Between the Snoring and the Seemingly Imminent Death by A H
Rated: 1st-2nd Years [Reviews - 16]
Summary: Between the Snoring and the Seemingly Imminent Death is a short one-shot inspired by the passage in Deathly Hallows in which Harry awakes on the first morning in Grimmauld Place, noticing that perhaps Ron and Hermione's hands had been together during the night. This story--for I shall spare you the unnecessarily long title again--is about what happened during that night, when Ron and Hermione know that the next few months of their lives are not going to be easy, for the moments that are under the most pressure are undoubtedly the ones we most feel confessions are necessary.
If reviews make your heart grow, I'm sending this as a token of my gratitude towards thos lovely one-shot. It made mine grow at least one size.
I believe this was a truly lovely recap of what might have transpired that night. The doubts, the fear, the dread in the middle of the night... Harry's snores! *giggles* Good one!

Summary: Nine-year-old Lily Potter wakes up one morning and finds a strange girl in her kitchen. Now Lily has to share her room, her things, and her parents with this girl. Why is she here? What is her secret?
Meanwhile, nine-year-old Cassi Malfoy is scared out of her mind. Her parents have left her with the Potters and have gone into hiding. Who is looking for them? Will she ever see them again?
Interesting story and quite well written. I'd very much like to read much more about how these two will try to get along. I only wonder... maybe Cassi could have been put up in some other room. I bet Grimmsuld place has at least obe guest room she could use...
Also, Lily's reaction was massive! I liked the way she seems hell bent not to like Cassi not even by mistake! While Cassi seems too deeply sad by her parents and brother's absence... poor child!!
Keep the chaps coming!! I wonder if we're going to see some Weasley friend's interaction? Will Hugo come play with Lily or perhaps... Bill and Fleurs' kiddies? Great fic!! ^.^
Author's Response: Thank you so much! The reason I put Cassi in the same room as Lily was mostly to provoke Lily's temper and give her one more thing to be furious about. I don't know if I'll bring in the Weasleys, since nobody is supposed to know where Cassi is. Thanks again!

Summary: Three years after Voldemort won the war, Hermione Granger is a fugitive concealed in the ruins of Hogwarts. For three years, she has sent up signals for the Order, and hoped someone would answer. And at last, someone has - the last person she wants to see... D / Hr
I like this start. But I must say, that second request. Really was predictable!
Gone keep reading! ^.^
Very nice turn of events. The mirror thing. I'm very very curious what both Draco and Hermione saw in the broken mirror!
Author's Response: Thank you. I will definitley explore what they both saw, but it will come later on - as it's going to influence certain decisions that both of them make.
Really? All that to be betrayed? Or is it a trick? Darn! Now I need an update!
I like the dialogs between Draco and Hermione. Quite funny how they keep squirmishing. The elbow to the unmentionables was a nice touch as well.
And Harry IS alive!! Go figure. I wonder if any of the Order is still alive too. I supose Hermione is Draco's in ticket to the resistance then...
Update soon!!
Author's Response: I do enjoy writing the banter between Hermione and Draco. They have such very different views on, well, almost everything. Heh, I've always liked the way Hermione doesn't take any rubbish in the books.
Yep, Harry survives - just. As for the Order, a few of them have survived; just who will be revealed in the coming chapters. Thanks so much for your review!
Scenes from Shell Cottage by WeasleyMom
Rated: 3rd-5th Years [Reviews - 126]
Summary: This fic is a series of missing moments from the time H/R&H were at Shell Cottage, beginning immediately after they Disapparated from Malfoy Manor. JKR shows us what was going on with Harry, but this is my version of what could have happened with Ron and Hermione after one of the most emotional/disturbing events in the entire series.
UPDATED June 2010
When I first wrote this fic, I didn't know what a beta reader was, and frankly, it showed. Thanks so much to Natalie for helping me polish this up and make it more readable. Thanks also to both Julia and Carole, whose helpful comments in the review section allowed me to make some much-needed corrections during the rewrite.
I would love to know what you think ~ reviews are very much appreciated!
This was nominated in the 2010 Quicksilver Quill Awards for Best Canon Romance.
Ouch.... though starter for a chap. Of course... now I want to see how it continues! Great thing there are 5 more chaps!! Oh, joy!
Author's Response: :D
In my mind, I'm giving Ronald a massive support hug right now!!!
Poor thing! I never actually thougth about these moments... so sad... :(
Author's Response: Mmmm... a Ron hug. :)
OMG! I loooooooooooooooved Ron's mental rant. "and look at her however he bloody-well pleased" Gotta love that one!!
Author's Response: I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks! :)
I think I like the pain of waiting for sth that I know won't come!!! That would-be kiss... Killed me!!
And Ron imagining to choke Harry when he interrupted! Brilliant!! :)
Author's Response: :D
*sigh* Tears of joy are making my eyes all shinny right now. Seriously.
Gotta loooooove your fic!!!! Yay!
The last bit of Harry-related- jealosy was amazing! And Hermione's comeback... Great one!! Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!
Author's Response: Hey, thanks for reading and leaving the reviews. I'm so glad you like the story. One more chapter to come... stay tuned!
Loved every single bit of it and will most definitelly turn a blind eye to the temporal imposibility of telling Harry right then,
"Ten galleons if you snog her..." Great boyish thing to say right then!! ^.^
Keep the great work!! I'll be keeping an eye out for future fics by you WeasleyMom!!!
Author's Response: Thank-you so much. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, I wanted to work in that line for Harry... after all that angst, I wanted to end on a lighter note. Thanks again for taking the time to review. I appreciate it!

Summary:
Survival. Separation. Reunion. Death cannot stop true love; all it can do is delay it for a while.
*A DH alternate ending story.*
Da da da da DA DA DAN!!
Looooved it!!!!!
Specially the hint towards a sequel on a story about the Lupin Institute of Higher Education!!!! I'm howling with exitement!!! ^_^
Author's Response: Thank you for howling! :) I think in canon if they'd lived Remus would have done his best to educate the werewolves Greyback raised to hate wizards, and Tonks would have been right beside him.
Hehehe!!! Naughty wolf!! She did not see that coming did she?!?!
Great story Kerichi!! Can't wait to see the end of it!! Actually, I'd rather not see it end!!
Author's Response:
He's a wolf in professor's clothing--lucky Tonks! :D
Thank you for not wanting to see it end. There will be 13 chapters, 12 and an epilogue, because I can't resist telling what happens in the happily ever after. ;)
Poor Remus... poor poor Remus...
Can't wait for more!!!!! ^-^
Author's Response: Thank you! Remus does have it hard in this story. Tonks may be missing her memories, but he's missing his wife and child! Things will change, though...eventually.... ;)
Ooooohoooo!!!!! You never, ever, ever let down a reader Kerichi!!!!!!!!
Keep the wonderous writing up!!!
:)
Author's Response: Thank you so much for never letting me down with your wonderfully encouraging reviews! AU R/T isn't a hot category, :D, but you make me feel warm fuzzies.
^_^
We'll love you, love you forever as well!!!
I absolutely addored Tonks' scene with Snuffles!!!! It was lovely!!!
Author's Response: Aw, thank you so much for saying that! *glomp* (because a regular hug isn't enough)
Wish you luck with this and every single idea you put pet to paper to Kerichi!!! I'm loving this story!!!!!!!! Soooo much!!! ^.^
Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading! This isn't a "normal" romance, :D, but making characters earn their happy endings is a long and glorious tradition (to go Vizzini from Princess Bride, heh).
I don't envision this being nice for poor old Remus. But at least he knows his son and wife are OK. They just so happen to have his guts.
Anyhow... I don't see how the pranks Nymp is playing on Order members willl be evil and vengeful enough, in Bella's POV. Then again, Bella stole Tonks and changed her memory, so... I guess it's fair!
Please update soon!!! I want to see how poor Remus ends up!!
Author's Response:
I'm so happy you noticed that her "revenge" is more like a series of pranks because it doesn't matter who she believes she is, inside she's not Bella's daughter and she can't be Dark and vengeful.
Frustrated, yet oddly satisfied, that's all I can say about Remus. *cackles*
I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving (even if you don't celebrate it, have a happy day knowing I'm counting you as a blessing)!
The Resilient by Misdemeanor1331
Rated: Professors [Reviews - 686]
Summary:
Sequel to "An Aversion to Change."
It's Voldemort's world now: a world of corruption, betrayal, greed, and violence. A world of evil thoughts and evil deeds, where no one can be trusted, especially those closest to you.
But through it all, there must be strength. There must exist those who will stand up to totalitarian rule, who will say no when others submit, who must survive despite their condition. There must exist the resilient.
Eventual Draco/Hermione with plenty of plot. Very dark, so read at your own risk!
Whoa!! Hotter than the Valley of Death!! Kudos!
Author's Response: ;D Thanks!
DARN!!! Herms, you are a hell of a reckless girl!!!!
WAY TO GO!!! Hehehehe!!! Great chapter!!
And we finally learn the Master's name! Brannon... Interesting! We don't know much about him... And I don't think the name rings any bellls, but still it's something.
As for the Draco encounter... He has some nerve, showing up there and daring raise a hand at her!!
I'm quitre shocked she didn't jump at his neck, teeth aimed at his yugular! He deserved that much! I know, in her place, that would've been the very first instinct!! *snorts* The slimy git!! Anyhow, GREAT chapter!!!
Quite a cliffie you leave us with... Please update soon! ^_^
Author's Response: Thank you! His name shouldn't ring bells - he's an original character. Weirdly, I kind of like him, except for the whole "keeping Hermione locked up and using her" thing, of course...
And yes, Draco is a smarmy jerk. But isn't that why we love him? Lol.
Thanks again for the review!
