Hey, peoples kind enough to read my bio! I'm Emily, and I'm darn proud of it! I'm an interesting person, so here's all about me: -I'm in a country duet with my best friend Michaela (see bottom) and we're like AWESOME, so look for us in the future! -I'm learning how to play guitar, and I'm hopelessly slow, so I will be forever grateful to my guitar instucture for putting up with me. -I'm in band. I'M A BAND GEEK! -I'm a TOTAL MUSIC FREAK! -A few of my favorite artists are Reba McEntire, Tenth Avenue North, Taylor Swift, TobyMac, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Boys Like Girls, Paramore, The Fray, The Script, Adam Lambert (be quiet!), Kris Allen, Danny Gokey, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood, Gloriana, Britt Nicole, Casting Crowns, Owl City, Plain White T's, Emerson Drive, Big Daddy Weave, Tim McGraw, Miranda Lambert, Colbie Callait, Rascal Flatts, Lifehouse, The Wreckers, Jason Mraz, Third Day, Green Day, The Carter Twins, Natalie Grant, Love and Theft, Simple Plan, and Switchfoot . You know, just to name a few... :-)! -My friends are my family. So if you mess with them, you answer to me! -I'm joining my church's student worship band. -I have the hardest time gettingout of bed in the mornings for school........ after end-of-the- year exams, what's the point? -I'm absolutely obssessed with Harry Potter (no, duh, right?). -Even though Alternate Universe is my best category to write in, my favorite is James/Lily. -My absolute favorite characters are James, Sirius, and Ginny. -My nickname is Ginny, becaue I look like her a little and act like her a lot. -I'm also in love with Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin... you know, the Ghost Adventures guys.... Love them to death. They're awesome. -As you might have concluded from above, I'm a huge fan of the paranormal. -I'm always listening to my iPod. ALWAYS. -My guitar is my baby. If anyone tries to mess with him, I either blow up or start crying. -Naturally, I write my own songs. -I talked too much. Like, way too much. -I'm a Gleek. I'm absolutely obssessed with Glee. -My current personal message for my email is Natalie Grant's 'Perfect People'. Well, I think that's about it. If I think of anything else, I promise to add it! Laters! **** Now, my name is Mi-Mi! (I have many nicknames, in which Hermione is one of them) Here are some things you need to know about me: -My friends all call me Hermione for a couple of reasons. 1. I act like her 2. The guy I like acts like Ron/Draco 3. We're obsessed with Harry Potter -You remember the country duet Emily was talking about (Magnolia Crescent)? Well, I'm the other singer/songwriter! YAYZ -I am one of those weird people who think that Hermione/Draco might be a cute couple and would make for a great alternate ending to the books! My fanfics are Hermione/Draco, but they're good quality. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE, LOVE LOVE Ron to death (eaters), but I love Draco, too! He doesn't want to be a Death Eater! He doesn't want to be on You-Know-Whose side... Thank you for listening to my plea. -I love country music; it's my life! -I am a great writer, though I don't always show it. AT home, I'm always working on some sort of story. Right now I'm working on: The Unexpected, my current fanfic that I am hoping to get on this fine site. -I am great with good quality Romance and Action scenes in my stories. I am sorry if the rest of my story falls apart when not an action or a romance scene.
Summary: And there he was. The one boy she could not stand. His messy, jet black hair was ruffled and untidy and his glasses were sitting crooked on his nose. James Potter was here. With Lily. And all her Muggle friends. At a Muggle ski resort. Could things possibly be worse? Oh yeah, Sirius Black is there, too.
Brilliant. Simply brilliant. 'Sirius the Magnificent Human Snowball'? Wow. Even Joel McHale would have a hard time topping that
Author's Response: haha! =D thank you!
Wow, I've simply fallen in love with this story. Heck, I was hooked after reading the summary. LIke I said I can't wait to finish it the story!
Author's Response: aww your too kind! im glad you like the story so far! right now it is planned to be about 26 chapters... so there's a ways to go! but thank you for reviewing, it always makes my day! =)

Oh, my gosh! The next chapter needs to hurry up and be validated! It would be the coolest Christmas present ever!
Author's Response: dont worry! im just tweaking a few things and im ALMOST done! im submitting it today if all goes well! thanks!
YAHZ!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved the chapter! It really was too short though! Oh, and I don't remember the old lady, and chapter three is like the funniest and one of my favorites! Grrr...... at least I have an excuse to reread! Anyway, I loved the chapter and you need to hurry up and get chapter 11 posted! Another perfect 10!
Author's Response: Ah, the old lady... I had a feeling that nobody would remember her, but she's been poking at my ears and complaining that her role was too miniscule.... I just had to give her a reappearance! Fank you very much for reading and reviewing, of course! I'm a tad busy, so it might take a little while. . . o.0 It wont be too long though! Keep an eye out for chapter 11!
NO! NO! NO! NOT FAIR AT ALL! THAT WAS WAY TOO SHORT! I've have been waiting for you to update forever, and that was just too short! I did love it, though, as usual. Please tell me you're gonna update again soon! You have a lot of lost time to make up for! I read Chapter 9 in like, sixty seconds! Anyway, I did love it and I can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: =D *grins* First, I'd like to say thank you for being the first reviewer for chapter 9! It's weird because usually I get a lot more and it's already been up for two days... Onward! I'm so extremely sorry that that last chapter took a century to write. It was crazy. And yes, it was unfairly short... :o I promise the next one wont take as long! I'm glad you liked the chapter, though! Reviews inspire me to write faster! Also, spring bread is coming up, so I'm gunna have SO MUCH inspiration! (I'm going to Colorado to ski and you know the Christophe Brazier? Well it came from the Franz Klammer in Teluride! The room Lily stays in is identical to the one my cousin had ;D) <== Sorry for that long rant about my past vacays... it has to do with the story, though! Thanks for reading and reviewing!!
Summary: After his conversation with Dumbledore at King's Cross, Harry wakes and reflects on life and what it means.
2009 Quicksilver Quill Award Winner for Best Poetry!
Oh. Well, this is a quite well writen poem. It really speaks to a person. I think we can all relate to somthing like this.
Author's Response: Thank you for the review! I'm glad it spoke to you.
I take a deep breath so my voice won’t shake.
“What would you do if we died tomorrow?”
He takes a step away from me, but still keeps me in his arms. “What?”
“What would you do if you knew that we died tomorrow?”
“What kind of question is that?”
“Don’t give me that, James. You know that we are going to die soon. There is no point in pretending that we aren’t.”
James and Lily have a conversation two days before Halloween.
Awww. It's so sweet, especially the end.
Author's Response: Thanks for reading and reviewing! I'm glad that you think it's sweet.
I really enjoyed this story. Not just because I love everything Harry Potter, but because this kind of stuff does happen in real life (well, not the Final Battle and the magic and wands and stuff like that). Loved ones are killed and family is so depressed and shaken that sometimes they want to die, too. I particularly enjoyed this story because it has a happy ending, unlike most stories like this.
Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it! Really! I worked really hard on this. Thanks for the review! -Ronnie xxx
Summary: James Potter had asked her before for a date, several times, although not always for himself. Now, as Lily Evans gazes at her reflection in the mirror, she wonders why he keeps asking her and just why she's finally said yes.
I am Equinox Chick of Hufflepuff and this story has been written for the first round of the Character Clinic Triathlon over at the MNFF beta boards. Prompt: First Kiss.
Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling. Her lawyers agree, so don't get them riled by confusing us.
Thank you very much to Natalie (hestiajones) for beta'ing this fic for me. I need to also add that Natalie may be a Hufflepuff, but she does not have fluffy hair and in no way resembles the Hestia Jones that appears in this story. Finally, you may recognise some OC's from my fic Lions of Gryffindor. This isn't exactly 'caron' compliant with that story, but it kinda fits ... in parts ... sort of.
This really is a lovely story. I love Lily and James, and this story really caught my eye. Also, I responded to the comment you made on my story Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda. I hope I was able to answer your questions. :-)
Author's Response: Thank you for the review and the compliments. I like James and Lily a lot, which is why I write a lot of Marauder era. Thanks for responding to my review of your fic, too. ~Carole~
Summary: James writes his best friend a letter from Heaven.
**Sniffle** Confession time. I cried this when I this. I love it though. I felt like I was really listening to James...
Author's Response: I great to hear that you liked it, and that it affected you. I aim to impact :D Thanks for reviewing.
