for I really liked how you were able to put this together, one rally cannot say less than brilliant, for it really was. Thanks !!
Author's Response: Thank you so, so much. I'm glad you liked it. I definitely am still writing, though I expect it will be ages before anything is worthy of being read. Haha. Hopefully you'll still be around (and already registered!) when that day arrives. Thanks for taking the time to review. :)
